Removed characters held by "John" "Yuki" "Thordios" and "Matsu".
Replaced Iriko and placed him in the Captain Commander spot, removed Tsubasa.
Added in Giriko.

Reasons For Joining: After talking about stuffs in the Xat, I decided to make Shinigami. While Rost and JJ said captains would be preferred, I said I wouldn't have minded starting at VC and going up to Captain, or assuming the position or whatever, and went with that idea. Anyways, in terms of IC reasoning, if I get the approval from staffs, I'll have Kiriko be adopted into the Unohana family from Retsu herself and stuffs. It would make sense if she wanted to be in Squad 4, and for a person of her skill level (considering its planned that she assumes captain) it would only make sense that she could reach that position. Also, she'll be a very serious character with a strong sense of duty like Unohana, and much loyalty towards the Gotei and the Soul King.
How Active Are You? If I could use the (UN) emoticon here, I would.
What Do You Have To Offer: I'm no longer in any other RPs (as I used to be constantly). Meaning, my activity is dedicated to PH, in turn meaning more activity for the Gotei. Plus, with a Vice or Captain position, I plan to send out missions and basically amp up things. Pretty standard stuff.
