» Primary Information:
This is a mini-event that is taking place in the aftermath of World War Four. The day is July 12th, 2420 and it is set in the heart of Moscow and it is a futuristic city that has opened its borders to others. Therefore, it is a social event designed to make other characters of different characters engage with each other.
The intent of the event is to lay out the potential political landscape, relations, and future directions of the planet in the wake of Shadow Fall losing its power on the planet. It is being hosted by the Lux Orior/Russia and was started by Radioactive with the approval of Shadin Yuudeshi. There can be multiple threads in this area and currently the Moscow Kremlin is targetted as the central place for the event as far as discussions go of political nature.
» Reasons To Join:
» Interaction This event is designed to be open to all factions and characters who want to take part in the festival. Therefore, you can meet up with new people, get different plots rolling, and otherwise get your character away from their bubble.
» Character Development: You can have a lot of character development as many characters across different war arcs often do not come out the same way they entered. So for those interested in the writing aspect, they can use this character to otherwise
» Historic Impacts: Most likely your character will have some form of prestige during or after the war based on the actions that they take. So this is the type of event where stands are made, legends are created and people tend to look back on these kinds of threads for big historic moments.

Reason To Join Thread: He did Fight in the outbreak of the war alongside Sofia on behalf of the Vandenreich at the time and Vanguard. He did also help in capturing Sunshine. While Ghislain's efforts were useful, he leads nothing and is merely a person who stepped up to prevent loss of life.
Notes: If you'd rather him stay out of it, that's fine by me.

Reason To Join Thread: The whole zombie event in China has really took a toll on the shinigami. Wanting to make sure she isn't a liability she hopes to encounter new people. Most importantly to hone her skills against new combatants, while she isn't much into politics it greatly impacts everyone.

Both of you are cleared to make your own threads in the event. Unless you were specifically trying to join Radioactive's. Otherwise, you'd need to clarify what massive reason, influence and pull you have in the world to otherwise meet in that thread.

Reason To Join Event: Saisei will be joining under The Vandenreich along with his own personal relations to the Sugi Royalty that are out of commission for the foreseeable future. Not only was Saisei told directly by his superiors in the Vandenreich about the status of the event and the attendance of the Org, it fits Saisei's character very nicely to be attending such an event. For a character that seeks to embed themselves in the future endeavors of the Earth as a whole and has the means to through his Org, it makes sense for him to seek connections through the Moscow event.
Notes: I'll be making my own thread for those who won't be attending the main thread in that have reasoning for joining/being at the event.

This also serves to let him see Zin's dreams and Colin's come true more. Also, I'd like to replace him with Ghislain if possible, since I feel like the reason there is weak.
