For the situation as it was there was a smile and a tad of hesitation at hearing her say she had no intention to leave again which made her feel a lot better about the situation at hand. Despite the that piece of information which brought a bit of happiness to hear from the woman. This was it though. She couldn't back down even after receiving that news.

"That's good.. That makes me very happy to hear that from you"

She had nothing left to say on the matter. She was focused to deal with Kuanastha. Trying her best to put herself in a mindset to use her full potential if need be against her sister but that was incredibly difficult as she made attempts to psych herself up for the coming battle.

The energy blast that Kuanastha was forming wasn't at all something Silvia was concerned about. It was much to weak to even dent her shell but that was the thing. She didn't necessarily want the nature of her body to be known. It was quite literally her Achilles' heel if people figured out how to bypass her shell. Nevertheless though she took a moment to exert her will on the ground and with a mighty psychic heave the earth would form a barrier between Silvia and her sister's blast.

Her plan was to take the hit, although her sister probably wouldn't have got an opportunity to see her tank it given the dust being tossed around from impacting the dirt. Moving aside before it settled would make it appear as if she narrowly dodged it to her sister. She stayed standing and looked carefully up at Kuanastha, hoping she hadn't given anything away. She wanted to avoid the potential of having her abilities full extents publicly known and it was clear that Kuanastha was holding back.

"You're holding back."

In response she generated a large spear in her hand and tossed it with surprising strength behind it for her lithe frame as it was aimed at her sister. It was entirely to stir a response. She wasn't doing it to actually do harm. She was testing the waters with her sibling as well after all.

It was true; Kuanastha was indeed holding back. In fact, it was a matter of course that she would hold back, even subconsciously. This was a fight with her own blood for Christ's sake. There was literally nothing in all the realms that Kuana held more dear than her own blood. But, it was also for that very reason that the pain of guilt piqued in her chest. The two just mere moments ago had a conversation about pride, and how important it had to be for an Asthavon. So to be told she was holding back was an insult.

"You're right... my apologies."

It felt like she was fucking up, left and right--so Kuanastha kicked it up a notch. With the first attack being mostly a means of gathering information, the way Silvia dealt with Kuanastha's Cero Rastro didn't offer much insight. That said, the formation of a barrier between the two didn't matter. Even if Kuanastha couldn't physically see Silvia tanking her attack straight on, the special interactions between the demonio's Cero Rastro and Silvia's defensive measures came into play. Due to the the Cero Rastro's passive capacity to break down defense, the Earth barrier didn't even slow the blast down, though the kicked up dirt definitely inhibited Kuana's vision.

Beyond that, Silvia's False Body's defensive capacity immediately triggered the defense-degradation passive, and Kuana's ability to sense and perceive progressions of entropy gave her the instant understanding that the entropic spread over the False Body was activated. Thus, even if Kuanastha hadn't known before that Silvia had a defensive ability, she knew now, though not to its fullest extent. For the time being, it was at least established that like some sort of Hierro, there was something innate to Silvia's body that permeated as a defensive measure, and that with the entropic spread, it would be gradually breaking down. That said, considering the reparation Silvia's False Body could undergo, the gradual breakdown of the False Body would be considerably slowed. On the other hand, this also meant that there would be a consistent drainage of Silvia's energy feeding into restoring her False Body.

That aside, this interaction--while Silvia would certainly gain wind of maybe not what was happening specifically, but still notice it considering her False Body would start demanding her energy to repair itself indefinitely--wouldn't inhibit her set of actions thereafter. So the spear she conjured was still something Kuanastha had to deal with, its speed far faster than what Silvia's body might suggest. Fortunately, it didn't reach a threatening degree, enough that it Kuana sent out a wave of energy to deal with it, like a bubble spreading out in a sphere from the hybrid's body; once met with the tip of the spear, the energy comprising the spear would disperse rapidly, breaking down its integrity into nothing.

Technically, the amount of energy in Kuana's wave wouldn't actually be enough to break down the spear. It was due to Kuana's child-ability of Thermal Dispersion, "Output Dilution", that the spear meeting her bubble lost its power entirely.

This moment of back and forth gave the demonio the information she needed to resolve herself, and this next action was Kuanastha escalating this fight to another level--though it certainly wouldn't seem like it. After all, Kuanastha was only gathering energy to perform another Cero Rastro, this time funneling her Dimensional Energy into the attack. Of course, this sort of response also changed the make-up of her Cero Rastro. While the defense-degradation passive wouldn't change, the introduciton of Dimensional Energy would instead serve to amplify these effects several-fold--but that couldn't be discerned. This enhanced Cero Rastro had an additive effect due to Kuanastha's introduction of incrased entropy inherit to the implementation of Dimensional Energy: Information Immunity.

Though it wasn't absolute, the vast majority of abilities and tools which could measure the parametres of an entity--to even include natural energy sensing and ability-based intuition--wouldn't be capable of gaining any superlative information from this Cero Rastro. For all intents and purposes, this unique blast would be entirely identical to the previous one.

After formation, Kuanastha sent off her Cero Rastro, the blast ripping through the 50 metres more violently than before. In fact, whilst the last one simply ripped through the air, mere contact with this blast caused the air in its path to literally explode, in its place leaving a vacuum for at least 15 metres from the edges of the blast, around 5 metres in diametre. Even the latent energy in the atmosphere was either consumed and broken down or also exploded.

This one was actually life-threatening, even for beings on the scale of their sisters. Of course, creatures like Inami, Mana, and Nami would have means to respond to this attack (presumably), but without a proper response, even they would have their forms ripped apart thoroughly, especially considering its passive effects. Thus, Kuanastha silently hoped her sister would dodge, particularly considering traditional defensive measures would serve relatively meaningless to the attack.

There was a moment when Silvia questioned if she should stop and try to continue negotiations as she hurled the spear at her dear sister. Silvia however knew she had taken this too far to consider otherwise with her pride on the line. Finishing her action she looked down at her body and worried when she sensed her energies being sucked. It was minuscule effect considering the vast durability and strength of her faux body, it was degrading at a faster rate than she was recovering but it would greatly concern her that her energy blasts could possess this kind of effect.

"Mm."

She mulled on the situation further with her spear. This would be an issue and wanted to make it hard for her to deal with Kuanastha. She seemed to have a solution for everything thus far whether it was defence or offence. Her superior in combat it was obvious. Still she would keep herself standing in defiance.

The manifesting of another blast worried her. If her blasts could strip and degrade her body then they were now a priority to avoid, something this form was not created for. She was meant to tank not dodge. As a result she had to use her control of matter to overcome this weakness, below her the ground would be instantly charged with energy, enough to create a decently sized explosion that propelled her enough to narrowly miss her sister's cero with shadow movement while she took a minute to catch her breath with Kuanastha's permission that was.

Despite that she swore it was exactly the same there was noticeably more force in the explosion to Silvia. Readjusting her glasses carefully while she tried to figure out what to do. She was strong for a demon but Kuanastha was no demon herself. There was too much a gap, that was all she could really think but that wouldn't stop her from her next trick that would signify the battle being resumed.

Below them the ground below them would break apart in the various pieces of mass would form into multiple spheres, hardening and enhancing their properties with za koa they would become objects on the strings of their puppeteer. Taking these large satellites she had constructed they would all begin a rhythmic case of launching towards her dear sister, always attacking so they'd force her attention to divide and give her a chance to find out how to win or at the very least delay the inevitable.

Kuanastha's prayers were answered with Silvia conjuring an explosion to dodge the blast. In her previous location, the entire terrrain around it practically evaporated; however, that immediate sense of relief when realising she dodged also reminded the hybrid that this fight was largely about pride. She wouldn't be able to help feeling relief when Silvia avoids getting hurt, but getting caught up in that emotion without doing anything else would be the same thing as being complacent, and more notably, insulting Silvia's pride. Kuana aimed not to make this same mistake too many times.

Thus, as soon as the demonio visera recognised her opponent performing a shadow movement in avoidance, Kuanastha readied another attack. Through her dimensional energy, the woman conjured some three dozen spears of her own; their size didn't lose out to Silvia's previous attack, and being made up of dimensional energy, they certainly didn't lose out in power. Instead, everything they touched seemed to be at odds with it, especially latent energy. Coming into contact with just the floating air and energy in the realm sent waves of oppression, consuming the energy and air if not utterly obliterating it. Without establishing a domain of control, Imaar, to stabilise the dimensional energy, this was its nature of conduct in a foreign realm: total chaos.

Without a moment's wait, Kuanastha sent a dozen spears towards Silvia's location after her escape; she sent the rest of the two dozen spears into an assortment of different locations with Silvia as the epicentre. The distance away from her reached no further than the distance Silvia crossed when she dodged Kuana's Cero Rastro; the hybrid used this as a measure to understand how far Silvia could move in the time it would take for these spears to reach her, thus leaving little to no room to avoid at least two or three spears. After all, the most important thing in a fight to gain the upper-hand was to have more information, and although it pained Kuana, every move Silvia makes would be analysed and utilised against her.

At the same time, Silvia prepped her own attacks, volleying massive structures of ground at the demonio. Kuanastha considered it a good attempt at restricting her actions and slowing down any responses, but she felt it also extremely lackluster. Perhaps against a less experienced opponent, or a much weaker one, this sort of attack would be sufficient. That was not the case this time. Kuanastha was both more experienced and, from what she could gather from this fight thus far, quite a bit stronger than her sister.

Having once fought alongside Mana and launching sattelites herself, namely when Kuana took large pieces of the moon and launched their massive structures into Earth in an ecstasy, the scale of these attacks weren't nearly enough. A hybridised demonio and dimensional energy escaped her body to form large barriers to meet these satellites, and each time they bashed into the barriers, large portions of the projectiles were degraded and destroyed, and with repetition they'd eventually be turned to dust.

The memory of fighting alongside Mana brought an idea to her head. During that battle, watching her more experienced and much stronger sister rampage was a learning experience; although this time around Kuana was fighting her sister as opposed to fighting with her, that didn't mean the same couldn't be said this time around. That, and hurting her sister as a means to teach her bore much better on her conscience than other motives. It would be just like the time Kururai first fought Inami as a mere hollow; albeit brutal, that was just Inami's teaching style. Kuana wouldn't be slacking off either, just that she had a different means to educate.

"That won't be nearly enough, Silvia. I've made some resolve, and I'm going to start ramping this up very, very quickly. From hereon out, you're either going to have to get much stronger much more quickly, or start getting exceptionally creative and perceptive."

The gate to the Nether widened just a bit, and in response, an unbridled amount of energy started flowing out her Kuana's body, seemingly infinite, the amount of pressure exuded distorting Kuana's appearance to be an indigo-hued silhouette. The more condensed parts of the energy extended outwards and flailed about the hybrid's vicinity like the rampant appendages of some eldritch abomination, and it was clear to see that no air, energy, or anything native to this world occupied some 10 metres in Kuana's immediate vicinity.

This was getting bad, the Asthavon Royal could only watch as various spears were created from the stronger demon's energy pool and manifest in a formation. She could tell they were some exceptionally formed energy blasts, did she really need to go all out? Even though she thought it would be the case she didn't want to unleash her full power even if that was the full power of her base form. Entering a release state wasn't really an option for her towards her sister of all people. Needless to say though Kuanastha would get to see Silva's full strength and control over matter, even that own special thing she was using would surely be able to be called on if she really sought it with her esoteric/imaginary matters - even if that fell under the category of tool she wouldn't take out of the toolbox.

This time instead of moving away from the spears Silva ripped apart the Earth around her to form a super-dense wall of matter between them and give her a good protection against them. While it was the case for most of them one spear did in fact breach her barrier and cut into the side of her stomach which was not the most welcomed feeling while she was trying to prepare her something that could hopefully take her big sister off guard.

"I see... Get stronger, get better... alright. If that's what you want."

Having tried to stall her out Kuanastha would get a taste of the true potential of the Danava of Matter, even though she was using a lot more of her power than she'd like to have achieved this feat and even then it was possibly detected by the demon since Silva had only made it invisible to the naked eye and tried to use herself and her previous volley of matter as a distraction so she could form what was essentially a small nuke worth of explosive matter above and below her. They were probably no larger than a diameter of five metres.

Seeing this strange sight didn't want her to see what came next from it, not one bit, in fact it scared her just thinking what that abomination of a power she had could do to her even now. So giving a sigh as she commanded the two bombs to collide with their point of contact intending to be Kuanastha while she was channelling something with her Nether. After this explosion though she had to check if her sister was alright but was wary to do so in case she was still able to fight and continue to do so although she prayed her plan worked and she had incapacitated her, sure a part of her wanted to lose this fight but it was also a burning desire to win against Kuana which was mainly stirred on by fear for her powers and what they could do to her.

"Sorry, I probably overdid it."

Song: Darkness of the Unknown - By: Project Destati - Word Count: 684

Ripping the earth from underneath her was a good use of environment to defend herself, but in the grander scheme that wouldn't do. The whispers of war coming into Kuanastha's ear from the conscience of the Nether meant that a means of a defense beyond simply territorial manipulation was a barest of necessities. This rung especially true when one of Kuanastha's spears pierced through, and from the register the hybrid could tell it hit properly.

"That won't be enough, Silvia, especially in the future. Make me feel like you are impenetrable; make me feel trepidation in fac--"

Kuanastha's words were interrupted at the sign of potent amounts of energy was gathering beneath and above her, and though she couldn't make out visually what was being summoned, through her powerful sensing abilities she could make out the shapes and pressure of energy emitted from it.

"Oh. That's more like it."

The strength of her dimensional energy pouring out relentlessly coagulated into a protective shield, further enhancing the already made barriers defending from the onslaught of ground-structures bashing into them. The actual visible act of this defensive measure could be barely seen, however; the immensity of destruction from the explosions, the clouds of smoke and billowing fire consumed Kuanastha's image. Normally, Silvia would have to just wait for the reaction to fade and reveal any remains of her target, but instead...

"I think that could give anyone else a sense of trepidation, sister. But you chose the wrong kind of attack, commendable as it were."

The inferno surrounding Kuanastha's location raged unruly, but soon there seemed to be some order in how the flames moved, like they were being influenced. Soon after, as if pushed outward in all directions from an internal gust, the smoke and flames cleared away from the hybrid's position, revealing her head and torso, frighteningly untouched--and most peculiarly, her eyes glowing an indigo hue, like they were seeing more than just the world around her, piercing into Silvia's heart and mind. Her arms and legs were entirely gone, in their place some vestiges of indigo flowing outward and gradually shaping into her limbs like a regenerative reaction.

The pressure of the explosive blast itself served to rip away Kuanastha's limbs when she extended them outward above and below her to protect her main body from its gluttony. By sacrificing these parts of her body, the majority of any damage sustainable from the initial blast was averted--the only part thereafter to worry about was the heat--something Kuanastha excelled in controlling. Through her thermal dispersion, the scorching heat of the explosion was entirely abated to nonthreatening levels.

"Now, if you could pull this move off without it tiring you out, that would make me feel more comfortable with your future. Tell me, before I let off a counteraction, if you can defend from this."

The reason for Kuanastha's words of caution was in the fact that she was intent on returning that exact attack. The Asthavon's eyes blinked for a moment within the raging fire before she dispersed everything. After her eyes opened once more, through the flames she saw the karmic world, and the threads tying herself to Silvia. Through those threads, she intended to momentarily usurp her sister's power, the ability to command and conjure matter. If Silvia had no resistances available to put up from this attack, she'd find herself stripped of her core power.

In turn, Kuanastha funneled her own energy into replicating the same level of explosive powers, in the air above her sister, and embedded into the ground below her. The hybrid was surprised as she started conjuring and tapping into the power of Matter Generation, as this sort of ability was extremely taxing, mentally and spiritually, as a large amount of calculations were necessary to design and conjure matter straight into existence, as well as a large amount of energy necessary to specifically replicate the one Silvia produced. It was enough that Kuanastha felt largely exhausted herself after summoning this sort of power, and in turn worried over whether Silvia had enough energy to genuinely defend herself.

She knew. Seeing Kuanastha able to recognise her ploy and begin to form a barrier for it Silvia's face dropped. Given her sister's so casual response to her display she felt a looming sense of dread for what Kuanastha had in planned. When the two exploded and the dust was left to clear while Silvia waited and was disappointed to see her sibling still in fighting form.

"I- I don't know what to do..."

She spoke to herself while looking at the ground, trying to figure out what else she had. She had so little energy leftover from that attack, therefore she'd lost. What else could she do? The offer to acknowledge that she couldn't defend against what she was about to offer back as a counterattack angered her, it felt insulting and embarrassing for her and even when she felt Kuanastha snatch away her power over matter she dug her fingers into the dirt below her and felt tears come to her eyes.

"I just want to win. Don't mock me!"

While it was a statement that lacked much sense she was pretty emotionally charged. Silvia's figure didn't move from her sitting position while she sat crouched down. She looked up and started to weep silently at this, she hated this. Hated hated hated this. This shame and feeling sorry for herself because she couldn't even make her sister struggle. It didn't matter at this point how she looked, she was beaten and defeated so easily that would already drag her pride through the dirt.

"Why am I... so weak?"

Oh. That's right. This was a battle about pride. This fight wasn't actually about Vicara. It wasn't really about the disagreement the two sisters had on their philosophies. That was their conversation--this battle was about allowing Silvia to at least respond to a challenge of her authority with the pride so cherished by an Asthavon. No, but, wasn't holding back inappropriate here? Wasn't going easy obvious, and more insulting? Besides, Kuana's intentions were honest, and genuine. This was also an opportunity to let Silvia grow, to let her become something more, and to train. So why did things turn out like this? Just what was she supposed to do? I wasn't wrong in this, right?

It's not about being right. Stay focused on the present. Acknowledge what is in front of you.

The voice of The Nether ringed out in the hybrid's mind. And it was right. Why was Kuana so focused on the future, why was she always thinking about what to do next? What in the future was more important than now? What could be out there that was more important than her own flesh and blood?

The explosives conjured above and below Silvia broke back down into energy and dispersed, reabsorbed into Kuanastha's body. For a moment the hybrid maintained her position in mid-air biting her lip. She wanted to approach Silvia, but wouldn't that be seen as just pity? The desire to comfort her was powerful, but the regret of mistake was stronger, and as if treading on thin ice, Kuana wasn't keen on making any sudden movements. So what would help here? How was she to allow Silvia some relief? Not with any pitiable reactions. Silvia didn't actually want to simply this fight. Kuana figured she wanted to prove herself. She wanted to be strong, not just victorious.

Again, this was a battle about pride. So.. what if, just maybe, Silvia found a means to procure something of pride?

"Silvia... do you know where I--where Mana, where Inami, and where all demons find their strength?"

Finally, Kuanastha gathered the strength to approach her sister. The Asthavon descended to Silvia and embraced her, wiping the tears away from her beloved sister.

"I think we should visit our Father."

After calming down enough to the point that she wasn't crying Silvia just sat there silently. Not moving or speaking while she remained stuck in her own wallowing self-pity and negativity. She had accepted her sister was right, she shouldn't be the royal of this place. She shouldn't have it and even after they had clashed for it she knew she didn't want a crown anymore but she didn't want to lose. She didn't want to end up like this.

"I'm terrible, I can't even get Kuanastha to try against me. What kind of Asthavon am I?"

Speaking to herself quietly while forgetting that her sister was still here, the question rang out and she looked up to her pathetically and shamefully, she couldn't even not act like a sore loser. Spoiling her sister's win even though it was done so easily.

When she felt the warm embrace she felt fresh tears, her body hurt and she was exhausted from all of her energy that she expended while she listened to Kuanastha which was an offer extended to her. An invitation to meet Him. When she heard that she went tense, surprised by the words that lingered in her mind.

"M-Meet him? O.. Okay."

Speaking hesitantly at the thought of meeting Deveta, there was naturally a level of scepticism at the idea. She had never met him yet everyone seemingly had in her immediate family, returning the embrace to Kuanastha she stayed there and quietly kept a hold of her while blankly looking off to the side while she got stuck a bit in thought.

Silvia's words truly pained her. They weren't the kind you wanted to hear from your loved ones. Once Kuanastha came to her, with those those thoughts in mind, the embrace grew tight. Kuanastha positioned her head to Silvia's ears, speaking softly.

Silvia, do you think any of your sisters were born into power? All of us started pitiful, weaker than you could probably even imagine. The creatures we put beneath our feet now were likely stronger than us. It was through trial and tribulation, through the flames of diligence and struggle that we came to power. It was through Deveta's blessings, and through unending perseverance that we became the rulers of this realm. Though I feel it may be a status and power misused now and then, it was earned nonetheless. Your power now will likely be not even a fraction of the power you will hold. An important friend once told me to stay focused on the present. Acknowledge what is in front of you. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be prepared for and work towards what lies ahead of you. There is yet room to grow, and I believe the events of the future will offer you the opportunity to fill your shoes."

As she spoke, Kuanastha allowed her influence over heat to warm her sister's body and fill her with energy to allow Silvia some recovery. With Kuana's mastery over entropy, she also absorbed the more discordant feelings from her sister, alleviating some of the emotional pain she was feeling.

"Just let me know when you are ready. As I've said, no longer will I be away. For as long as you all need me, I will be right here."

Kuana truly meant what she said. However many minutes, hours, or even days, she'd stay like this with Silvia until she was ready.
