Reasons For Joining: I feel, that he should be in the 5th Division, due to him being more of a Kido based character and since he has created 12 custom kido so far, with another 4 waiting for approval/denial. Moreover, i have his history based on joining the 5th Division and being the 5th Seat. The reason for the 5th seat, is that it is a somewhat middle position, and one that will allow him to work on his own leadership skills and to help others with whatever he can help them with.

What Do You Have To Offer: I have to offer is the ability to add custom kido to the list and to get threads going. In addition to keeping people active or at least try to.

Reasons For Joining: Hijikata is a strong Shinigami, known as "The Demon Commander", is one of the top Zanjutsu masters, and he is a swordsman through and through; as his only special ability pretty much forces head on battle.
How Active Are You? I plan to be very active, and I am gonna keep on being active.
What Do You Have To Offer: Hijikata, as said before, is very strong, he's a grand master of Zanjutsu, he is a born leader, having the title "The Demon Commander". He is also probably one of the best swordsmen in the Gotei, and is a great ally to have.
