Conditions Surrounding Recruitment: His devoted his life and essence to the Gotei 13 from his first day as a Shinigami. He was a fast learner and an excellent Captain Candidate. With the appointment of Ceon as the Head of the Zero Division came a promotion for Izanagi, his dedication, effort and the prowess in Kido earned him the place as the Wisdom Of The Spell.

Conditions Surrounding Recruitment: It had come, but she had never expected it. Upon her return to the Soul Society many years ago, Aiko had, for the most part, remained in the First Division. This was done primarily to be closer to her husband. Though her skills matched, and even exceeded that of some Captains, she just did not want the added responsibility. Nevertheless, she reguarly performed duties expected of a Captain, mostly out of the authority and status her power gave her, even though she was not truly an appointed one. With time, given the decadence of Captains and the available positions, Aiko had no choice but to take on the role of one. Having become extremely stronger, she was easily among one of the strongest Captains. Her work was one that brought happiness and pride not only to her husband but her peers as well. In essence, Aiko had managed to shift her mindset from one that thought only of protecting the husband that did not need protection, to that of Soul Society's. Noticing the current state of affairs, and with the drums of war resonating ever stronger, she had a hunch there was more to come. Though she had always been congratulated for her prowess, her more recent developments had cemented her prominence as a near-legend of kido, the fist, and even other areas of her combat. Aside from that, the fact that she lived most of her life away from Soul Society, surrounded not only by Shinigami but even Vizards, gave her an outlook and open mind, not many Captains possessed. On an specially eerie day, she received notice. She had been called on and required by the 0 Division. She was to become one of them and enforce the position of Ambassador. Although such a sudden change did in fact trouble her at first, making such a change would bring about new potential limits to her powers and more ways in which she could help to protect, not only Soul Society but other worlds as well.
