Training Day (Open to One)

With her work done, Siobhan's gaze lingered upon Meninas for perhaps the longest it had done in the entire interaction. Her lips soon curled up into a wry grin, the butt of the cigarette ping-ponging around like it were a chew toy.

"S'only my job, lass, but ah reckon she'll pull through."

Pushing herself to her feet with a clap on her knees, the doctor began to shoo the pair out of her little clinic. It certainly didn't seem like Anis needed much encouragement though, as she promptly grabbed and dashed, leaving Siobhan to call after her as the door began to close.

"A pot o' stew an' some dumplins would go doon a treat!"

One second she was saying goodbye to the Doctor and the next she was being almost dragged down the corridor. Meninas wasn’t exactly a small woman by any means but the strength that she was being pulled with made her seem like she was just a child. It only made her wonder again about just how strong Anis was without her gloves and also caused the pink haired Sternritter to feel rather protective over her new friend. If the blonde woman wasn’t sure about her own strength, then she was going to need someone to stay close, right?

It was only when they’d been running for a little while that it dawned on her about where they were heading for next and a look of absolute dread fell upon her face. Anis had forgotten all about them going to the showers…Right?

Right?!

That just might have been the most embarrassing question that Meninas had ever been asked and the cheeks of the pink haired warrior turned a dark shade of pink. The fact that Anis had already stripped didn’t help matters either, with the Sternritter doing her best not to stare. She couldn’t lie, her new friend had a beautiful body, one that made the tall woman feel slightly inferior and more than that, it appeared to be in perfect condition, as though she had not even had the accident.

Meninas would slowly start to undress as well, self conscious of seemingly every sight and sound around her as she did so. It felt so incredibly awkward and yet she managed to just about keep herself together, eventually ending up completely bare as Anis was. Her well toned body would reveal the years of training that she had put into getting herself into peak physical condition but despite that, the look on her face would make her seem more like a nervous teenager than a steadfast warrior.

“We can go in together if you like.” She finally replied, her mouth engaging before her brain did.

What was she even saying at this point?

The Sternritter wasn’t sure what to think when Anis took it upon herself to examine the Scottish woman’s muscles although she had to admit that it was nice to be complimented. Meninas couldn’t count the amount of hours that she’d spent training her physical attributes back home, well before she’d even planned on joining the Vandenreich. Back then, it was simply a way of easing the loneliness she’d felt, while also trying to do her father proud. He’d always taken pride in her accomplishments, especially when she’d knocked out the national boxing champion in the second round of a spar.

Meninas found it difficult to look at Ani’s body without blushing but she couldn’t help but notice the slight malnourished appearance of her form. There was no doubt that her new friend had suffered in the past and while it would remain a mystery for now, the Sternritter hoped that maybe one day Anis would open up to her. Maybe one day she’d open up about her own as well although it wasn’t a thought that brought her much pleasure.

Still, she offered a smile as Anis roared and simply said. “Don’t you worry. We’ll have you lifting cars in no time. Just like me.”

Any further words were halted as she felt the warm water touch her body and while she flinched a little at the sudden heat, she soon enough started to enjoy the feel of it running down her body, washing the sweat away that had been brought on by her work out. It felt great and the unease seemed to disappear from her features.

Meninas tensed up a little as she felt the sponge touching her back but after a moment or two, her shoulders relaxed and she appreciated her friend’s thoughtfulness. It felt rather nice and as she took a sponge herself and started to wash her front, she’d become rather lost in the sensuality of it all. Anis was awfully skilled when it came to washing her and after her first few moments of doubt, she trusted her blonde friend. Embarrassing? At first but it passed.

Listening to Anis talk about her physical state, Meninas felt quite sympathetic towards her. It sounded awfully rough and eventually she summoned up the courage to ask. “What happened to you to find yourself in such a state? Some kind of accident?”
