"Hey, it's not in my personality to see people in agony in front of me, or at the very least, to see how you two look when you came in here" Ah, a kind one. That... that made life easier. The redheaded Shinigami smiled lightly at Emiya, tilting his head to the side from his standing position over Rin.
"The same as I, it seems." A simple statement affirmed that the redhead shared the same ideas as the man, a moral that they both could appreciate. He nodded a few times, with a sage-like look in his red orbs, before reaching up and moving a wet strand of hair out of his vision with a chuckle. That was just before the kick, and now that Dai gotten back up, he saw Shirou attempting to take the glass out of the boy's feet. He couldn't help but smile at this, not out of amusement, but sympathy. It was always painful to have something like that removed from your feet, so it was understandable when the boy would resist. He didn't expect him to fall from the table and start to crawl away, though. The boy was crawling towards the door, but Dai moved quickly enough, grabbing him and picking him up, placing him back on the bed with a sigh.
"You need to stay here. Sorry for this, but... Bakudo no Ichi. Sai." He held out his hand over Rin's body and activated the kidou, that would tie his arms behind his back and hopefully make him unable to move. He sighed softly and reached up behind his head, before feeling it coming from nearby. His eyes widened slightly, before narrowing again. Demon Maggots. Probably a Warband. He'd assume about three or four of'em, maybe more. South. Definitely south. He nodded sharply and moved quickly to the kitchen, shouting out.
"Oi, I noticed something. I need to check it out - feels Demonic. Keep an eye on the kid, I'll be back soon." Pulling a small packet of pills out of his pocket, he slipping a single one into his mouth and found his soul being pushed out of the Gigai, the redheaded Shinigami landing on the ground next to the body that was now taken over by a false soul.
"You too. Keep an eye on the kid, willya?" Dai's gigai nodded, and the Shinigami jumped over Rin and started heading towards the door, leaving through the main entrance and disappearing with a single Shunpo. He made his way quickly towards the source, moving directly to the building and bursting in through the door after shoulder-barging the door down with narrowed eyes. He looked around, before hearing the sound of a feminine voice.
"You bastards are re- Damn!" He smirked. Thank you, feminine voice. His footsteps were quick and to the point, the redhead making his way through the passages towards the woman, and appearing through a side door, right behind one of the Orcs. He smirked and drew his zanpakuto, slicing straight through it's torso, managing to cut through the rugged steel armor. From that, the remaining creatures turned towards the redhead, who stepped back and smiled softly.
The first orc came at him quite quickly, swinging a crude blade straight for his head. Nope. He ducked under the attack, and lunged forwards, stabbing his zanpakuto straight into the chestplate and causing blood to flow down the sword, the orc falling backwards. Two down, and Dai stepped back once more, at a staring competition with the Demons.

|||Shirou|||Emiya
After having entered the kitchen within the pub, Shirou could only feel slight unusual trace's of energy leading to the outside of the pub, but at the current moment his mind was stuck on one goal, and that was simply to bring Rin back to good health, whether he liked it or not. That being said, he was still deep in thought of what to cook for the young boy. Young male's require nutrition and a full course meal. They often eat a lot more then older male's do simply because of their bodies and their age. Who would think that this man would so logically plan out a meal, from these factor's; No one quite possibly knew Shirou that well when it came to the kitchen, but he factored in his age, and what a person with a cold could eat. He slowly looked back into his childhood, and remembered when his mom made him Sukiyaki one day. That wonderful Japanese dish washed Shirou's cold over like a tsunami. Not only did he enjoy it, but it became a staple among the many dishes that his mother cooked for him during her time of life. Let's take a look at what Sukiyaki is, exactly. Sukiyaki was a dish made in the vein of a hot pot styled meal. A winter dish, perfect for parties. It possessed both nutritious value and a wonderful taste, that would leave even the grumpiest man with a smile on his face. The ingredient's had to be cooked with care, and certain mistake's would leave the most important part, the meat would be toughened, thereby taking away it's taste.
Beef is the primary ingredient in today's sukiyaki. There were two main ways of cooking sukiyaki: a Kantō (Tokyo area) and a Kansai (Osaka area) style. In the Kantō way, the special cooking sauce's ingredients are already mixed. In the Kansai way, the sauce is mixed at the time of eating. But after the great Kanto earthquake of 1923, the people of Kantō temporarily moved to the Osaka area. While the people of Kantō were in Osaka, they got accustomed to the Kansai style of sukiyaki, and when they returned to Kantō, they introduced the Kansai sukiyaki style, where it has since become popular. Shirou contemplated the decision of what style should be cooked, and decided on cooking Kansai styled Sukiyaki. With his recipe decided, Shirou called for ingredient's like a well-groomed chef. The females and males were left in awe, by his fervency. Feeling inspired by his attitude, they got behind him like a army to their general, and all of them brought ingredient's in order to watch the spectacle before their eye's. The first ingredient's brought to the man were, a seared firm type of tofu, that needed to be grilled specifically for this dish. It was crucial to make sure the tofu it's self was extra firm, before laying it down on the grill. Having thanked the god's, that this was already frozen and thawed, Shirou lucked out with his first ingredient, this was perfect.
The next order of business, was the Negi. A Welsh onion used for fine cooked Japanese cuisine. In Japan it is used in miso soup, negimaki (beef and scallion rolls), among others, and it is widely sliced up and used as a garnish, such as on teriyaki or takoyaki. The onion was of a suitable size, Shirou didn't need to over do the slicing, he only needed what was most sufficient and beneficial for the recipe. Having got the matter of Negi, sorted out, Shirou's next order of business was quickly directed towards, leafy vegetables. The kind that were known around the world by it's scientific name, Garland chrysanthemum. These leaf like vegetables were like those of herb's. The specific type of leafy vegetables today were chinese cabbage and shungiku. Great, everything was going along nicely, the result of the dish would be perfect if everything was timed right. this herb leaf is popular in Korean traditional soups, stews, hot pots, and casseroles, Cantonese cuisine, especially in the cuisine of Hong Kong, and in Japanese cuisine in Nabemono . Overcooking should be avoided and it is recommended to add it at the last moment to hot pot since it easily loses the structure. The leaves are an important ingredient in Taiwanese Oyster omelettes and, when young, are used along with stems to flavor soup and stir-fry. How could one fathom that a man would bring life back to such a forgotten, yet well made meal? the male worker's and females alike, were just there watching him, analyzing his movement's. After the first three ingredient's were settled. Shirou's job, was not yet complete. The next vegetable, was mushroom's. The name's of these mush room's, were shittake and enokitake. Both possessed a well needed flavor, so using both in the dish, would be fine. Shittake was and make likely still be, an edible mushroom native to East Asia, which was cultivated and consumed in many Asian countries, as well as being dried and exported to many countries around the world. It is a feature of many Asian cuisines including Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai. In the East, the shiitake mushroom has long been considered a delicacy as well as a medicinal mushroom. As for Enokitake, these long, thin white mushrooms used in East Asian cuisine, were perfect for the Sukiyaki being prepared, The Fresh mushroom is preferred when used with soup's and other nutritious dietary meals. However, one should steer clear of Slimy or brownish stalk's, which could in turn, cause some unwelcome sickness.
The ingredient's were nearly set. This was everything Shirou could ask for. When he got the time, he'd need to compliment Hanako on being so well prepared. Next, Shirou needed jelly-noodle's. He went with Shirataki in the end, these are very low carbohydrate, low calorie, thin, translucent, gelatinous traditional Japanese noodles made from devil's tongue yam (elephant yam or the konjac yam). The word "shirataki" means "white waterfall", describing the appearance of these noodles. Largely composed of water and glucomannan, a water-soluble dietary fiber, they have little flavor of their own. That was fine for the mighty chef, he would make this dish something Rin would soon not forget. The last and most basic part of the dish was none other then the most important part, the meat. Shirou collected a large amount of beef, and brought it toward's the table of ingredient's. Surely, this would probably be the most favored part of the dish, for the young man. So choosing this much, seemed to be the logical idea. Moreover, Shirou himself would probably enjoy the beef out of the other ingredient's. Having collected all ingredient's, Shirou got to work. He went through the order of everything that should and could be cooked, and within a suitable time, brought out the master piece.
The noodle's were cooked to perfection, and beside them where noodle's that could soak up the flavor of the broth. The broth had hint's of spices and pepper, but had such a sweet taste, that the spice wouldn't even be discernible. The broth was very hot, and one would burn their tongue if they hurriedly took a sip. Everything was in full, cooked to perfection and already prepared. The only thing now was to go back to the room. The people smelled the aroma, and all of them looked at Shirou as though he were some sort of deity. "Does that dreamboat, actually work here? i could use him for a party." Said one girl, from her table. another man complimented Shirou from afar, even giving a him an invite to work at his restaurant. Awkwardly laughing it off, Shirou was flattered but had one goal in mind. Giving this meal to that young man. Making his way back to the room with the pot and two bowl's, he was a bit surprised to see that Rin was binded in the room, on guard by Dai, or his gigai, it seemed. Shirou furrowed his brow slightly, before sighing, he knew he would try to escape, so that was no surprise, but hopefully this meal would calm his nerve's. Setting down the meal on a table for the boy, he brought the table over to Rin. After that, he pulled out two Duck's and broke both of their shell's, allowing the raw Duck's to fall inside two small bowl's. When a raw Duck is broken into a serving bowl, one Duck is given to each person. Some prefer to add a bit of soy sauce and then have their Duck lightly beaten. The meat and vegetables are dipped into this sauce before being eaten. Shirou performed this simple action, within a two minute's. After having completed his job, He smiled at Rin and broke the kido spell, using pure luck. He sat down on one side of the table and slid Rin's bowl over to his side. Shirou took his own bowl and then, prepared one for Dai. "Itadakimasu!" He grinned at Rin, playfully, as he teasingly tapped the chopstick's together. Would the boy really enjoy this? or would it end up in shamble's? Shirou hoped that the former would happen, so hopefully fate would be on his side.

[center]Rin's only chance of escape soon received being cut off as the Red-Head whom had found saved of him easily managed to spot him attempting to escape the room before picking him up. Whilst landing on the soft bed he arms soon tied behind his back making the boy wince somewhat before coughing.
"You need to stay here. Sorry for this, but... Bakudo no Ichi. Sai."
He barely even had the strength to crawl like that - Although, being paralyzed like this he stopped with his plan to escape. How was this possible? His arms automatically tied against his back with no source of rope or anything to bind them, not to mention, the man went nowhere near him at the time.
Once this happened, Rin was about to say something before noticing how Dai looked some-what in thought and within a blink of a eye, things changed. At first, he thought he saw a crow or something. But it wasn't that, the man had jumped over his head within seconds this time, his clothing had completely changed. The boy's eyes widened at this in shock - Who exactly was he? How could you change clothes so quick like that?! The man whom had taken him in care had soon disappeared, a delicious smell soon filled outside the room before the door was opened to reveal the man whom had forcefully treated him. Opening his mouth quickly to try and tell him something he couldn't seem to get the words out at all.
As he looked around the room as far as he could, he soon saw Dai almost like he was guarding him. What...? Blinking slightly, he had to swear Dai just escaped. He looked back at Shirou before the delicious looking meal was placed on a table, a few seconds he was able to move freely where he quickly sat up, shaking at first but able to get a grip over it.
"S-Sir! Dai just escaped! I swear he did! He got changed awfully quick too, he was dressed in black and went out that door! We have to find-"
Panic was all that came out of the boy's mouth before he stopped to cough violently once again wincing in the process before watching the man dig in to his meal. Leaving Rin to look at his before frowning.
"I don't want to eat..."
He obviously looked hungry as he seemed to be quite skinny, especially for his age. It looked delicious and if he was correct, SUKIYAKI?!??! It was his FAVOURITE dish of ALL TIME.
He had only ever tried it once though, back then...
He looked away from the meal allowing Shirou to eat, It was obvious if he wouldn't eat anything soon he'd most likely end up in a hospital. He didn't know why he didn't want to eat, he felt as if he'd put something in his mouth he'd only end up throwing it back up. He hadn't had a decent meal like this in years. As he placed his arm up to his eyes he felt as if he were about to cry which was rare for a kid like him. He may look weak but he was somewhat tough deep inside.
"I-I'm sorry..."

Myasha's Story
"Relentless"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Myasha noticed that the orcs stopped kicking her as a new combatant has entered the field. That gave her a chance to recover using demonic regeneration that her father taught her to use. She grunted as she pushed the shield off of her, removing the spikes from her gut. The shield clattered off to the side as she saw one orc was missing its head while the other orc is on the ground. To her, she was hoping that it is the last of them, but it was optimistic as she is sure that her father would have predicted this as she noticed that the beheaded orc and the slashed orc risen themselves back from the dead. The truth is that their rage is what kept them alive, so the few ways will be to dismember them completely into pieces or to burn them while they are on the ground. For now, Myasha has to focus on healing herself.
As for the orcs, they retained their numerous superiority against the intruder as they quickly surround him. The three of them looked at the intruder with enough fury that a logical conversation would be impossible. "Blood head good. Blood head sneaky." The troll spoke in very basic English, despite its gargling voice makes it hard for beginners to understand. The troll raised its fist and roared, signalling the attack. The orcs roared as they all simultaneously attempt to strike the intruder.
Meanwhile, Myasha was indeed healing herself as most of the minor cuts are closed up. The troll looked at Myasha and shown its teeth. It leaped into the air, clearing twenty feet before landing ten feet away from Myasha and double the distance away from the intruder. Myasha struggled to get on her feet and started walking away from the troll, risking getting caught in the onslaught. The wound in her gut was not healed fully as she was trying to buy time for the regeneration to fully work. "Brood Princess not run! Brood Princess stay! Brood Father wanted Brood Princess to stay!" The troll growled as it leaped again and cut off Myasha's escape by landing closely in front of her, creating a shockwave that made Myasha collapse into kneeling. "Who is the Brood Father? What are you?" Myasha spoke to the troll, even though when looking at the orcs, these bastards are not willing to talk. "You see Brood Father. See him soon." The troll spoke as it began to reach for Myasha. With Riptide in her right hand, she flailed the sword into the approaching hand. However, the sword simply bounced off the hand, surprising Myasha. "Owie~" The troll groaned as it massaged its "hurt" hand. "Brood Princess strong. Brood Father knew." The troll commented.
The troll looked upon its comrades as they began a death fight against the intruder...down to the point that they are unable to fight anymore. The troll was definitely new as it clearly does not care about the orcs. "Brood Princess come now. Brood Father waiting." The troll spoke before trying to reach for Myasha again, but Myasha hit the hand with her sword again. This time, the troll slapped the sword out of Myasha's hand with a flick of its wrist. Myasha gripped her wrist in pain as the troll grabbed her and picked her up. "Heeeheheee...Brood Princess soft~" The troll commented. It was a strange turn of events as instead of the troll retreating with its prize, it sat down and examines her. "Ehhh....Thanks?" Myasha replied to the strange comment. Apparently, while the orcs are trying their hardest to kill the intruder, the troll was acting like a child looking at a new doll with Myasha being the doll.
They had some damn good wills to them, these demons did. Daigoro's eyes narrowed as his hand reached up before his face, holding the zanpakuto in such a way that'd protect his face from any attacks, waiting for the creatures to approach with a slightly feral smirk on his face; a sign of the FeralMind. Normally, he wouldn't be like this; but after losing Assimilated Form and changing to his new zanpakuto form, Daigoro was becoming slightly more susceptible to the damned thing. He growled lightly and stepped backwards, watching as the two raised from the dead. What was...? He growled slightly louder; pulling his blade down by his side and looking around as they surrounded him.
"Blood head good. Blood head sneaky." He laughed softly and lowered his gaze, the feral grin broadening. These demons... they brought it out in him, the animalistic side to him. The main troll roared and signaled to attack, raising his fist and causing them to attack in unison. He reacted in an instant. His feet dropped, and he lowered himself to the ground, lunging forwards at the first orc and forcing his shoulder into the creature's stomach with a feral smirk. Another quick turn later, and he had slashed his zanpakuto at the next orc to approach him and created a large gash in it's armor. His next motion made him dive out of the way, and he brought his zanpakuto up in front of his face, lowering his eyes.
"Remember all that I take, Kanki Okami." The zanpakuto dissipated into an ashen dust and began to flow around Daigoro's body as the redhead slowly stood up, smiling softly and staring at the creatures, who recoiled slightly for but a second, wondering what was flowing around his body. Then, they attacked. He tsk'ed, and stepped backwards, ducking under the blow of one and raising his arm to block another, feeling the hard material collide with his arm and draw a little blood. He ducked down and moved quickly, stepping past one of the orcs and planting his fist into it's stomach and pushing it away, finally breaking free from the circle, in order to turn around and stare at the with slightly bestial eyes.
"Creation, Axe." Something flashed in his eyes, and the variables of the axe suddenly made their way through his mind, Daigoro holding out a hand and smiling softly, a large pole forming itself out of the ashes around his body and spreading out to a length of six feet. At the end of this pole, a large and sharp bladed end grew out, looking rather threatening as it went. He chuckled lightly, and lifted it up, planting it on his shoulder; his eyes flashing once more to confirm the completion of the creation.
- Spoiler:
"Creation complete. Activating Combat Mode." He grinned wildly and took his foot off the ground, pushing it down quickly and rushing forwards with the axe, drawing the heavy weapon along with two arms and slicing directly through the center of the first Orc, blood splattering out from the cuts, yet not much happening due to the clean cut. He shouted out in joy and continued his assault, using the weight of the ax to his advantage and cleaving through the creatures with small laughs of glee. This was... fun! He'd never used such a powerful weapon before... He'll take this Orc... AND CLEAVE IT! Red eyes were wild and furious, as he hacked and slashed at the Orcs with a fury that he had never known before...
And then it was over. There were pieces of Orcs all over, blood splattered all over the walls and Daigoro left with little-to-no injuries from the attacks. Well, that was wrong, to be honest. He went down onto a single knee, the FeralMind finally clearing away from him, and leaving his mind unclouded. He breathed out and gritted his teeth, closing his eyes at the feeling of pain in his side. He slowly came to his feet and held the ax down at his side, dragging the top as he walked over to where the Troll had run off to. He was breathing heavily and sharply, tilting over whenever he took a bad step - he wasn't normally this bad, but the FeralMind had made him sloppy and stupid in battle. They had been fodder, the FeralMind had taken over because it was simply an enjoyment thing for this sort of battle; as opposed to a normal fight for his life. He gave a small chuckle, just as he was approaching the creature with Myasha, staring at the pair through semi-confident eyes.
"Your Orc foot-soldiers, they're dead. In little pieces on the ground, sadly." He chuckled softly and let the battleax dissipate into the ashes that constantly flowed around his body. His red eyes were focussed on the creature, and strangely intrigued by his gentleness, tilting his head to the side with a soft smile. "I didn't want to kill them, but it took over, and when it takes over, nothing survives. If they hadn't been so easy to kill... it wouldn't have taken over... And why are you being so gentle, Demon? The only things that Demons are gentle with are the Brood." He folded his arms and looked over to the side, completely oblivious to the Troll's intentions.
Contrary to what Shirou felt earlier, his mind was more relaxed and devoid of any worries he had for the young man earlier. Within good time, if he listened to Shirou and ate good meal's, he would be in top condition in no time. Thing's were never that easy though, were they? Shirou furrowed his brow slightly, as Rin turned away. Then it quickly receded, he had no reason to be upset. It wasn't like he expected the young boy to dive head into the food the moment he saw it. While his wound's were healed, it was clear that the condition of this boy wasn't physical, but mental and emotional. Not even he was very happy with his new family when he met them. He loved his mother very much, and enjoyed her company. She was the epitome of a great role model, a exemplary irreproachable, someone devoid of insult or curse. Her naive wish, became Shirou's wish on the night of her untimely death. Become a superhero and save everyone around in front of you. That was his wish, and when faced with the turmoil he faced during a war in his home land, he still held them close, unwilling to let go. You see, becoming a superhero was Shirou's only wish, he didn't care about himself. If he could see people happy, and save their lives, his life only played second fiddle. Time and Time again, he was ridiculed because of this childish ideal, which in archer's word's were only "Sophistry to cover up your ugliness."
Shirou knew there was no reward in this wish. Time would undoubtedly show him that saving everyone was only a mere illusion created by heroic, yet idiotic man of year's past. So why didn't he give it up? No one would judge him for dropping out of the throne of heroic men and women, in order to take care of himself more and put his life as a priority. In fact, that's what everyone around him prayed for. it is dangerous to put people as a priority over yourself, and furthermore, with how much of a hell this world has become, you had to fend for yourself or die amidst the pile of no-name men and women who tried to make a simply living. All of these were sound's reason, but the same damning fact came back to him like a river. He did not want to believe in their words. He know's there will take a long time before he even an ounce of peace can be seen in the world, but if it is truly up to him, he would make this dream come true no matter what the means. Even his deceased lover brought him back onto his path of Heroism. She told him to keep that dream close and never look back. So, to make sure her death was not a simple event, he continued his path of justice not only in his own stead, but her's as well. So, the story of the man known as Emiya Shirou was quite simple. He experienced a fire, was saved by a great woman, and in the current day, fight's for his dream hoping to reach that wonderful utopia.
When he reminisced on his past up till now, he slowly tasted the fruit of his success. [i]Just like mother use to make[i] He smiled confidently. Then again, his true mother was the leader of the race Shirou descended from. He wondered what type of cooking skill's she possessed; Maybe wonderful German and Italian dishes. Some day, he would have to visit her and eat her cooking. "...eh?" His smile quickly panned as he looked at the young man. An apology was very unexpected, it's not like the young man had did much except make an attempt at reprimanding him for healing his injuries. Yet, as he concluded it before, he probably felt that the boy was going through a bad mental state. Someone who knew not a single friend, and wasn't given the best in life. How could he discern that exactly? Simple, Shirou was never blessed with such convenient pleasantries himself either. "Hey..there is no need to apologize. I mean sure i'm a tad bit upset that you didn't jump head first into my meal, but hey, just the mere fact that you talked right now has made me happy. What's your name....friend?" He asked, his smile warm, his brown eye's sincere and kind. From the bottom of his heart, Shirou meant that word with all of his heart. How would the young half-breed take his kindness? No one could tell for now.
"I'll get stronger some day, just you wait!"
Things had changed, way to fast. Too fast for this small boy to get his head around at least.
The warmth of the bowl which contained the lush smell of Sukiyaki was left on the table from where Rin declined such a great meal. Through all this stress he was in he really did
feel sorry for turning away from the meal that was well cooked especially for him to help him get his physical state back. Whilst all that was true, he still had near to no idea what was happening.
He recalled falling asleep by the cold alley-way with the fast falling rain pouring towards him, sticking his clothes to his body and allowing his hair to drip with water causing its natural spiked state to drop down as if it was straight. He recalled a few days ago checking out of his last hotel he had the money to pay for because Rin, was a wise guy. The money he had saved lasted him a surprisingly long time.
When if you were to cross any 15 year old boy you’d see that if they were given money they’d go out and spend it on a blink of a eye. Rin wasn’t like that at all. He had enough to keep him sheltered and well fed for a good-while. Then when that money ran out a few days ago he didn’t know what to do.
He didn’t remember how long it had been since he had something to eat. He must have been so hungry that his body was too numb to send the senses to his brain to allow him to feel the hunger. Right now he was only thinking of the feelings of the man whom had actually taken his time to cook a well made meal for the boy. It was clearly obvious he cared for him but for what reason Rin had no idea.
He still wondered why he had awoken in this place with those two men around him trying to help him. At first Rin didn’t trust them at all, I mean, if you were someone around Rin’s age who woke up on a table with people around you you’d probably feel the same way. The boy soon looked down to his bandaged feet which held no stinging sensation anymore, the bandages had stopped the blood clearly whilst a few spots were seen which had soaked right through the material.
At first he thought he was dead. But now all he felt was guilt. Guilt he was being so stupid to make people go out the way of what they were doing to help this boy. He didn’t want that. Throughout all this, the person who needed the help the most. Rin still thought about others rather than himself. He guessed he was just like that. He wanted to just get out of this room and rush out of the pub – They’d all soon forget about him.
But Rin knew how rude he was being, obviously he didn’t wish to do such a horrible thing. Now that he looked back he hadn’t said thanks once for everything. At first he felt as if this was a punishment but when he actually saw Dai and Shirou helping him he thought otherwise. But then again…what did he have to return the favours they had casted on him.
He had heard plenty say, you only get one life. Rin on the other hand didn’t really believe this but if this was true, Shirou and Dai were taking seconds, minutes maybe even hours to help the boy. He just wanted to know one thing, why they were putting in their own time to help one boy.
Rin was just like the rest. Maybe if he had never gone down that alley way then Dai, that red-headed man would of never have seen him, he would of never have taken him up and helped him out. Hell, Rin wouldn’t be here right now, consuming the time of others and casting more problems on others rather than taking them up for himself.
Rin right now was indeed in a bad mental state full of regret for things. Now, he regretted for living. He hated himself to bits. He wanted to know what Shirou behind him was thinking with Rin turning away from a meal that had taken the man so long to cook.
Rin was being resistant at first, not wanting to be healed and just wanting to leave for the best of the others. He didn’t like it when others tried helping him. He just felt himself as another problem, another pest, a ant at the picnic.
Looking around again all he could smell was the mixed foods within the Sukiyaki, his favourite dish. Enough to make his mouth water and his tongue tingle. The actual reason as to why he wouldn’t eat was that he still had that small part of him that didn’t trust this man and the fact he didn’t really like eating around strangers was another reason.
Silence had taken over the area far too long now, Rin had a feeling the man had left him from being so hurt. A frown crossed his face at that thought before that silence was broken.
“Hey..there is no need to apologize…”
That was what was heard at the start, the tone of voice alone showed the man somewhat upset but happy for reasons Rin couldn’t get his finger around.
He...wanted to apologize.
“I mean sure I’m a tad bit upset that you didn’t jump head first into my meal”
Rin knew it; he declining such a lovely meal had upset the man. He had the urge to turn around and eat it but the mere fact of him eating in front of someone he had only just met made him think other-wise. Sure, he had no parents which meant he wouldn’t get grounded at this.
For any child worrying parent would be against the idea of a boy in a pub with two strangers by him offering him some food. It’d make them sick with worry and if Rin did have parents, chances high were that he wouldn’t be here today. Bandaged and feeling a whole lot better than he was before. He’d probably be in a well state with the love of his parents around him. But unknowingly to Rin he had no idea whom the person who gave life to him was. It had been like that for fifteen long, horrible years.
A thought crossed his mind….
This was the best day he had ever experienced. Whilst growing up in care he had been bullied, abused and god knows what but at the same time he hurt others when he grew sick of it for the reason of them calling him a demon. He didn’t know why…he just hated that word. He hated being called a demon. It was enough to make him tick with rage he wouldn’t stop. But that man back then…The man who Rin had no clue was friends with his mother.
The man stopped him from raging, of course he put his friends in a hospitals, broke their ribs and put them near to death with a heart full of regret for living but that man who had taken care of the baby Rin for such a little time was there to comfort him. He stopped Rin from using his powers to hurt others. That had to be the earliest memory Rin had come across and the man whom he had met back then…was dead. His last few moments of his life were chosen at his own free will to help Rin who his mother decided to place in his care along with his wife.
The boy shaking slightly, anyone would think he was cold but he wasn’t now, he caught the odd shiver here and there but he was actually warm in a well built pub like this. He wasn’t shaking because of his body temperature. With his back to this man named Shirou it was hard to tell just why the shaking had taken place.
“The mere fact that you talked right now has made me happy...”
Whilst the speaking of the man had stopped with that sentence Rin felt it, the tears soon collapsed from his face, sniffing loudly as he had bit his lip to stop any sounds to suggest him crying. The tears landed on the sheets of the bed as he clenched the covers hard.
Why…Why were people so nice to him…even back there he had people who cared…What was his life…Who was he or what was he. He had no clue anymore…
He didn’t know how things would end for him or what his life was actually made for because from his point of view it was only to bring him pain physically and mentally. He kept on thinking if he were to be so horrible now he’d be thrown out the pub. He could hear the rain pouring again harshly outside, more than before obviously and the thought of him being out there again made him cry more. Silent tears were flowing but a large amount of pain was following.
What on earth was he left with.
He was just another street-boy whom was, at this moment of time left with nothing but his body. He wanted to take great care of himself but he had no resources to do so nor did he have the strength mentally to do it anymore. It had all grown way to much for him, for such a small boy.
“What’s your name….friend?”
His eyes widened for a second at the final word, ‘friend’. Him speaking just a few moments ago had made the man happy…?
A-and now he was being considered as a friend…?
He hadn’t ever been considered as a friend. With those ‘friends’ in care back then he remembered something. Not once had they ever called him a friend. Rin pretty much barged his way in to their lives, eager to be around them so he wouldn’t be alone. But he could see their body language clearly, how they hated him and wanted him gone.
This had to be the first time he had heard that word coming from some-one else’s mouth and aimed at him…
The shaking increased slightly, tears flowing again. But it wasn’t because he was upset. Actually he didn’t know what he was feeling right now. It was something he had never felt. Although the tears were enough to make his body temperature rise again. He had already gained a fever so it wouldn’t really leave his body with a large impact but then again it could give him a harsh head-ache.
He didn’t really know how to respond to this, he had tried opening his mouth to answer but only ended up releasing more tears….
Whilst a minute had passed with no reply he decided he’d speak with all the strength he had…
“R-R..Rin…”
His voice shook at first, but he managed to get the words out, his name.
“Rin Okumura…”
His full name was soon given, the only thing he had left. The only thing he could say he was himself. His name. His voice was quiet so the words were barely heard but the room was quiet enough so the words were spoken at least loud enough for the man to hear, even know the harsh rain outside tried to over-power his voice as it landed on the tin tops of the trash cans causing a sort of loud crashing sound.
Myasha's Story
"Another Brood Princess?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The troll looked at Dai and the orcs before it. Normally, the troll would put up a strong fight against those who are physical, not metaphysical, but this time, there was a strange twist in its mind. “They not brothers. They serve Brood Father. I serve Brood Princess. Prophecy of Demon Lady.” The troll spoke to Dai before sniffing Myasha’s hair. “Girl no Brood Princess. This girl False Princess!” The troll proclaimed before tossing Myasha away in bitter disappointment. “Stars said False Princess aid Brood Princess. Stars said Brood Princess controls Brood in end.” The troll prophesized. For Myasha, it is entirely new that she was called the False Princess and was told that she has to help the real Brood Princess somehow. But she does not know who is the real Brood Princess. “Mister Troll? What is the Prophecy of Demon Lady?” Myasha asked the troll after she risen back on her feet.
“Stars tell all.
Heralds of End Time arrived.
Heralds of Renaissance arrived.
Both battled for Paradise.
In End Time, neither won.
Only two princesses found.
False and the Demon Lady.
False will aid, but sides with silence.
The Demon Lady will rise.
Through redemption and revolution.
Demon Lady shalt not be pure.
For she is both mortal and not.
The Watcher will fall.
But not by her hands.
It ends with birth of two Demon Lords.”
Myasha looked at the troll with surprise that it has some intelligence to even recall the versus of a prophecy that neither she nor her new ally would know about. “Me Herald of Renaissance. They Heralds of End Time.” The troll spoke while pointing at itself then at the orcs, making it seem that the troll was actually wanting to help Myasha and Dai. “How come you did not help me before?” Myasha asked, pointing out her wound. “Me play with them for me life. Me wished no death.” The troll replied. Apparently, the troll only tagged along to avoid getting punished for siding with the Demon Lady that it spoke of. “Are you familiar with Dad?” Myasha asked the troll and received a nod in return. “Brood Father is all father.” The troll replied. “I-I missed him and I want him to come back...” Myasha told the troll, trusting that it will not attack her now.
“Brood Father see girl annoying. He see no use her. He want girl dead.” The troll spoke quietly, but audibly sound like it is true. Myasha’s eyes relaxed as her head lowered. It is now true that Myasha was abandoned since the death of her mother. What everyone else did not know is that it is her father who killed her mother and her brother. Myasha witnessed him slaughtering them with the cruelest of spells. She recollected the ambience of suffering as she cannot do a thing to lessen the pain they endured. The screaming...they never left her, not once. All this and she still wanted to be with her father, even if he murdered her brother and mother. “Do you know where I could find him?” Myasha asked the troll. Suddenly, a loud shriek of the damned penetrated through the silence as the troll raised its heavy hands over its small ears. “Silence come! Flee!” The troll spoke before fleeing.
This is soon becoming a new tale of confusing as Myasha was momentarily stunned by the shriek and witnessed her only lead was fleeing. Whatever it was, it is powerful enough to scare a big guy like that away. Judging by where the sound came from, the being is on the street. Myasha ran to the street when the troll clearly went the other way. Upon arriving at the street, she noticed a horseman in black and shaded face. Strangely they look human, but they also displayed an aura of power that is beyond human. With her sword out, she faced that new foe, but cannot help ease her own shaking as looking at it was causing some kind of dread to crept over her body like it did with many warriors before it. It is the kind of dread that creeps up anyone, no matter who they are other than its master. The rider drew out its sword out as the horse’s eyes flashed red with burning hatred that consumed the rider’s heart.

“They not brothers. They serve Brood Father. I serve Brood Princess. Prophecy of Demon Lady.” He blinked slightly at this statement, but stayed in a guarded position. Brood Father, huh? So this demon wasn't with the rest of them, but... on his own? He blinked at this, wondering exactly what the troll meant by it. However, he didn't speak, instead leaving the troll to continue trying to explain his actions towards the young lady in front of him, “Girl no Brood Princess. This girl False Princess! Stars said False Princess aid Brood Princess. Stars said Brood Princess controls Brood in end.” He gasped a little at this. The Brood Princess... who were they? He'd heard the occasional Demon Warband mention the Brood Princess as well in their war cries, but he'd never... actually seen a picture, or even heard one of them describe said "Brood Princess". Were they stronger than the already-powerful Brood Father?

...that prophecy, it was new to him, even through all the Demons that he had spoken to. He shook his head, mouthing the words to himself. It would be a long time before he forgot that statement. Plenty of time to get answers. With a soft sigh, he turned away a little, watching the troll out of the corner of his eye. There was something off about all of this. He was just a bystander, yet he felt a greater purpose coming within all of this. He sighed again, and whispered words that only he would be able to hear, making sure that he didn't raise his voice to a level that the troll or Myasha would be able to overhear.
"I'm no friend to demonkin. Why am I bothering to listen?"
“Me Herald of Renaissance. They Heralds of End Time.”
"!!" He turned suddenly, eyes widening. No... That meant that this troll wasn't with the orcs he'd just killed. This was all a ruse, it seemed. He decided to take a neutral standpoint for now, simply listening, instead of saying anything else. If he did anything stupid, well...
“How come you did not help me before? Me play with them for me life. Me wished no death. Are you familiar with Dad? Brood Father is all father. I-I missed him and I want him to come back...” Psh. So that was it, was it? From what he'd gathered, there was going to be some kind of split down the demonkin community. His eyes narrowed a little at the thoughts of this. Brood Father, Brood Princess. The Renaissance, the End Time. There was a lot to take in, and a lot to ponder. And then that kid. Strange. Something felt wrong about him. The man turned away from them both, and placed a hand on his chin, shutting out their conversation and trying to think it over. He wasn't in any affiliation, and he was certain that Sin Fall was aligned with the Kokuryuteshi. Unless this wasn't a Sin Fall thing, which woul--
"HRRRRRGH!" The redheaded Ziamichi went down onto one knee, holding hands over his ears at the sound of the damned. Through the hands he managed to hear the troll shout out his preparation to escape, something about 'Silence'. He managed to get his composure back, and slowly got to his feet, turning towards the girl that had escaped to the street. He turned on his heel and followed her, out into the empty area. The sudden feeling of darkness made him turn in a sudden, and he growled, ever-so-slightly. Stepping forwards and past the girl, he held out his hand and closed his eyes, holding out his hand to the side.
"Creation, katana." The ashes that flowed around his body started to gather in a single place, growing into an average-sized katana. The redhead sighed softly, and opened his eyes again, just as the red irises flashed, the redheaded Ziamichi watching the dark rider carefully. This enemy wasn't going to be easy.
"Creation complete. Activating Combat Mode."

Hanako Yadomaru Jr.’s Story
"Soul Stone Arc, Chapter 1: Home Sweet Home"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The reiatsu field around Dai, Myasha, the Rider and other bystanders became disturbed as if something else was coming through a portal. In fact, it was a portal that was opening up. Its color was black with red outline while laced with demonic energy called Za Koa. The location of the portal was only tens of feet away from behind the rider and in front of the pub owned by Hanako Yadomaru Jr. Predictably, someone must have great power to generate a portal that close to a sanctuary that Kisuke Urahara and Tessai aided in making. Without much fanfare, an average sized woman walked out with red eyes and dark hair, a trait familiar for demons. Yet, that person looks more human than demonic. By her hip was a sword and by her side was a demon cat that was carrying the body of Mr. Caveman. The woman looked at the rider and drops her sword before readying herself with a battle stance of a black belt.
“Cripes...Fateful Rider!” The woman shouts to the rider in attempt to catch its attention. “Brood Princess...She awakened!” The rider replies with raspy voice as its head was peeking at the woman. “Brood Princess? I’m Hanako Yadomaru Junior, and remember that!” Hanako corrects with a growl. Hanako looks at the two people behind the rider and recognizes only one, which is Dai who she met back at the Iramasha Island when she escaped the world of the Kokuryuteishi. When she looks upon the pink-haired girl with an outrageous boost of hormones, she notices that she has red eyes, a common trait for a demon, yet a very humanly appearance. This gives away to Hanako that girl is like herself, a half-demon. “Girl! What is your name so I know which side you are on!” Hanako commands to the pink-haired girl.
After hearing her introduction, Hanako uses Jigoku Sokudo to slip by the rider and side herself with Dai and the pink-haired girl. “I may not know how come I know these things, so bear with me and ask after I figure out how I know. Alright?” Hanako says to Dai, knowing that she is still exploring her inner demon. “What we have here is the leader of the riders, the Fateful Rider. So expect it not to be an easy fight.” Hanako informs Dai and the pink-haired girl. Usually, Hanako will expect a response that is not a question, so she stays quiet. With the rider looking upon her and the other two, the rider looks at the pink-haired girl. “False Princess, Brood Father wishes to see you.” The rider speaks to the pink-haired girl like it is a request. Hanako looks at the pink-haired girl and has a feeling that this girl will not last long on her own.
“You should get behind me and Dai on this and do not listen to it at all.” Hanako warns the pink-hair girl with a tone of a protective mother. It is normal for Hanako to be protecting someone who is innocent enough that she felt it is not too late. “Dai. Think you can root the horse while I force the rider off its horse?” Hanako asks Dai while strategizing in her head. Hanako has a quick mind to begin with while her comprehension was finely tuned to the point that she can think of a lot of possibilities while she performs. As a bounty hunter, a quick mind and a quick hand is all it needs when dealing with humans with powers and hollows. For her plans, she comes up with the plan to force the rider to dismount to eliminate the higher ground advantage along with its speed advantages. Possibly without its horse, they can be easier to defeat. Judging from Dai’s appearance, he can take a lot more than a wound. One two-part question stands so far in Hanako’s mind...
“What is going on and why that girl is what the elite like that rider is after instead of me?”
