What Do You Have To Offer: As of right now Eliah has obtained an incredible mindset enough to increase her power by just a bit. As for as she grows she will definitely mature and has already shoved off her lackadaisical ways. She is continually growing as a person and as a Shinigami and is even gained the hand of Wolf in order to help her through the process. When she obtains greater strength and has fully developed her correct personality she will be a vital member to the gotei 13 as I have great ideas for her Bankai... monumental, rather.
Notes: SHE WAS IN SQUAD 2, but whoever fixed this failed to noticed I was the one to ask for the update because my character wasn't on there. Kudos to them... neither of my characters were on there. lol But it's all good one is archived and now the other is changing to 8 so it's all good. SQUAD 8 MAKING MOVES!

Reasons For Joining: Upon the absence/departure of the last Captain, Crystal has been chosen as potential candidate to lead the squad based on her contributions and her knowledge. Being a woman dedicated to her duties, nothing but the best is expected of her.
How Active Are You? an average of 9 posts per day since approval of first character i'd say im really active. Upon approval I would only step up even further to do justice to this position
What Do You Have To Offer: Engaging threads for the 12th Squad and other members to contribute to the Research and Development, foster unity within Soul Society and further the Shinigami cause. Getting a chance to interact and know with most members at Soul Society will potential open up a myriad of interesting posts. I also have plans of creating a familia project (to be discussed in the future) that would help shinigami greatly.

Kazuma is more than adequate in the combative department, but wanted to become more well rounded. He joined this squad to do just that. As it turns out, he as a natural knack for the detective work.

I would be very active, unless work demanded something of me. I am in the military, so fair warning I might go poof on occasion. Though, whenever I can, a fair heads up will be given.
What Do You Have To Offer:
Both IRL and ICL a good bit. My character is suited for a semi-position of authority while still leaving room to grow as needed. A LT spot fits that.
Me as a person I know of Bleach very well and have been RPing almost since I could walk, jk, more like seven. I'm turning 23. xD
