» Why:
Dellapero has been in a lot of events throughout PH. The battle on the moon, the war for Iceland, freelance battles with Stark and Azuma. Though I rarely claimed rewards from them since for one reason or another a lot of these ended up coming to a close prematurely. However, with the recent event in Florida where he took on an entire legion of abominations by himself while heavily weighted, I feel the concluding battle there was enough to couple all these experiences together into an overall improvement in his physical might. Dellapero's entire premise in regard to his powers has always been about self-improvement. He evolves, becomes stronger and pushes himself at every opportunity to see just how much he can accomplish. A notable aspect of this is how he fights a majority of the time while wearing immensely heavy clothing, forcing more of a challenge upon himself to improve and become strong enough to uphold his ideals of righteousness and protect the world from calamity and anguish. So over the course of these battles with the most recent event acting as the catalyst, I feel Dellapero has fought enough and pushed himself to the point his body would adapt to the next level all-together, a testament to his power's passive effect to constantly improve after every conflict he finds himself in mounting up over time.
