Below are a list of users who can use Project Hell Harvester due to the fact that they have the seal of Akuma Hankestu somewhere within or on their body. If they have this seal on them it will automatically connect them to Project Hell Harvester, it's knowledge, the power and the entire network of users who apart of it. You'll even learn how to control a bit of Death's Energy, and even in the most horrid battlefields, you'll never truly be alone...

How would he know Ketsu? Mostly those within the Iramasha, Iramasha Demon's or someone Ketsu knows on a good level typically get this seal. Is he connected to Matthew in any way, how did he even meet Ketsu? I will need better reasoning on your end for this character.

This one seems alot more likely of happening, but I don't believe Ketsu even knows of his existence really. Explain how this would come across.
