Gotei 13 Hierarchy

Reasons For Joining: Previously a captain of the gotei, shino academy teacher (though that means litte), ibikis vice captain and one of the oldest captains still around that retains some of his sanity, Damien has a multitude of reasons to return to the position now that iriko has left and multiple others are gone allowing him to return to the field and power through to return the gotei to a higher standing. I also feel like these 2 divisions are the best fit for the man as he is more willing to be on the front lines than anything else and if he cant achieve that he can at least defend the goteis laws and rules.
How Active Are You? Currently average but will be amping it up within the next week or so
What Do You Have To Offer: for one a 0-2 for the organisation, another captain to fill ranks that has proven already useful and if i can get my activity like i want it a much more active division for the gotei ... also damiens drunken antics

Reasons For Joining: One of the main reasons for joining was in the following thread she was asked by the captain to come back as his vice captain. as well seeing as her recent change she want's to do some good in the world.

What Do You Have To Offer: As a vice-captain animum herself primarily offers a cool collected voice of reason to internal affairs, while as well boasting a grand master in mental deduction, a split-tier of 0-2/0-2++ and finally a drive to help out the gotei 13.
