Ok well Tindera does not know Ketsu but he has heard about Ketsu. and Knows he is the one that has Touketsu sealed inside of him . And this would help him get closer to ketsu and even free Touketsu one day. Plus he know's Matthew and worked for him as a Knight of circle three for a while. So he could get a connection threw Matthew

Seraph yes he is not know by Ketsu but he is the Assistant of the Iramasha Guard with the Leader being Koichi giving him a some what small connection. Plus his grandfather was a well respected person in the Iramasha clan. And so Ketsu many of know of his family just not him

Matthew has never developed with anyone from his circle. He's ignored it and only done things his own way to make it look like he's a "Team player" and that's all. To attain development or known much about Ketsu/Matthew through such plot holes is metagaming in a way...

He does not know Ketsu but he had herd of him. And the chance of a connection threw Matthew is very very small. It is more of just trying to use your name a small gate. And saying he know's you and has worked for you

Hyorenku Iramasha

Why: Hyorenku knew a little bit about Touketsu but not really knew each other much.Yes, he stalk Touketsu all the time and stuff.Usually sneaking into every private place he goes and eventually being spotted most of the times.The connection between Touketsu are so, so small.He wanted to be apart of this project to help Touketsu... a little bit or maybe a lot.
