It took Lyza merely seconds to switch out of the outfit that Ulv provided her and back into her sweatpants and shoes. "A five star restaurant is a bit much, but a hot dog or two wouldn't really be that filling. Or healthy, for that matter." The woman said as her hands found their way to her pockets. Of course this woman had some kind of fancy magic method of changing outfits, as she now sported an ethereal looking dress. "Could you be any more of a show off?" Lyza sighed, though her tone of voice wasn't particularly annoyed.

"Steak sounds nice. Or at least, meat in general. But steak specifically doesn't sound too bad right about now." She said, catching up to Ulv with a casual stride. Her legs might have been sore, as was her whole body, but she could go for a nice walk right about now. And who knows, maybe her body would feel better later. For now though? Lyza just wanted some god damn food.

When Lyza asked her innocuous, off-handed question, there was an alarm sound in Ulv's brain. Similar to a game that was popular in Mirja's childhood, the music started to rattle about Ulv's head as she tried to resist the urge. Sure, she had a mentality the strength of which was literally unbreakable and could murder people with sheer force of will alone, but the problem was the scale of what it had to deal with. Ulv needed to put in effort beyond comprehension just to retain a modicum of sanity, leading to the eccentric and abhuman personality she had.

Eventually, she failed the fight with the limited resources and the dress faded away.

"Yes I can!" she exclaimed holding up her fist and creating a huge suit of armour around her. Bright amber, with glorious mechanical wings stretching out from her back, it seemed to be some reiryoku-made power armour. And plenty of emphasis on the power side of it, as Ulv's energy screamed from it, filling the entire island with a thick, heavy fog of reiatsu and roaring out from the island, thousands of miles in every direction.

"Is this sufficient?~"

Fuck, why did she have to open her mouth again? Of course Ulv could show off more, why couldn't she? The moment Lyza heard the woman say "Yes I can!" and saw her raise an arm to the sky, her heart absolutely sank to the pits of the underworld and a deep emotional exhaustion overcame her body all at once. Her posture slouched just a little and her eyelids started to feel heavy as Ulv's reiatsu started to weigh down upon her.

"I should have known." Lyza grumbled beneath her breath, blinking slow in unamused defeat. It was this moment that made her realize that coming here was a mistake. Or perhaps this meeting was fated and therefore unavoidable? Who knew. Only one thing was certain after all. Whatever hellish God that decided to drop this Tartarean punishment upon her must be having a fucking blast right about now.

Blasting flames out of the crystalline wings, Ulv roared her Shinigami and Hollow reiatsu in equal measure, the two a beautiful dance of dragons in the sky, spiralling each other and merging perfectly before splitting apart and returning to Ulv. After that flashy scene, Ulv sealed her Zanpaktou's Bankai and changed form. Her very presence seemed to shrink as her red hair softened and grew out. A brilliant silver mask condensed over her face and a dress covered her now slender build. It was so black it seemed to suck in the light around it. And then she gave a gentle curtsey.

"My apologies, Miss Lyza. There are occasions when the passion boils over and we can not quite hold it down, driving us to quite childish activities for fun. It seems you have not enjoyed it however" The new Ulv spoke with a gentle and demure tone, like that of an aging mother who had seen everything and could no longer be riled.

"If you wish to come with me, then I shall take you to your chosen place. But I shall not judge you for wishing to leave. There are few who can really handle the burning zeal that is every moment"

"Let me rephrase my question." Lyza said as she had to raise a hand to keep the light of Ulv's showy display of power from blinding her. "Could you be any less of a show off? Because I think I could go for some of that right about now." Her tone wasn't even really annoyed at this point, even though she did feel a mild irritation at Ulv's need to be so showy. Even if Lyza had literally asked for it, that didn't stop the rumbling in her stomach from reminding her that food was indeed a thing that human beings needed to eat in order to live.

And then the redhead became no longer a redhead. Instead her figure was made much less muscular and far more... motherly? "Oh what the actual fuck." Now Lyza was beginning to sound just a tad annoyed with the situation as it deescalated, but still ended up far higher on the scale of unironic weird shit than when the two had initially left the dojo. Fuck they were still there, even. They just weren't inside of it now. "Steak. I just want steak. Any steakhouse as long as it's got something half decent." And with that, the woman pinched the bridge of her nose and let out a long sigh. This was now officially a mistake.

The woman nodded her head gently and gestured for Lyza to follow her after she had announced her interests.
"My apologies again for the stress you are currently feeling, Miss Lyza. I hope that you shall be brought to a better state by a hearty meal" The woman said, turning and leading the way with a soft, gentle walk. Her long dress and fluid steps made it seem like she was floating on the spot rather than walking, and she did not hesitate or stop for a moment to question where she was going. Clearly she could see through the mask, or otherwise didn't need her sight.

Stepping into the restaurant, she was quickly given a table and the steak ordered, along with a light soup for herself.
"So, tell me about yourself, Miss Lyza. You say you need to get back into the swing of things, yet can handily match Ulv on the mat, dodging and deflecting even the most esoteric of attacks without much trouble. If that is you with rust, then your hayday must have been an absolute delight to watch"

Lyza felt dead inside. Completely and utterly ready to fucking cry. Whatever the fuck was happening today was just an unnecessary mess of a rollercoaster of utter shit. But she'd press on, if only because now she was hungry and wanted that meal. Maybe perhaps even a little after that just to get a little more training in, but that depended wholly on the next few hours and what came with them.

Lyza sat down with this new woman, or perhaps just Ulv with a new coat of paint, and pondered her appearance for a minute. Quite literally the opposite of Ulv from what Lyza could tell. Pretty, but a little too... mysterious for Lyza's tastes. The brunette simply relaxed back in her chair with a low sigh. Questions were asked, Lyza thought about it, and in the end she just shrugged casually.

"I wasn't as strong as Ulv, but I still remember all the training I did, all the fighting and trials I put myself through. That was so many years ago, but I guess some of the muscle memory is still there. I'm maybe only a fourth as strong as I was then. The only reason I'm here is to see if I can get close to that again."
