Bleach Zero: Global Moderator, RP Moderator, Admin, Head Admin
These posistions were held over several years and through several site revivals.
I ran my own RP board for a while, not related to Bleach.
I've been a moderator on several other sites for short times. I have served as advisors to different admins on different sites in an unoffical role as well.

RolePlay Experience:
I've been roleplaying for five and a half years now. I started on a small site started by some people at my school. I spent a great length of time on Gaia as well, sticking mostly to a group of close internet friends who proved amazing writers and RPers. Around the same time I also joined up with Bleach Zero (then named something else entirely) and stayed on there for a few years until the site final death a few years ago. I'm currently active on here and on Night Dreams, a site I was invited too by a friend from Gaia when she sought to branch out. I served as a moderator on that site as well, but stepped down from that posistion when school became an issue.

What Makes You Good Staff:
I've served in several posistions before, so I know the ropes. Also, I tend to have a cool head on my shoulders and will give the best advice I can. IN addition, I don't dick around; if something is good, I will tell you. If something is fucked up wrong, I will tell you that too. And if something irks me, I'll make it known.

RolePlay Experience: About 5 years, you guys know how I am.

What Makes You Good Staff: Well, I am already an NPC Controler, but I think that I'd be able to help out more if I were an App Checker. I am on at times when other staff members are either busy or away, and I know how to grade an app.

Additional Comments: This is more of a request to change positions.

Ravana, while you do seem to have qualification. I speak for the majority of the staff when I say that we feel like you need to step up the job you have NOW before you get promoted.

We just don't feel comfortable letting you be an App Checker. So.. Denied.

What Makes You Good Staff: I think that I'd be a good NPC controller because of my RP talents, along with my ability to gauge levels correctly. I still have a lot to learn about this site, and RPing's the only way I'll get better. I'm working on toning down my attitude issues for myself first, but I would maybe like to be staff someday, so I'm trying to kill my biggest flaw asap ^^'

Additional Comments:
My first attempt at creating a NPC here is in that page, and for RP samples, I also have a fight with mah buddy kyle the kangaroo which went on here.

I know I don't have 50 posts...work in progress.

What Makes You Good Staff: I'm very active on this site and have come on everyday since my sign up. I will also continue to be active too.
I feel that my RPing has gotten better since I've signed up as now I write more than I did when I sign up as Hollow attack was one of my early rp's I have done and the unusual meeting and RP for kitty and Kenji is one of my current ones.
