Autoridad Bestia Beast's Authority:
Ajora is capable of asserting her authority over others. Her own menacing aura as well as her residual instincts as a hollow have given her a unique trait. Even without showing off her strength or flexing her reiatsu, Ajora is capable of giving off a commanding aura. This isn't always done with intimidation, but rather her sheer force of will, such that those of lesser constitution can easily pick up on her nature. When it comes to hollows or wild animals, those without considerable mental capacity may be cowed or even forced into submission and obedience by a combination of Ajora's commanding presence, resulting from her impressive Willpower and Focus. The sensation of being targeted by this effect is documented as varying. Some liken it to being put to heel by spiritual pressure, others describe it as killing intent, but in all instances even in those who manage to resist its effects, it is described as an otherworldly or unnatural feeling.
How this effects player characters is up to consent, but in terms of NPCs, Ajora can cow most individuals without a strong sense of self.

Custom Kido:
Reiryou 零竜 (Zero Dragon)
A Kido technique derived from instinct and memories embedded in her soul. This kido collects energy into a fine point before firing in a narrow torrent somewhere between a byakurai or a Sokatsui, but with an in-grained modular nature in that it can be fired from any point on her body. It is markedly similar to a cero in execution, but requires the name of the spell to be spoken to execute.
[*]Meikai Gyōretsu 冥界行列 (Underworld Matrix)
A technique develoiped by Ajora as a means of executing Kido derived from some of the hand gestures and motions involved in the casting of different demon arts. This is expanded and applied to one's positioning while in motion for combat. Rather than a hand gesture, the matrix is executed by full bodied motion within a set space. Example: Rather than drawing a triangle a triangle in the air to execute a bakudo, one instead travels rapidly to three points to create the triangle with one's body. This can be used with high speed shunpo movement in order to obscure the process of the matrix being drawn out, as well as more precisely controlling the area and concentration of energy with a spell's effect.

» Zanpakutō Name: Tengukenshō 天狗見性 (Truth-Seeing Heavenly Spy)
» Zanpakutō Spirit: Ajora's zanpaku'to spirit takes the form of a large anthropomorphic bird similar to a harpy. With four great wings and two heads, the creature's eyes are empty save for the bright shining stars seemingly caught within its eyes. The black void these stars are encased in leak endlessly from it's sockets.
» Inner World: Ajora's inner world is a Valley of Screams, a chunk of memory and stone floating in a void, but rather than being surrounded entirely by darkness like a true Valley of Screams, her inner world's void is filled with the memory of Stars. IN actuality there are no stars, but in fact, is the dying light of billions of worlds and systems which have long since winked out of existence, and the end of their light simply has yet to reach the chunk of rock, bathing it in the ghostly glow of endless dead worlds.
» Sealed Zanpakutō Appearance: Ajora's zanpaku'to does not have a fully defined shape. Thanks to her experimentation its shape varies depending on what experiments she's most recently performed on it. This can range anywhere from a large nodachi to a small tanto knife, and thanks to her dissection and study, she can even shift the form of her zanpaku'to in the time it takes to pass it from one hand to the other. The blade has a maximum size of 1.6 meters.

When released, the blade to Ajora's zanpaku'to dissolves into a black mist. which hovers around where the blade normally would be.
» Shikai Abilities:
Ameukagau 天偵 Spy among the Heavens
Tengukenshō produces a black mist when it's blade dissolves, which proliferates and spreads throughout the immediate area. From within this mist, small shining lights like stars will begin to be generated and this light are the core of this ability.
The light itself is the Amekagau, and allows Ajora to observe things that the light comes in contact with. This light can be focused and amplified as if through a magnifying glass to burn and cut through things. Since the light itself is what feeds Ajora information, she will often dissect and take things apart using this light to garner information about its internal structure.

» Summary:
Having thrust herself into the soul cycle from an arrancar state, Ajora came into the soul society already fucked up. With an instinctive ability to perform a sonido-like step tech, and a natural prodigal ability to manipulate her Reiryoku, she already established herself as a unique woman before she ever joined the Gotei. And her curiosity was already boiling over by the time she joined the academy. Brought into the Gotei by the Lieutenant of the research Division, as well as thanks to interactions with one Hiroe Miyashiro, Ajora entered the gotei with an insatiable hunger to learn. (1)(2).
Once she joined the Gotei, she hungrily began devouring knowledge and quickly became an absolute savant in her class, most notoriously her talent with Hoho and Kido. This became such an obvious point of contention between her and her other students that she had almost no social life, and even though she went out of her way to take Hiroe up as a friend to serve as a buffer to keep other people away from her (3) , even Hiroe herself briefly steeped into a slight depression as she felt outshined by Ajora. though this uncertainty was resolved (4)(7), it was abundantly clear she was exceptional, as she soon found that when deciding to ....interview a young man that had apparently gone on a date with her friend Hiroe, he was unable to handle even a light exercise in her applications of Kido and Hoho, and while she did manage to sustain an injury in the exchange, she found herself still hungering for more of a challenge.(5) This became even more abundant as she came to challenge her friend Hiroe after they had managed to develop a Shikai. without a release of her own, Ajora felt well and truly challenged to keep up with her friend. (7)
This talent was Something recognized by both the Captain of the fifth division Yuuto, as well as the Lieutenant of the Eighth division Matsumoto, though to very different capacities. Yuuto offered Ajora a position within the stealth division to operate more or less as an intern within the squad. This was in recognition of her potential as a shinigami, but also intended as a means of keeping an eye on the woman. An aspect that was not lost on the woman. (6) While Matsumoto rather recognized that her prodigal qualities similar to her once-captain of the tenth division might result in isolation. she made note of the concern and assured the woman that she would do her best to maintain her current friends and try to find new ones. (8) This however did not happen as smoothly as she might have hoped. In a skirmish between herself and one of the members of her Division Mirai, she found herself struggling to come off as friendly, and got carried away sparring against the woman rather than focusing on proper friend-making as she instead became fixated on the rush she got from fighting against someone competent enough to handle the full gambit of what she could employ. Finding herself further isolated, she pushed herself into her work, doing undercover ops on earth to track down and keep tabs on individuals of particular importance that had been identified during the Africa incident, to try and get information about enemies near the hole that still remained at large. This resulted in her encountering the Arrancar Amaranta, though the lioness would not have been her only tracked target. (10)
From these experiences, Ajora has developed not as a matter of being challenged, but as a matter of hungering for more knowledge, not just learning from others but from training herself extensively and exploring the limits of her own abilities. Rather than proper conflict, its her own determination and discipline that has pushed her to improve. While she attempted to discern a manner of dissecting the imprinting process of her zanpakuto and even attempting to reset it, this was not successful, but did still wind up in her learning the name of her Zanpaku'to in the process.

[mod]After doing careful reading of the threads, unfortunately this upgrade is too much for the evidence provided and is denied for the reasons below.
While there is certainly excellent evidence of personal growth within these threads, these threads don't show her exercising her Kidō or Hohō to a degree of developing a Shunkō equivalent; let alone her actually developing the Shunkō equivalent.
As for the Zanpakutō and Zanjutsu, the Zanpakutō as a concept is not something we will be approving. This Zanpakutō not only sets a dangerous precedent of allowing Shinigami to effectively "re-roll" their Zanpakutō, but it doesn't currently align with the established lore on Zanpakutō for Platinum Hearts.
As for the Spirit Class: while it is unfortunate that she existed outside the norm with her Spirit Class in relation to her physical skills, other applications of similar era and function were considered for the same kind of upgrades but were denied for similar reasons. Due to this, we can not approve her getting a Spirit Class upgrade. Also, it was stated that her Spirit Class is 9 throughout the upgrade; due to her being a 4-5 before the switch to Spirit Class, she would be considered a Spirit Class 8 (as per her application's thread title).[/mod]

Removed the majority of Shunoni, but I have left the Underworld Matrix, as a starting point for eventually developing the ability, as it IS a principle she has actively displayed and applied in some of her threads.
Clarified her starting SC but still looking for a bump. Adjusted the end of the summary for the reasoning behind her growth. Also dialed back the target sc bump as well. As stated not a lot has pushed her, her growth has mostly just been from self discipline and extensive exploration of her powers.
And I understand the reasoning for the zanjutsu response. However, she still would have conducted the experiment and though she would have failed in resetting the imprinting process, the endeavor would have still resulted in the learning of her zanpakutos name, thus a simple shikai has been produced.
Edit: Aaand realizing this was put in declined. Well new upgrade it is.
