Reasons For Joining: Finally attaining her Bankai, and becoming stronger, Neviah was given opportunity to become a Captain. When given the choice between 7th Division or 10th Division, Neviah realized that if she was in the 10th Division, which was Living World Affairs, she'd be able to see her family more! So taking action to not only grow in the ranks of the Gotei, but follow in the footsteps of her father, she looks ahead as the new Captain of the 10th Division.

What Do You Have To Offer: Neviah is growing so much, and her power is developing quite well. Seeing as she couldn't grow anymore within the 4th Division, but also that her Foster Mother is now gone, Neviah has decided to spread her wings and develop into another role within the Gotei, and one that would help her see her family. While she is still shaken up around others, she does understand as Captain, she is responsible for interacting with her units, and she shall. She will also head way into Affairs of the Living world and take her job seriously between Negotiations and Intelligence, as well as being very skilled in Healing and Offensive combat helps as well.
