Leading Forward: Earth's New Chapter [Post-Allied World War 4 Conference] [Radioactive/Anyone]

The ash of World War Four had settled and it appeared that the clutching grip Shadow Fall possessed on the earth ceased to be. This left a sense of uncertainty in the air as one of those biggest sources of conflict on the planet ceased to be. Not many throughout the planet knew where to turn in this new world, but Russia's own Nuclear Beast understood quite well what had to be done.
Throughout many days, Lux Orior and the Russians took time to assess the circumstance of the world and came to the conclusion that the various factions of the world needed to come together for a festival of sorts to determine the future of their planet. Ergo, numerous broadcasts were made throughout the planet for many to come into the heart of Russia, enter the capital of Moscow, and step forth into its futuristic streets.
What was the name of this festival? The Post-Allied World War 4 Conference. Its intent was to assemble many different powerful individuals, factions, and organizations to represent themselves, meet with one another, and determine how political lines should be drawn in the world. At the same time, however, it opened up the invitation for others to mingle, make merry and celebrate the state of potential peace the world was about to usher in with the lull of the beast of Shadow Fall being silenced for now. As the streets of Russia on this warm July morning were filled with millions of different humans, shinigami, Iramasha, and other various races.
For now, Radioactive himself awaited at the stairs of the Moscow Kremlin for those who desired to speak with him as a medium for the Lux Orior. Staring at his people with his lone gold eye brought a sense of contentment behind the man's eyes as all the shimmering celebration made him feel this was the right move to instill morale in the world, his country, and perhaps even spark action within the Lux Orior's management. As, if nothing else, he had the clearance from the higher-ups to host something of this magnitude.
Thus, all he could do for now was step up, take the mic, and utter out this message to the world:
"Oi, perhaps who I am ain't important, but the message from the Lux Orior is: Blood has stopped spilling now in the world. It is a time for potentially bringing peace in the world, but I ask everyone who has power in this world: where do we go from here? How should the world learn from this nightmare? I hold this invitation to the world to answer that question and to open my countries boarded doors so that we can be a place to help usher in this new age for those who want to be part of this new step to earth's future. "
As his looming presence as a seven foot eleven giant eclipsed the stage, his tone of voice remained as firm as his physical appearance as the scarred male took in these mass sights, exhaled softly, and continued as his unkempt gold hair flustered in the warm summer breeze.
"So I ask once more leaders of the world: where do we go from here? Bring your people here and let us handle business so that we can heal from these wounds."
With those heavy words spoken, Radioactive gave a wave to the crowd and descended into the depths of the Krelim for however to show up -- to show up. This was the beginning of a new chapter for the world and he was intent to be there for it.

Helle Armstrong | Sternritter SubCaptain
The Post-Allied World War 4 Conference. That is the name of the festival. This is where Helle and The Vandenreich shall speak with others of esteem and decide the faith of the planet. The young Quincy could barely contain her anticipation. However, knowing how much may ride on this event, she mustn’t step out of line or make any mistakes with her dialogue. She is not 100% sure in her ability to debate, but she has been given the green light by Cyrus to assist him. Failing him means failing the Reich, and Helle definitely does not want that.
After stepping off the plane with the other Quincy in tow, she was quick to give her orders to each one of them to simply relax and represent their organization. Maybe they will be able to invite more to their fold to better their position in the world. They are still small compared to everywhere else, and more numbers will only bolster their capabilities. Helle, herself, will make her way towards the main area where the meeting shall be held: the Krelim. She is unsure of who others have arrived, but she will meet them shortly.
Luckily, her outfit is okay for this occasion. It is a formal wear, blue in color: a knee length blue pencil shirt with the side of it open, long black stocking with blue heels. Her shirt is a fitting jacket that hugs her figure with a large white cape attached to the back of her uniform with The Vandenreich’s symbol adorning its stitching. She is here to represent afterall. She also has her lone rapier by her side, Serathiel. She knows this is supposed to be a peace meeting, but seeing how unexpecting the world is, better safe than sorry.
Hmm… It seems she has arrived. A quick verification of who she is, and inside she goes to see a very large man. This must be Radioactive, but asides from him, the rest of the area is rather empty. How did she become one of the firsts to arrive? Well, no matter. Her eyes stay focused onto Radioactive as she nears. To add to the pleasant air of the festival, she even dons a small smile.
“Radioactive, I presume. Helle Armstrong, SubCaptain and Acting Captian of the Sternritter, Representative of the Vandenreich. It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance.”

The war was won but there was so much more to do, and before things could even be solidified Radioactive called the summit. It wasn't entirely to Hayden's liking, if only because he wanted it done on more neutral grounds like Japan. After all, Hayden had to represent not only the interests of Vastime but that of Lux Orior. However, he had to admit these proceedings did amuse him for the simple fact Radio turned a diplomatic mission to determine the future of Earth into a god damn festival. The Russian always managed to keep things interesting, and Hayden had to respect that.
But he arrived in short order wearing with him the restrained black uniform of his military. A sleek thing which held a distinctly militaristic air to it. Unlike Helle's bright colors his was of the colors of his nation, black and a dark red. The indicator of his allegiance to Lux Orior merely being a the badge of his department, and under that a pin which read chairmen. Simple, restrained. He had reached the point in his career he didn't need to display his achievements or who he was, people simply knew him.
A far cry from what.. six years ago?
None the less he made his way from the greeting area to where the reps where meeting. It wasn't hard to spot Radio, offering a nod as he approached. A customary hand was extended to both the man, and the woman whom he had to guess was the.. Vandenreich rep.
"Good to see you, Radio. Missed you on the frontlines. Haven't seen you in action since, what, The Moon?" The man would remark with a chuckle coming from his throat, a small smile of jest on his lips. His emerald eyes turned to the woman next, and a calm gaze which seemed easily restrained. "Don't believe we've met. Desmond Hayden, King of Vastime and Chairmen for Lux Orior."

Kagayaku no Murasaki
Despite her typical cheer and easygoing demeanor, Murasaki understood very well that this meeting would not be the time and place for her to simply casually enter. She wasn't used to such serious meetings, and had frankly never been involved in global proceedings to this degree before. Still, she understood that things like this fell firmly under her purview as the Captain of the Earth Affiliations Division. And, despite her current position, she still clung firmly to her dream of being the Captain Commander herself one day. She wouldn't be able to do that without experience, and this, certainly, was experience.
As the verdant-haired captain exited the senkaimon she had opened in Moscow, she carried none of the usual girlish energy that she had become known for. She was not in musonzai, or even pushing away her emotions as she had done-- no, this was simply a Murasaki who had matured a great deal, who knew that this was a time for seriousness. She walked with confidence, her already impressive height only seeming that much more impressive by merit of how she carried herself. Eyes of steel, and purposeful strides. As she entered the meeting room, she was not Murasaki. She was simply Captain Kagayaku.
"Good afternoon Radioactive, Captain Armstrong, King Hayden. Captain Kagayaku no Murasaki, pleased to formally make your aquaintance."
Even if they did not know her, she certainly knew them, not only from Gotei intelligence reports, but simply from her own research. She offered them a deep bow, as was simply polite so far as her own cultural upbringing. Despite her normally casual demeanor, Murasaki had nevertheless been raised by a woman of the Four Great Noble Families, and among the courts of the Soul King's Palace. She knew well the countless minutiae of courtesy.

ULV AUBER| INFERNO VIZARD QUEEN
Hurkakakakakaka! was the heralding noise of Ulv, as she stepped into the meeting. A loud and phlegmy cough as she staggered into the meeting area. Hayden was here. Which was....certainly a thing. Would he react? Would he ignore her? Could Ulv get a moment to talk to him after she had been enlightened to her stupidity by Abalia? It was by the by, she would just deal with the meeting as it was and worry about personal later.
"Good afternoon everyone. I am Ulv Auber, Mayor of Minatumi Harbour" She'd look at Radioactive, and then give a grin, remembering how Mirja had met the shark and then been quite literally thrown out of the country. Fun times...

Things were beginning to move along in the festival as Radioactive could begin to sense the presence of many powerful beings converging toward the event. It made the male put his focus toward keeping affairs as amicable as could be. The slightest slip in security, tact, or observation could cause this whole thing to go astray and he wasn't dull to that fact. It was a warm, friendly smile that started to wash across his face as he saw the likes of Helle introduce herself to him in such a civil manner.
"The same goes to you, Helle. I'm glad you were able to arrive without much issue as I have a great interest in us working together to help the Earth recover from everything."
Although his voice was rough, gruff and deep; there was still a sense of earnest intent which could be gleaned by his mannerisms as he wanted to make himself open by the smiles he had, the confidence which exuded from his words and the flow of relaxed energy which emitted from his nuclear powerhouse of a body. For this reason, Radioactive then shifted toward an untroubled smirk when the likes of Hayden eventually came. A man of great influence himself, having him as an ally here could make these talks more straight-forward; so he cracked back.
"Oi, can't let old men have all the fun, can you? The new generation of heroes has certainly stepped up in my and others stead."
There was a low chuckle that emitted from his mouth before he then decided to dawn a more professional tone of mind.
"It's great to finally meet you since we work in the same org. Though, for this meeting, you all can call me by my true name: Andrei Vikenti. I don't speak it much, but it's done out of respect for everyone that took the time to come to this place to mend these wounds."
Making himself loud enough for both Ulv and Murasaki to hear, his goldeye set his sights toward the two new women who had arrived as he gave a bow to them before his hulking seven foot eleven frame came back to rise.
"Thank you for coming, Ulv and Murasaki. I appreciate it greatly."
Turning back toward the darkness of the inside of the Kremlin, he nodded his head.
"I understand you all have influence in the world and great power. So, out of respect for that, I don't want to waste your time. Please, follow me."
Deciding now to firmly take charge of the meeting, Radioactive would begin to walk further indoors; motioning others to follow as he sought to sit down in the middle of a large conference room filled with many different hud screens of the planet. There were refreshments scattered across the table, tall comfortable black chairs to lounge back in and the room was filled with a frigid coolness as he preferred things to be quite cool these days
When Radioactive was relaxed, he then sighed and look at everyone as they would begin to filter into the room to address the situation at hand:
"I hope you all are comfortable. I want those of us in power to help begin mapping out how we are going to navigate this world. Since, as you all know, there are many regions that are exposed, damaged, or unclaimed from the aftermath of the war. I just want to ask you all this: how do you all feel we should divide these lands and enforce an outcome that is good for the betterment of all beings on this planet?"

What an intimidating situation. Why was she chosen to represent the Vandenreich? Surely, there are others far more capable, particularly Cyrus himself. How strange a situation as well. Standing face to face with the man responsible for one of the horrific events that befell the Vandenreich not too long ago has Helle’s mind tumbling despite her professional exterior. It does not help that more people arrived soon after, people who could surely discard her and the Vandenreich with ease. Her people have suffered much, and they have yet to recover. They are but a minor influence to this world, and if not for Cyrus, they would prove nothing more but buzzards awaiting for the predators to hunt. It being her responsibility to represent them and let known their changing and growing organization as a world power much like the others is really weighing on her mind. Yet, she mustn’t falter now. Even as the King of Vastime, himself, arrives and moves towards Radioactive and her, she mustn’t show anything but prestige.
“Helle Armstrong, SubCaptain of the Sternritters.” Taking the man’s hand within her own as he introduces himself, she could not help but notice key features of him: his stature compared to her own and Radioactive, the look of a warrior on his face, the firmness of his grip. She is reminded of Uriel and of her infancy to worldly affairs and the true nature of war. She does not allow her emerald eyes to sparkle with curiosity as her hand returns to her moments before more arrive: a member of the Gotei United, Captain Kagayaku no Murasaki, and the Mayor of Minatumi Harbour, Ulv Auber. Helle is somewhat reluctant about seeing Ulv here considering the little interaction they have had with one another. However, the young Quincy has never experienced the Gotei for herself, but her only indication that she would like to know more of them is but a slight tilt of her head.
Somehow, during these introductions, she had kept a small smile on her face. Now, that smile has fled, replaced with a grim frown. Working with Radioactive, their power over this world, the damages from the war and the healing of the Earth. There is much to do, so much that she has lost sleep thinking about it all. This meeting may just provide everyone with answers, or, leave everyone with more questions. Helle isn’t prepared. There is nothing that could have prepared her for this, but she follows behind Radioactive, his true name cementing itself into her memory.
Once within the conference room, her eyes trail over every screen that captures a different part of the world. The chairs looked comfortable as well, and following suit with Radioactive, she is soon sitting in one of the chairs, a much needed moment to collect herself better befalling her as she took a deep silent breath and closed her eyes for a moment to calm the nerves racing through her feet. For that brief moment, she focused on nothing but calming and encouraging words, those from her subordinates and from her Liege, himself. Everyone would not have even taken their seat before her eyes had opened again and a more focused expression appeared on her face.
“The Vandenreich have abolished the influence that the demons had over the USA. However, there are still stragglers here and there that are currently being dealt with. With that in mind, The Vandenreich has also begun helping the states in repairing their infrastructure. Though, we have not moved to set up any bases of operation. For now, our main focus is to return normalcy to the people now that ShadowFall has retreated back to Demon World, Andrei Vikenti.”END POST | The Savant

With the introduction of so many influential figures it seemed the time to move ahead was near. He was somewhat aquainted with everyone here, but ultimately wondered what the end goal of every here was. While they surely all held the interests of the Denizens of Earth at heart, how they would achieve these would become something of an issue he was willing to wager. But he'd sit down at his own seat, leaning forward as Radioactive spoke followed by Armstrong. A slow nod was given as he heard what both of them had to say, quickly taking a look around the table at their compatriots.
What Helle spoke of seemed to earn something of interest from the King, his head tilting back as Emerald irises focused on her. An intense level of listening was applied to this, taking in each word she said with the utmost care. She was after all the representative of an organization with a shaky history. And over the years even more shaky leadership. They had only just barely earned their spot at this table, truthfully, in the heart of Hayden. So it would him who spoke next, the smooth baritone cutting the air as a finger tapped the table.
"As a Representative of Lux Orior, you have my sincere thanks for the help in America. The Gotei, and Vandenreich operations allowed Vastime and Lux to focus on the major demonic strongholds in Europe." It was best to speak honestly here, without flattery. It was the mere truth that their help most likely saved thousands of lives in fighting a multifront war. Sharp green eyes would go to focus on Helle and Murasaki individually as he spoke that, taking the moment to acknowledge their aide. But soon his gaze would slide across to everyone.
"But a return to normalcy is the exact thing we don't need."
The man would assert as a cool breath left his lips. The idea that the world could even return to a normal state, when for the past four hundred years normalcy was demonic rule, was not something he could support. In his eyes the contentment and peace they had entered into would be shattered, and soon, if they allowed themselves to truly believe conflict was over.
"We should be preparing for the next conflict, the next major threat. If we cripple ourselves with the belief returning to the way things where, we will soon find ourselves paying a price we cannot afford once more." The man would cast his gaze to Radioactive, perhaps the only one here who did not just understand the gravity of Hayden's words, but had lived through days of demonic rule. Hayden would silence himself for now, he had not made any demands or wants known but merely asserted his view on how this discussion should be seen. They where to determine the lives of billions, they had no room for mistakes.
