What Do You Have To Offer: As of right now Eliah has obtained an incredible mindset enough to increase her power by just a bit. As for as she grows she will definitely mature and has already shoved off her lackadaisical ways. She is continually growing as a person and as a Shinigami and is even gained the hand of Wolf in order to help her through the process. When she obtains greater strength and has fully developed her correct personality she will be a vital member to the gotei 13 as I have great ideas for her Bankai... monumental, rather.

Reasons For Joining: After Tsubasa became the Captain Commander Hiroshi was left without a Captain. Because of his lack of will to be the Captain of the R&D Division and the fact that he joined on the sole reason of working under Tsubasa now left him without a reason to stay. So in order to join a division that fits him better he decided to join the 7th Division.

What Do You Have To Offer: Hiroshi is a Leader an protector. From recent revelation of large matter he has become less cold and enclosed in himself and has opened up.

Leadership
His leadership takes into count little to no casualties on his or his allies sides, and if there are to be casualties he would die before the rest. He has the mentality to set his allies and subordinates before himself, and leads accordingly. Whether it is a battle situation, or just with everyday activities he will not only come up with a well planned way of approaching things he will also do it in the best interests of his allies.

Protector
The theme of his life that he lives by is one that protects. Hiroshi is determined with ever fiber in his being to protect all that he holds dear with everything he has. That includes his allies and the Gotei 13 in it's entirety.
