Reasons For Joining: Tsumi is a climber, and his skillset is generally geared more toward speed, rather than strength.

How Active Are You? I haven't been active as of late, due to a lot of family and school related issues springing up, though with those out of the way, I'M BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER

What Do You Have To Offer: Well, Tsumi is pretty good at talking to people, and he's only going to get faster, so as captain of recon, he'd be able to teach the new recruits how to climb the old-fashioned way.
