MIYASHIRO HIROE
For a moment, the internal flow was not instantaneous. The process felt odd for Hiroe. She had never really been the type to sit down and engage in the act of introspective concentration. Even so, she steadied herself, took another deep breath and slowly but surely allowed her thoughts to form together. Memories, dreams, and other such ideas of where her path ought to take her.
She didn't allow them to break her focus, and maintained a hold of them as she slowly felt her body going through a phase wherein she felt relaxed, feeling as though she had reached a peace of mind and all the doubts that assaulted her were nothing more than thoughts. Her muscles relaxed, her breath improved, and it was here she was beginning to feel the effects of what Hannah was talking about...
"I... I think I'm feeling it now, Miss Hannah. It... it feels nice."

"Good" Hannah would state, in a gentle tone. Hiore was doing pretty well, picking things up this quickly. Of course, there was the start of things and then the progression of things, and Hiore was at the starting line after all.
"Now, this is your Reiryoku. The single most important resource of a Shinigami. Through it you will power all your capabilities, and while skill can not be denied as a great assistant, having the energy to power something is the most important thing. Cycle this through your body, exert it out as reiatsu, and otherwise train it as you would a muscle"

MIYASHIRO HIROE
"Got it... let me go back to focusing again. I can do it, Miss Hannah."
HIroe smiled, though her eyes remained close as she took another sip from the warm teacup. She had completed step one but step two was still to come. Her Reiryoku was the next thing to approach. One more sip was taken in preparation to let that warmth flow through her body and maintain her focus. Maintain the mood. Maintain the focus. Channel her most important resource. The process would begin though it didn't start instantaneously. She was still a fledgling Shinigami and so, as with all students in that position, she had to take baby steps but a small channel was beginning as her body felt energy flowing through. If she could focus for a little more, perhaps she'd be able to cycle it through her body...

Speaking might throw off her focus, so she didn't. Hannah would just watch, keeping an eye on Hiroe through her Reikaku to ensure nothing bad happened. She questioned if she would be able to do anything if it did, but decided to have some confidence in her capabilities. She was unparalleled outside of Unohana in the field of Kaido, after all. If anyone could do anything, it was her.

MIYASHIRO HIROE
HIroe's body would begin to glow ever so softly, a dim color of silver floating around her as she brought one hand forward, channeling her reiryoku. She could feel that energy flowing through her as it circle out and slowly began to form itself within her palm. Hiroe would not speak, however. She wanted to maintain this focus, to get some form of verbal proof from her teacher that she was successfully going about this correctly. At the very least, she could at least feel the energy flowing through her. It felt... good. It wasn't the sensation of excitement but rather a warm acknowledgment that she was making progress.

Silence. Sometimes it was a great skill to be able to stay quiet when you needed to. To watch, without trying to blow up one's own ego or grandstand, or beat one's own chest. Hiroe didn't need any guidance, anyway, she was doing well on her own. Which was a good sign, the world needed more Kido Savants. The last one who had shown interest just disappeared after a conversation, and she'd never found anyone else since.
Admittedly, didn't get out much either though....

MIYASHIRO HIROE
The energy that cycled through her palm remained as Hiroe took measured breathes to maintain it, forming a light portion of her Reiryoku into an orb. She would move her palm round to guide it to and fro, weaving it within the hair while she set the tea cup down with her other hand. A deep breath her, and a rhythmic movement of the hand there. A memory of the time she would tailor clothes with her mother would enter her mind and that encouraged her to turn that orb of spirit power into a light string, dancing through the air. Focus was maintained and only Hannah would be the one who could confirm that she had succeeded in at least getting the bare basics of energy down. Hiroe couldn't see with her eyes, closed... though it hadn't dawned on her that she was talking to a woman who couldn't see at all.

Turning into a light string and weaving it around was a good showcase of her talent. This would go well for herself if she accepted limits and carried onwards at the same pace. The orb reminded of her when she was young. The passion she had for Kido, to learn and to improve above and beyond what was in front of her.
Of course, it also reminded her of the red rage she had, creating that massive orb to try and kill the man who had just murdered her parents. So, kind of a net loss of memories, really. She finished her drink and set about making a second before her emotions disturbed Hiroe at all. That was the issue with Hannah, she could never hid anything from a person well attuned, since she needed her energy to see and it was her energy that showed her heart.

MIYASHIRO HIROE
Hiroe would move that string of light around out of curiosity, elegantly waving it about the air as a warm smile formed on her face. Another measured breath would be exhaled as the string slowly dissipated and Hiroe opened her eyes to gaze at Hannah. It wasn't as if she had lost concentration or even broke focus. Maintaining the spirit energy for a longer duration of time would be a rigorous process but Hiroe hoped she had at least established a baseline mechanic to repeat and study.
"That's as long as I can hold it, Miss Hannah. Did I do it?"

Fortunately not disturbing her, Hiroe carried on for a short while before exhausting. The Soul was just like a muscle, and you could only hold a single thing for so much before your arm gave in. So when Hiore opened her eyes, Hannah would nod to her.
"Indeed, it quite quite a great show for a first attempt. You have a strong talent for Kido if you keep to it every day" Hannah would create a strand of energy, and then a thousand more that interlaced into themselves and created a beautiful knitted scarf, before vaporising as she let it go.
"Kido can be beautiful if you grasp it's secrets and pull hard. Just be careful, don't hurt yourself"
