The Soan Home for the Lost and Unlucky

Al-Faw Palace: With nowhere left to go besides home, Stefan Soan, the Ex-Monsuta King, decided he would return to the place of his origin, Iraq, and find a new place to live. This place ended up being the Al-Faw palace, located in Baghdad about five kilometers from the Baghdad International Airport, Iraq. This massive 'corporate retreat', as it used to be called, was one of Saddam Hussein's 99 Palaces. However, now it is a building specifically made empty by Stefan, allowing him to live their comfortably without interruption. The building is absolutely massive, possessing over sixty-two rooms and twenty-nine bathrooms. It is surrounded by an artificial lake filled with many fish (specifically bass), and contains many smaller palaces and numerous villas. It is also surrounded by high walls and preconstructed guard towers, allowing the occupants easy access to being able to see possible invaders or attackers.

Technology: The Al-Faw palace possesses a special mass teleportation machine located in the main complex, allowing occupants to near-instantly teleport to essentially anywhere in the human world, and due to the technology involved being partially drawn from the Garganta technique, people can also travel to spiritual realms, including but not limited to Hueco Mundo and Soul Society. However, that isn't all. Members of this home are also given small handheld devices that allow them to teleport directly back to the mass teleporter, allowing someone to perhaps hold a job in Japan while also living in this complex in Baghdad, Iraq. Further pieces of technology may become available to occupants as time goes on.

Purpose: While the original purpose of this building for Stefan Soan was merely for him to live in it alone, he decided it would serve a much better purpose than that. Instead, it essentially exists as a place for any and all wanderers, homeless, lost, etc people to live in who don't have a home to call their own. Having lived as a purposeless wanderer for centuries, Stefan has a soft spot for people like this so he's decided to dedicate this massive palace to this idea. Basically, if someone needs a place to stay, regardless of creed or race, they are welcome to stay in one of the many rooms or villas within the humongous complex. There are only a few rules: Occupants may not damage the palace, they may not damage each other while within it's confines, and they may not intrude upon Stefan's personal villa. Having sent an open invitation across the World Wide Web and through various connections he still possesses from his time leading the Monsuta, this place and it's purpose should be well known throughout the entire world.
