An Encounter [Stella/Jiyan]

Stella had been assigned a mission to take care of a few hollows. Despite the initial reluctance to give her another mission they finally caved after a few days. Her sitting around doing nothing wasn't helping her mental state, but she had just been told to go and clear out a few hollows. That brings us to the current time. She stands on a roof looking around for anymore hollows. She couldn't sense any, but she did sense a full Bringer amongst the crowd walking.

Using steigen to find her way down and near the tall man she would question him. She thought she got the hollows but you can never be too sure. atleast with her confidence in being able to sense hollows. She still wasn't the best at it. If the man gave her attention he would notice she wore seemingly a long sleeve shirt that seems torn along the sleeve where a fresh scratch from a hollow sits. Along with the long sleeved shirt she had a pear of jeans on.


"Sir, have you seen anymore hollows around here?"

"Making sure they can't hurt any of the people here, yeah. You can come witb me if you want."

She'd speak plainly before she'd continue forward. Summoning her 2 handed axd axe as she carried it, the bland low to the ground behind her as she made her way out of the crowd. The hollow hadn't taken notice of her yet but she wanted to make sure she didn't cause a scene. Hit it once from behind and break its mask was her plan.

Stella had invited the taller man along with her just to see what he could do. Perhaps he could be another training partner she would be able to use in China. It felt nice finding someone here who wasn't trying to summon big magic skeletons and slam her around into cars. As she was thinking about this she didn't find herself thinking about the green haired woman. Stella hoped with all her heart that creature wasn't in China.

Stella would shake her head at the thought of needing help getting up. This hollow seemed like it could be a challenge though. So she didn't necessarily need help getting up there but she could need assistance fighting it. The only problem was, would it be okay for her to ask a civilian for help? He did seem like he had some spiritual energy so perhaps it wouldn't be that bad.

"Do you mind helping me exercise it though? Seems like it isn't much weaker than I am. I don't want this to bleed over into the other civilians."

She spoke before she would attack. Wanting to make sure she had confirmation before she took any actions. When she was out on a mission like this she tried to make sure that the least amount of people would be affected by the fight. Keeping herself busy also seems to be helping her not think about the incident.

Stella watched as another person seemed to have outclassed her. Feeling a tinge of jealously asshe watched the display. What was the point in her even existing? She can't even do her job correctly. She hadn't minded the help in the first place but now she some what regretted asking for it. Watching the hollow fade away she would look to the man with a real but somewhat forced smile.

"...T...thank you. What can I call you, sir?"

Maybe it was for the best thst this man had killed the hollow. Watching its body fade away made her realize that he didn't just erase it like the quincies do. When she kills a hollow she sees the spirit completely break a part. Never to rejoin the soul cycle again.

"You can call me Stella."

Introducing herself before allowing him to. Not wanting to come off as rude by waiting to introduce herself second. She didn't mind doing it first and there wasn't really anything that she thought could go wrong from telling him. Had he worked with the shiniami she probably would have already gotten beaten again.

"You didn't do anything to me, Jihan."

She spoke gently as he should be able to tell she was speaking genuinely as well. She just felt bad for asking for help when he had pretty much done everything. She provided very little.value to the interaction so she was surprised he even stayed to hear her speak.

"You are pretty strong though. Are you affiliated with anyone or are you working solo?"

Stella asked curiously as she watched him. It was pretty obvious she wasn't displeased with the man himself. Almost all of Stella's issues stemmed from her self confidence at this point. She felt almost jealous of someone like this. She wished she could be naturally gifted like that. She thought she was special when she was younger but obviously there are very different levels.
