Hollow Snipin'

Hayden world was quickly rocked to it’s very core as everything that happened was almost to fast for him to react, from the movements to the final actions of the knee landing on his stomach. His eyes widen as the knee pushed into his his chest feeling the bones begin to crack and split as he was suspended in air for a moment from the pure force that had just rocked his core. However, through grit teeth he landed on his hands and knees before the male. He refused to fall onto his stomach, not yet not while his mentor was still here. He owed that much to him, his head turning up painfully with tears threatening his eyes from the sheer amount of pain he was feeling. It was at this point through sheer will power he remained on his hands and knees as he listened, nodding as he finished his words.

As he looked up at his mentor taking the words in he looked down for a moment before letting out a hiss of air, he would force himself to begin to stand although shakily. He let out a small groan as he stood straight up his eyes closed from the pain as he tried to think past it, before opening his mouth to speak very softly.

“I understand, Mentor.” Speaking through slow pained words he remained standing behind his mentor- he understood and from the tone his voice had taken there was just a hint of what seemed admiration. However, they both knew the Vanguard was what truly united them. But for now all hayden wanted was a nice meal and for the pain to go away!
