» Upgrading: Tier if possible, I doubt he did anything else of note really.
» Why: Now I didn't see an application for anything for this. But Ghislain basically cleaned up and destroyed all the hostile enemies from a city without damaging it. Using a Quincy spell designed to target hostile demons and hollows. He exercised great power in doing this. And showed himself to be quite a bit stronger. Sadly the thread didn't progress further, but Sunshine did surrender after he used the spell for whatever it is worth.

It was requested under the pretence of rewards for WW4 which we weren't doing and casting a single spell isn't really enough justify a jump from tier 0-4 to 0-3 in the first place.
