Please, tells us about any other staff experience you've had on another site or in real life in detail. If you don't have any previous experience with this, don't be afraid to say so. Try aiming for one of the lower positions and working your way up.

RolePlay Experience:
Give us any type of links to any well-written RP's on this site or any site that you feel would help your application. If you're applying as a NPC Controller or App Checker, this part is particularly important. The more links, the better. You can also paste anything from particularly good posts so we don't have to go hunting around for them (So hopefully we'll know it's your best since you choose it out). And For NPC Controllers, we would like to see you NPC some. Please create and completely NPC one mission on our mission board, and link it here if possible.

What Makes You Good Staff:
On BPH, you will be have to be able to fulfill certain jobs depending on what sort of position you are hoping to be. What gives us the idea that you may be capable of becoming staff at this site? Because you're very active? A good writer? Why should you have this specific position? What would you do or change? This is very important.

What Makes You Good Staff: Well, I am usually one of the people who is on almost all of the time. I've also been with you guys for Years, so I kinda know you guys pretty well, lol. Of course, I'm applying for this position mainly because Frost said that I should be an NPC Controller.

Additional Comments: I know that seeing the name Ravana attached to this makes you want to automatically deny it, but Frost did suggest that I apply for this position.

Additional Comments: I am married with 2 children, age 1 and 3, work full time for Continental Airlines with a work schedule of:

• Saturday & Sunday: 0500 to 1330
• Monday and Tuesday: 1500 to 2330
• Wednesday: 0945 to 1815
• Thursday and Friday: Off

This is not figuring in any mandatory overtime or day treads., do civil war reenacting and a member of the Civil Air Patrol in my home town. I am busy and will be on as best as I can. I am also an Insulin Dependent Diabetic and I do have incidents of low blood sugars, but they are few and far between.

Staff Experience: I have been a part of a creative staff before which is basically the same thing. I came up with cool concepts on the site I was on and was an active part of debates between fellow staff members. What Makes You Good Staff: Well for many I'm the kind of guy who is approachable. I am more than willing to help if asked and am more than willing to help others with there stuff if they need me to. I am always on Skype during the afternoon and sometimes later if someone wants to talk to me and I can be easily reached by PM if need be on the site if it is seriously important and I am not on. I'm also pretty zany... I hear you guys like zaney and fun to be around.

Staff Experience: I explore xat a lot, allowing me to be able to recruit members from across xat that aren't noobs that we see pop up ever so often. I usually ask if anyones interested in a bleach forum and if they want to join one at the moment, and if they do but not at the moment i ask them to favorite the site and check it out later.
