Kenji I believe your a real sweetheart, and in time, you'll become a real asset to this site, but right now I think your just a little too new for that position. Maybe in the next month or two we can let you shadow, but for now, play as a member and just have some fun~

RolePlay Experience:
I have been role-playing for over a year now, I believe my role-playing capalilites have improved drastically since joining the site and getting advice from everyone here. I have role-played with Ryuuichi Nakajima before I joined BPH.

What Makes You Good Staff:
I believe I can turn to people when they need help, I don't cause shit storms and try to help everyone out and bring forward ideas for the site. While I may have little to no experience in being staff, I believe I could help a lot with everything.

Staff Experience: I'm an administrator on Bleach Maelstrom, was a moderator before that. I was always known for being ruthless, but recently that's changed. I have a softer edge now, but can call upon hatred when it's needed.

RolePlay Experience: Well, I started in a log cabin known as Neopets. Yes, it was hell. No, I will never return. And, no, it wasn't particularly fun. But I learned how to deal with mediocrity and stupidness. Neopets also helped me learn what is good creativity and what is the same creativity everybody else has.

After a few years of that circle of hell, I went to Gaia. No, it wasn't really better. It was more of the same blatant stupidity I'd grown used to. But from Gaia, I learned how to be 'constructive' when I tear people the hell down. Sometimes, as I learned, you needed a special flair for the dramatic when dealing with the breed of stupid you encounter.

Oh, wait, I was talking about roleplay experience. Well, um, I learned how to not be stupid in a sea of idiocy. That has to count for something, eh?

What Makes You Good Staff: I have all the hatred one needs, at times that is, and I'm not a derpy derp. Oh, also, I don't just randomly quit.

RolePlay Experience: Been role playing since Yuna's site. Don't remember how long ago that even existed, but i'm sure some of you guys have a good idea.

What Makes You Good Staff: I tend to be good with new members, helping them out with their applications, and providing role-playing advice to them. When i'm apart of a forum, i'm always looking for places were the forum cold use some improvement, and tend to be a well of ideas for such an occasion. I have loads of free time, and I can also be very flexible in jobs.

What Makes You Good Staff: i am ver active over the four months i've been here. i average about a little over 50 posts a month on a normal year with school five days of the week. I'm hoping that doing this now I'll get approved and be able to get ton stuff done over my spring break that is coming.

I've been a NPC controller as i said above and during that time I've made four mission but I've RP with a lot of people. My latest mission is about to be the biggiest yet if I can get enough people to join it. I'll be controlling over 50,000 minor NPC and my own character Shade. I'll give you the link to this mission as well.

Alright, I'll be letting you become an App Checker for a week. I will see how things go and will get back to you on next Tuesday to see if you stay longer and where you go from here.

Roiben, due to your unstable nature, I am only making you an App Checker as well. I've seen you that you come in one day, stay for a bit and then suddenly disappear. App Checker is where I see you at for now until I see you stay active.

Elendril

Elendril, you do not have enough post, active enough or trust in order to become a staff member of that magnitude. I can start you off as an NPC Controller as I see you would be good at that, but that's all I can give you at this point.

Austin

After talking with my staff, seeing how active you and judging from your current work, I believe I will put you on a week trial as a Janitor to see how things go. On either Monday or Tuesday, we will talk to see where we go from here.

Well, since I last posted here I have begun being an NPC controller and made an NPC for a mission involving the omnikatsu (I think that's how you spell it). It may seem really early for me to post here again but I believe I could fill a spot for janitor. I am also gathering more NPC's for a mission with the 6th division.

Been role playing for about a year, frost, ryuu, kenji and eizo have seen me RP.

What Makes You Good Staff:
Good team worker, I will bring forward ideas and hopefully create good new advantages to the site with new kidou and such. I just want to help out as much as I can, this place has become similar to a home to me.
