Native Earth Exclusive Zone: The Blood Desert [Special Black World Stage] Empty Native Earth Exclusive Zone: The Blood Desert [Special Black World Stage]

The Blood Desert Zone
❂ The desert has always been a horrid place to endure, and The Blood Desert of the Inverse Earth Realm is no different. Its location is in the depths of Saudi Arabia's infamous desert and it is coated in a fine haze of, well, blood. That, and the scenery of this place is littered in dead bodies, skeletons, broken buildings and static electricity that pops every now and again in the air.

However, there is a bit of fortunate to be found in this barren land. Towards the center of the desert lays a purely white colored island surrounded by blue waters. It is guarded by a black barrier that is of master kido level strength. Your objective? To reach the middle point of the island and steal four stones that seal within it four different elements.

The first stone is red in color and is called the Stone of Power. It's special ability is that it increases a persons tier by one level. So, if you were 2-1? It is possible to jump to a 1-5 status with this gem. This extends all the way up to the 0-2++ level; where they would not see a benefit from this.

The second stone is blue in color and represents the mind. If this stone is taken then the user will be allowed two skill jumps in their willpower sheet. So, if one was an advanced in willpower and mental deduction, they could see a jump to master level. It is possible to attain Grand Master Level, but that will be under staff review. If you are denied, then it will be transferred to a different area.

The third stone is green in color and represents the body. Should one take this stone, then they would see a boost in two areas of their general skill sheet. So, if they were advanced in strength and speed? They would see an increase to master level from this item. It is possible to attain Grand Master Level, but that will be under staff review. If you are denied, then it will be transferred to a different area.

Lastly, the final stone is black in color and represents the supernatural element of the world. Provided you attain this stone, then you will see a boost in your racial skill sheet for two sections. It is possible to attain Grand Master Level, but that will be under staff review. If you are denied, then it will be transferred to a different area.

With that said, these gems are guarded under the barrier and numerous vulture-like birds that are 1-5 in strength and have master speed, durability and defense. Your objective is to kill the birds, break the barrier and venture into the island to locate the four stones that are scattered in the east, west, north and south edges of the isle. The stone of power is to the east, the stone of the mind is to the north, the stone which represents the body is to the south and the supernatural black stone is to the west.

!!!ONLY FOUR PEOPLE MAY ENTER THIS THREAD AND THEY MUST BE NATIVE OF EARTH!!!!

To awaken to what he had, was almost like a dream being emerged within. Now and then brief glimpses of reality, of his body being used like a puppet. What could be worse someone would, ask it was like a coma or a dream at the same time. The day he killed Juhawach it was unclear what came next, but something cracked. Juhawach spread his stories about the many personalities of Hulderic. Used his influence to seize control subtly. Hulderic made preparations and did his bidding even after he died inside and was devoured. Oh Hulderic got everything that made that man him, he could do that to any Quincy. He truly was an man fit to inherit that man's cross. But he didn't realize bearing it meant his body was gone, but Juhawach made a miscalculation as well. He was but a pup trying to contain a full grown dog. Hulderic's awakening took him time but it wasn't done yet. He realized his home was destroyed or the place that Juhawach set up as home. What could he do for this situation, they needed to remain hidden. Could he fix the crimes of the previous, he could feel a hatred for Nozomi within it burned like a flame. This must of been that man's influence, why the hatred of her? He would never understand that portion, perhaps a falling out. Hulderic was the only one left with knowledge of how to recreate their tech and still had several powers at his disposal. And the Quincy locked away by Juhawach, they weren't ready to emerge. The world needed to be seen again, Hulderic needed to be the one to witness it all. His old solder eyes looked over the field of blood. He'd emerged in the sandy desert of it all, he gently gripped his bow now. He could see the enemies from afar, this wasn't much of an atonement. But he couldn't afford to release the Quincy who survived the era in hiding from the safety yet. Where would he put them, Hulderic would use a power he obtained from one of them. He was able to distort his image and even his power, he felt like a Quincy sure. But his power felt nothing like Hulderic Hylham's, it was the power of just an old man.

So much had happened, he was dealing with recovery at the moment as well. When you eat someone strong as a God almost, it doesn't sit well. Your mind and to say the least stomach explode into a billion pieces. Hulderic's name was nothing but trash thanks to that mans efforts. A destroyer come to bring a reckoning? Hulderic's family were honorable Quincy who lived by the code they were meant too. His family wrote the codes almost, Hulderic was older in a sense then Juhawach, they both shared similar powers. Juhawach could give powers to others and when they died he would grow stronger. Hulderic could literally suck your soul and powers away, they both effected the soul directly. Hulderic had no desire to deal with Nozomi, shame that Juhawach made him break the code. The hunger to use his power overwhelming him beforehand and that monster playing with his mind. He was turned into a tyrant, just as well that the Vandenreich fell they deserved no less. They had no business in anything of this realm, perhaps the void was where they should of remained. His eyes of the old man beneath the hood glanced. Killing two birds instantly with his bow, he fired two arrows quickly dispatching them. His spiritual pressure was massive, but for now he needed to remain hidden. Hulderic Hylham was dead and were the Quincy with him. It needed to remain that way, he needed to find out the extent of the damage Juhawach had wrought using his body. The amount would depend on how long he and the others stayed in hiding, the Vandenreich base was destroyed. Though not all of them perished with it, some had updated him on the choices. His close friends and people who believed in Hulderic had faith. He emerged from his trial to gain control and without any after effects. Juhawach's power was now his own, he didn't have any trouble dealing with the matter. He could feel the influence of having gained his full power back and control over the ship.

Hulderic was by no means a marksmen, he knew they wouldn't always be effected in this way. He glanced towards the enemies. The tank of a man could endure any blows they dished out however, his blut was the greatest of his people. Something he had pride in or rather did, he glanced towards the desert. It was going to be along walk to the center, revealing any kind of power would be costly. Everything about him was concealed for now, helping under the guise of another was the only way. Honor couldn't be restored directly and he and those close to him knew it. The neutrality of the Quincy had to be protected, but Hulderic had no intention in further involving himself with them all. Good and evil weren't his choice for his people. Nozomi had her way, which would only bring her destruction if not careful. Hulderic had decided since waking not to go join her or aide her. She wouldn't want him nor believe him, she'd want those around him. He was being selfish and he knew it, he wanted to keep his friends. Hulderic Hylham the selfish Quincy, Juhawach had rubbed off on him more then he'd imagined. Hulderic walked on, on through the river of corpses and blood. This hell wouldn't be passed through easily, his eyes remained steady as the path ahead would only be the beginning.

It was an odd, quiet and desolate land that Sam had stumbled into. He didn't usually take his time to spread his wings and venture off into unknown realms of the human realm, but as he heard more and more talk of this portals opening to alternate states of their own world he had to investigate. Simply out of curiosity. So, upon coming to this conclusion Sam made his way to the most known portal that had opened up. This portal was said to have an endless sea of desert that no one could seem to find an end to. They described these vulture like birds that would attack those that enter the separate realm, something that was quiet.. interesting to say the least. The only thing that could be said about this endless desert is that it had an oasis like island in its center, or what people thought was the center of the desert. The Island isn't huge, but it was large. It spanned quite a bit of land while itself was surrounded by a moat of sorts. Sam didn't believe the stories whatsoever, even when they spoke of a large Black dome that surrounded the island's entirety. It seemed... unfathomable. So, he needed to investigate himself.

Upon reaching this "portal" that people spoke of, he took a quick moment to collect himself. He thought to himself that if what everyone said was true, he would need to do his best to stay alive inside of there. "You know, you shouldn't be such a pansy when taking new things on." The female voice was thick and harsh with sass. Quinn was an asshole that wouldn't be leaving Sam's back anytime soon. "Yeah. You've told me before..." Sam was blunt and short with Quinn, he didn't like living his life with her anyways. Stepping through this "portal", Sam looked around to take in his surroundings. A sea of blood surrounded him, the red sand flashing with the bright sun that was cast over the barren wasteland. It's exactly what he expected if the stories were true. The sun was blistering hot and you could hear the screams of those who couldn't survive in the world. It was.. abnormal. Sam knew the reason why he needed to be here now, he must make his way to that center island.

"You know this won't go well for you, correct?" She was once again blunt and assholeish, something Sam knew... too well. "Yeah yeah. We'll survive. Hopefully. The male walked forward, taking his steps carefully toward the center of this new world he seemed to step into. Whether or not Quinn will be on his side is a question that is always asked, but for whatever is held in the center island's dome? Sam intends on finding it. With, or without any help.

Hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, HOT! It was so damn HOT! That was the only thing that came to the mind of The Banshee of Karakura as she dashed across the molting sands of The Blood Desert like a bat out of hell. Having received orders from the Vanguard to otherwise investigate this place, her objective was to survey the disturbance in this area and gather four peculiar sources of power emitting from a strange island in the center of this miserable barren land. Therefore, she was gunning straight for the location where she felt an absurdly large presence masking itself, and a very faint power rushing with the utmost of earnest towards her treasure.

Each of the powers that Shatari detected seemed to be human in origin, but it was unclear if they would mark themselves out to be friend or foe. After all, with all the stories she's heard from this Reflective Eclipse, anything is bound to happen with all of the corruption going on because of this accursed event. In the back of her mind, however, she hoped that her ancestor could at least handle things and rip the core from this world straight out. As, even from this vantage point, she could sense some seriously wicked levels of power going off in the subterranean portions of this planet.

But, alas, there wasn't anything she could do on this battle and she just needed to focus on making her mark here. If she is able to take out the stones on this accursed isle? Well, maybe she might find a way or method to otherwise take out a chunk of this dimension. That's the goal, at least. Or rather, that is what those eggheads in the research department of The Vanguard informed her of.

So, with that hope in her heart, Shatari kept flying at break neck speeds over the various debris, bodies and ruins of The Inverse Realm. Apparently, with all the blood that was covering this area, this section of the Reflective World was aptly named: "The Blood Desert" by those in The Vanguard and The Yuudeshi Network whom were able to survey this area. Tch, what a fitting name. This placed smelled like straight iron and it sickened the young Yuudeshi, but she would not be deterred by such grim sights.

After a few more minutes of intense flight passed, The Banshee of Karakura found herself pressing forth on the cusp of The Blood Zone's source of power. It is around this time she started to thank the Yuudeshi Clan's blood that flows in her veins for providing her with such speed. Recalling all of the time spent crafting and advancing it, a shark-tooth grinned emerged across the girl's face as her warrior blood grew to a boil with how much she was proving herself to be a true Yuudeshi Fighter.

And, with that Yuudeshi Fight in her, it may have to be put to the test very soon. As, after all, she was able to sense these two unfamiliar powers up close and personal now. After stopping her frantic dash one hundred feet away from the barrier, The Vanguard Operative found herself close to a Quincy signature of power and...a distorted human. Could it have been a Ziamichi?

With her curious peaked, The White Haired Girl pointed her finger at the raven haired male known as "Sam" and shouted out at him these words:

"You, pretty boy, are you an enemy of The Vanguard or not? We're here on official business to get whatever the hell in there -- OUT. So, state why on Earth you are here and don't make any sudden movements!"

Those words came off as excited, but the girl did mean business. This guy was closer to her level of power and she felt she could subdue him easily enough if her combat training had anything to say about it. However, for the other male? He seemed more like an oddity and she sucked her teeth as her attention then focused on him.

"As for you, Quincy, what is your business? Are you here to help the cause and assist us in getting through that damnable thing? We've gotta be quick if we want to be able to put a stop to this loony crap going on in the Inverse Realm; or whatever the hell its called."

At this point, the girl could almost seem like the leader of this opposition in her own mind. She was taking names, giving orders and had a plan in mind in order to otherwise break through that dome and get to the bottom of this ridiculous event. So, then, with her left hand, The Yuudeshi Girl pointed her index finger at The Quincy Leader and dared him to speak up now or forever hold his piece and turn back.

"I don't want any trouble out of any of ya', but don't think I'll go soft just because I'm a lil' teenage girl. I'm a Yuudeshi and we go down hard if that's what ya are thinking of doing to me."

With those words uttered out in her own self-confidence, the feisty chick turned her eyesight back towards the barrier and felt three new signatures of power enter the area. They weren't seen behind the barrier, nor were they visible on the ground; so it must be assumed they were in the air. So, with her quick deductive work, The Banshee of Karakura shifted her head upwards to the sky and sucked her teeth once more out of distaste for these disgusting Vulture-Like demons buzzing around in the sky like they owned the place.

"Fuck, looks like I spoke to soon. You two better make your positions now before things get ugly. We've got company!"

And with that, The Young Yuudeshi accelerated the production of energy within herself and had a burst of electricity engulf and devour her body; reddening in color as a scarlet glow emitted all around her. It is at this time that her bizarre attire became more noticeable; as she seemed to be decked out in a black and white dress that resembled something related to Gothic Lolita with its frills. Along with that, her crimson red eyes seemed almost as blood filled as the desert that surrounded them herself as that battle lust started flaring behind them.

"BRING IT ON!"

And with those loud-words, The Yuudeshi Drive within her activated and she started the assault off with a bang as a wave of red electricity surged from her at great speed and towards the birdbrains in order to paralyze, fry and make their asses cooked.

"ALL OF YE', BRING IT ON!"

And with that, the course of action was now up to these two lovely men to take: side with her, or be marked her enemy. The choice was theirs to make!

Cero Telca
Beast of Sound, Yayjuu

This world that the inhabitants of Earth found themselves, was something that Cero thought that he could only picture within his imagination and dreams. Yet the math and evidence of such becoming a reality starred him straight in the face, it didn't leave him with the greatest feeling as the world of the living discovered the intentions of this other realm quite clearly wasn't good for them. He wanted to sit by idly til a better moment could arise, but as far he knew, every force known to the spiritual world was mobilizing in response to the major threat to each of their respective homes. So with the efforts being made, Cero entered into the fray of events going on. However, instead of finding himself at the cores, he found himself at a place called "Blood Desert.", Cero had no complaints with the choice however.

His objectives were to assist in securing the power that was present in the desert, and secondly to look over Shatari Yuudeshi, the primary participant in this mission. So with that in mind, as the Yuudeshi entered the scene, the Hohl Arquero was not too far behind in his following. He kept himself fairly suppressed in terms of power, one could still sense his signature fairly well if they were looking for it however. Those like Shatari and Hulderic, who have met Cero before could identify it as his. To Sam, and the unknown beings, it would come across as human in origin, but in it's core the sense of hollow was there, nothing could bring doubt of it, except the point of confusion. He dashed though this molten desert without thought of where he needed to go, he merely followed after Shatari and all of the other power signatures. The Blood Desert's sand kicked up behind his trail leaving no form of his movement and those that he approached would merely see a storm cloud of sand approaching in the distance. He endured quite a bit of heat, but the wind that he made, kept him refreshed over time.

Upon reaching the point of stopping, he launched himself into the air, high above his cloud of sand, avoiding it as he dropped down out of it's range and direction, while he could see the other group of people and they could probably see and hear him, he kept his distance, watching and drawing out his bow. His intentions were to offer ranged supp to Shatari unless it was very much needed for him to step into the fights up close. Drawing out his signature bow, he watched those that were gathered here, obviously, from his sight he could tell that there were two others present besides Shatari, herself.

"This should be a good distance. He stated to himself.

Watching as Shatari seemed to engage the birds that were flying all about, Cero readied his first shots, he pondered for a moment, what exactly he should aim for as he had many things that he could fire at. It was right about this time that red lightning flooded onto the battlefield before him. Noting that he could either strike the barrier if he missed, Cero's only worry at this point was accidentally hitting someone else. So he decided to leave a warning in his wake. Using his sound manipulation, his message would easily reach those closer to the barrier than himself.

"Heads up!" He would shout out to them.

With that reaching them, Cero fired out a barrage of a thousand arrows going with a great deal of force, to impact with either the birds, or severely damage the likes of the barrier that was currently in their way. Judging form where the others were, unless they also came into the air, they would have little to care about the arrows, Shatari, only needed to worry about where she was and if any of the arrows were coming into he area and range. With that done, he would sit back and wait for the retaliation that the birds might care out against him or the others. Next time, he wouldn't be aiming so blindly at either target, he would assess the damage and take the best plan of action that he can. By the end of it, he would draw up his bow, and hold his mark ever so calmly.

I'm never going to be a hero! But I'm Zero!

Friend or foe, interesting question to be asked. Hulderic puzzled for a moment, his elderly gaze turned to the birds. He detected Cero's presence rather quickly, he had memories of Cero. Little more though, Yhwach had run of things so it all looked like dreams. Hulderic looked over the birds, before forming a bow of reishi. His finger pulled back the string and sent out arrows that found dead center marks on the creatures. He couldn't bring out his signature bow, not yet. Things that would it clear of his true name needed to be hidden. "I'll let you decide that stuff, friend or foe is up to you.." Hulderic responded as he moved on, he was calm and had the air of a man who'd seen things. This was the answer Hulderic once gave to someone who fought him. What are your desires, will you conquer this land and his response was simple. I've no desire to conquer anything in this world. I just want to be free, nothing else really matters to me. Hulderic's eyes scanned the horizon. Could he get away with perhaps using something else, no for now safety was the best policy. Cero had a bow out and he couldn't tell what foot Yhwach left on. Perhaps it was all planned by the leader of the Vandenreich, take a younger body and take control. He still had yet gone to see the damage to the base, Hulderic hadn't seen the place that Yhwach claimed. Everything was painful to think about these dream like memories floated just beyond reach. He found his family had been slaughtered and nothing remained of them. Yhwach really had covered his bases, Hulderic was still sad that it took this long to find his presence again. He exhaled a light breath, Michael was lost as well he imagined. Hulderic drew back the bow string and released precise and deadly arrows into the vultures. He walked forward, the mysterious old man would have to pay the price for now. Would this body be the one he kept for all time, would the name Hulderic drift into memory and simply fade away? Many questions were left in the open, all things must reach an end.

But with his horrible power no end would be in sight for a long time. His body didn't truly age anymore, appearance wise he grew older. But his body was still strong and quite powerful, sickness couldn't plague him. His power of devouring souls allowed him to keep a very healthy body and appearance, not to mention his full power was off of the souls he would eat. But for now this form borrowed through powers claimed from another within the old battles. This would do for the moment, his body felt goosebumps. A warning perhaps, they called the one known as Sam enemy. He had no interest in such things, Hulderic would simply remain nameless and let his actions speak for him. He was to old for this and these young ones had much to prove he suspected. But all in all, things wouldn't find an end peacefully he imagined. Hulderic Hylham was dead for now and should remain such, for now a Quincy without a name would aide where he could and when he could.

"Well Shit, this wasn't what I had planned." Sam hung his head as he viewed his surroundings, a flock of vultures moving at high speeds at the group that had just formed. It seemed to Sam that it was only moments before that the odd white hair girl and the dark haired man came into existence. She was short but the power emitting from both her body and spirit seemed to diminish his. And this man..? He seemed odd. Built like a burly wrestler, he didn't seem to have much going for him other than a weird feeling that he gave Sam. It wasn't important, not until Sam knew what the hell was going on with these people.

Previously, the girl was very adamant about finding out whether the two of them were friend or foe, something Sam was never really too keen on explaining. He wasn't attacking either of them, nor was he showing any type of anger towards the two. Assumptions should always be made before someone says otherwise. For now, what mattered was taking care of the vultures swarming them at the moment. Then, they would talk. Shifting his stance only slightly, Sam drew his sword in quick fashion as he dug both feet into the ground. With a surge of power, his body became engulfed in flames, the sand around him scorching into crystal clear glass. "Look, I'm here because I had rumors. I'm not here to attack anyone or cause problems, it's your decision to see me as friend or foe, just know my intentions." With a slight wave of his left hand, Sam motioned towards the white girl standing behind both him and the tall burly man. Sliding to the side rather quickly, Sam sidestepped a vulture directly attacking him in order to bring his flaming sword downward into the vulture's side. He didn't do much other than scratch into the creature's side only for it to fly off to join the flock it had just came from "You shouldn't be so adamant about fighting along side these people Sam. You aren't much compared to the three that have arrived." Shifting his head to the side Sam looked around for the third person that Quinn had notified him of arriving. He didn't feel the male's presence until he focused intensely, he was quite a ways back doing everything he could to suppress the power emitting from his body. Sam was not used to this type of power surrounding him in such a way, it felt as if everyone around him was pushing down on his own spiritual power. It's the same feeling that he gains when Quinn is imposing her own will on him.

At this point in time Sam witnessed those around him burst in power, arrows being flung from afar by this newly awaken person along with precise arrows being shot out by the mysterious burly man. It was something Sam couldn't hold up against on his own, and he knew that. The vultures that were swarming the four that were currently stationed there were stronger than Sam was, he could feel the energy radiating from their bodies as they took hit after hit from both the new man and the burly man. This was a position that Sam would have to take on without being alone for a change. Oi, Quinn. Take over for a moment, will you? As if right on queue, Sam's body completed enveloped in flames as the sand in a 10 meter radius shredded into glass almost instantaneously. Sam's appearance changed only slightly as the fires raged around him. With eyes the color of the sun and hair the color of a deep pool of blood, Sam's body had almost entirely altered in strength.

Looking around at those that were gathered, Sam readied his blade once more as a vulture came towards him. "Oi, if you guys are ready lets take the rest of these damn birds out already." The voice that emitted from Sam's mouth was not his own, but a mixture of both the voice of his Ziamichi spirit and his own. A Slightly higher pitched sound male, the reverberating sounds that could be heard in the voice notified those around him that there were two now, not one.

Stepping backwards to evade a vulture's beak, Sam smacked the side of his hilt into its eye, flipping to its side to release a large amount of flames from the end of his blade to envelop the bird in pure flame. Without knowing what was to come of the bird Sam nodded knowing that this fight wouldn't be something so easily done for him, but for those around him? It's entirely possible they'll wiped the floor with these vultures.

Well, it appeared that things were beginning to get cranked up quite a bit in this whole mess of affairs. For starters, the likes of Cero Telca seemed to be hot on the trails of The Banshee Girl. Laughing a bit, she was surprised that the male could even keep up with her speed at this point. After all, she felt like The Yuudeshi Clan were always infamous for their speed, and with her gains in power, she felt almost untouchable from folks outside of the family. So, she'd shoot him a thumbs up and holler out these words in a jovial tone:

"Ha! Good job keeping up with my dust, Cero. I'm sure my great, great, great, great, great, great, great -- oh forget it! I'm pretty sure my ancestral father probably has you on some goony mission, huh? Well, let's try to make quick about it and blow this stand to hell and back."

Sounding almost a bit cocky at the end of her words, Shatari snickered a bit and understood what his plan of attack was going to be the instant that he pulled out his bow. So, not being a fool to stick around in a hazardous zone, The Banshee of Karkaaura beat him to the punch by utilizing her notorious speed in order to make a bee-line backwards to the right side of Cero.

With a poke to the side, The Little Yuudeshi girl let out a another mischievous giggle and let out these joking words to him:

"C'mon, silly, if you weren't too careful, one of those arrows could have shot and killed me. Then A Certain Albino Beast would have eaten you for lunch."

That was a not-so-subtle reference to Shadin Yuudeshi; the great forefather she took such great pride in. After all, who wouldn't? The man had a knack for passing on such prime genes for hundreds of years down the line of their clan. Of course, with her smugness, Shatari also figured that if it wasn't for her training, the potential of her blood couldn't have come out anyway. So she needed to give her a little mental pat on the back before turning her sights back on the jarring situation they were still in.

The combined efforts of Shatari, Hulderic and Cero seemed to otherwise make mince-meat out of those vultures. This brought a grin to the face of The Yuudeshi Girl as she felt that this mission was going to be smooth sailing from here on out. So, in that moment, she pulled out a square black cube. In one quick motion, she flipped the switch of a white button and a silver hued, holographic HUD screen appeared. It pin-pointed the locations of all the gems located on the isle in front of them and she hoped that these hulking men could otherwise help her in this quest.

"Okay, okay. Don't get so antsy. You never know who to trust these days, yanno?"

That was her quick and brash reply to the likes of Hulderic. The female took another glance at him as explosions rang out in the distance from their attacks, but for the life of her, she couldn't figure out why he seemed so familiar, yet distant at the same time. Had she seen him before? Eh, it didn't seem too concerning as long as he was here to help her out.

"I'm not quite sure who you are, or what your motives are, but i'm hoping you could help a cute little girl like myself out. You see, I'm here on a mission with The Vanguard and we need to burst through that barrier to collect these weird sources of power our organization picked up."

With that The Yuudeshi Girl pointed at the cracking barrier and nodded her head forward. At this point, she was losing a bit of her cocky and energetic tone, and was becoming a bit more serious about the objective. Since, after all, she didn't want to fail this important task and look like a fool to the other Wardens of The Vanguard. Therefore, she snapped her fingers and added this bit:

"If you help me out, I'll be sure to pay you back with a huge favor and make sure you are rewarded well. I'm from a super rich and powerful family, plus I'm a pretty big deal in the Vanguard, I'm The Warden of the South East, after all. So trust me, you won't regret working with me, Stranger!"

With that, Shatari would take a casual stroll over to Hulderic's location, tap him on the shoulder and nudge him a bit to otherwise break the ice and get physical. It's said that touch is used to otherwise soften the mood and lighten the atmosphere; and that was exactly Shatari's intentions with those actions. For, at this point, she couldn't afford too many enemies and the girl was hoping that the mysterious male before her would just turn out to be her ally so this could be dealt with and done. Since, if they destroyed this menacing place, The Vangaurd DID assume a huge chunk of the Inverse Earth would dismantle itself.

So, with that much settled, The Banshee Lass turned her head back to the direction of the raven haired male and smirked. Great. They had a party formed. It seemed that this guy was in no position to really argue much; nor did he seem to otherwise desire a battle with everyone whom arrived.

"Awesome. Fantastic. I'll be sure you two boys are handsomely rewarded for your efforts. After all, we are risking life and limb just venturing into this place."

With the last bit of the vultures disposed of by Sam, Shatari, Hulderic and Cero; it was only a matter of time before the barrier shattered like glass and a heavy source of power washed over the lines. Wincing a bit, The Yuudeshi 'Gal could tell that something wicked was afoot with that and most likely there was a force lurking in the shadows of this island.

But -- who cares? With their total power combined, they could crush whatever was waiting for them with relative ease. Plus, it didn't matter how strong someone was in Shatari's eyes. If they can't catch her -- what's the point of having all that strength? So, with a cocky smirk, The Feminine Leader of this group took charge and pointed towards the island.

"Alright! Our objective is to take the four gems located on this island, meet back in the center and then destroy this place. I can probably snatch them up, while you hulking men deal with any threats nearby. I'm sure you can handle that, right? And at the end, we can just nuke this place and be done with it."

And with those commanding words uttered, it seemed that the course of action was already being driven by this young lass. With a single motion of her leg, she flashed into the depths of the island and awaited for the men behind her to catch. They were working on a time schedule and everyone needed to hurry up and do their part to put an end to this accursed event.

Cero Telca
Beast of Sound, Yayjuu

Keeping pace with a Yuudeshi like Shadin and Shatari, this very much was a task easier said than done for most, luckily, Cero was at the very least in his current state speed enough to not be left too far behind by Shatari. In response to comment about him being able to keep up and being given a thumbs up, Cero showed a smile to Shatari as they had raced off, reaching there destinations in no time flat. As for the comment that Shatari made at the end, Cero felt like he should perhaps say something, knowing that when diving into the unknown, it isn't best to be overconfident. Thinking it over though, Cero thought of how Shatari has handled herself, advancing grades ahead of her age, and far into the ranks of the Vanguard. She was probably well ready for what might come, also knowing that she went through the events of the Australian War. Unlike Cero, that tried to be diplomatic and protect what was the Vandenreich back then, Shatari fought on the true battlefields of the war, something that he regrets not being more apart of.

After his barrage of arrows was released from his bow, he watched as Shatari dashed from a closer up attack on the bird-like creatures to being back beside him as she made another comment, this time towards how the arrows that he shot, could of hurt her, and certainly Shadin, would of killed him, whether it be metaphorically, or literally. Cero didn't like thinking of the idea, but it was most likely a fact, however, a fact that Cero didn't intend to prove to be true. "He'll probably would probably toss me through a building for every scratch that I cause you. Certainly, he would probably kill me without a doubt, but I have no doubt in what you're capable of Shatari, as you've shown."Cero jokingly made the first statement with a smile, as for the second however, he was being quite serious in trusting that Shatari was capable of great feats like dodging all of his arrows.

Noting that the vulture birds, were slaughtered after a diverse and spread out attack, Cero would lower his bow, and take it out of his hands, since it didn't seem like it was needed at the moment. His attention would then shift to the other two that were gathered her besides Shatari and himself. One to his senses was coming off as a ziamachi, while the other puzzled his mind for a moment. Cero had watched the old quincy, after he had launched his barrage of arrows, the man had shown skill, and it made Cero think back more to the Vadenreich and the likes of Hulderic, who was forever gone. This man however, was definitely one of the older ones. The final thing that he was reminded about was the fact that a great deal of the older ones that remained of the Vadenreich were quite disappointed in Cero's choice to disband the entirety of the organization. He had no intentions of wanting to rebuild it any time soon either, with Hulderic and Raiki gone like the wind, it was ultimately up to him or another leader. Cero however did his best to prevent that from arising however. Given, how he was stating that it was up to them to decide whether or not that he was good or evil, Cero felt was a punch on the fact that he wanted all Quincy to follow their own path.

"It is nice to meet you both, I'm Cero Telca, Beast of Sound, A leader to the Yayjuu." He stated to the two new people as he approached them.

He thought that it might be a little redundant to state to the older quincy, but it was still the polite thing to do, to fully introduce himself. His attention, then went to that of the ziamachi, it seemed as if the person and demon were acting together, which was good, he wondered how, they were connected, was it by accident, or was there a purpose in it, as he knew that it took a great deal of skill to work with an unwilling demon. One of his greatest friends throughout his life, Haru plays at wit's end against his ziamachi, even though he doesn't like to state such. The only thing certain is that both Haru and the demon want him to live. "It seems that we are off already, Shatari, please wait up for everyone else...." He would try to tell Shatari this as she was running off after declaring their objectives, but she was already long gone. "Dammit, how are we suppose to help if you go dashing off too far ahead!" Cero would shout out as he dashed off in pursuit, back where he was originally, two echos formed out of the sound energy produced by Cero's shouting and the talking.

"We should get moving, now." The imperfect copy of Cero would state as he gestured towards the island for them to begin to move out and onto it, they would try to keep up with them as they went, the echos would try to stick pace with the one that is slower, rather than try to push themselves to match that of the faster one.

They were all likely on to the Island, which Cero decided would also be called Blood Island to keep the theme of the place up.

He lowered his bow slowly, breathing softly beneath the hood. These birds were more of a nuisance then anything else. A name huh, with his previous alias dead he really couldn't think of much. "Kiriel, pleasure to make your acquaintance." He introduced himself and merely went on, no gray hairs were on his head. But a mark on the side of his face and among other things marked the male as an older one. His very presence felt elderly, it didn't really matter how much they hid it. He didn't really respond to Shatari's words, the Vanguard had nothing he was interested in. After all defending earth was something all consuming to him. Even though that organization he once served as Hulderic Hylham, now a last name was no longer needed. His eyes stared towards the goal intently, he started walking forward. He didn't really know how much he could use without getting caught. Hulderic's fighting style was well known, he owed that bastard Yhwach for showing his tricks off. But none the less he would need the other powers sometime. He just kept moving forward, a vulture did manage to land a blow on him. Destroying a part of his cloak's left side. Hulderic had little vision on that side due to the damned hood. Simply raising his hand he backhanded the bird in half with a single blow. Not a scratch could be found on his body, his blut protected him from any such damage. The man with the strongest blut in the world would not be harmed by some small time bird. The skin wasn't even bruised from it's attempt, he let his guard down while in thought. How childish of him, he summoned a reishi bow and walked ahead of the group for now. Too much attention was trouble, his voice thankfully was different on a much large scale. It was deeper and more rich in this form, Hulderic could only continue down this road. The Vandenreich, they weren't around anymore but sadly they were at the same time. Hulderic had those within the Void, people who trusted him. The Vandenreich, it's true intention was freedom.

Now many saw what Yhwach left it as and Hulderic's mind and body belonging to that dictator didn't help. But those loyal to him, the real him knew his intentions. Corrupted and tortured into the intentions of that mad man. Talk about sick to your stomach, that man didn't go down without some kicking and screaming. Hulderic's body belonging to Yhwach and even his soul took time to recover. Yhwach's mistake was using Hulderic's power it awoke him and caused the villain to lose control finally.
Going down the list, Hulderic saw friends lead to their deaths by his own body. Then you have the incident with K-World, it was like Yhwach wanted to sabotage everything Hulderic wanted. Hulderic merely wanted a single thing, a place where Quincy could be free of everything. No judgement, nothing simply free to live life peacefully. Now that dream was going to be harder to obtain then previously. Nozomi and Kin, those two weren't going to take this laying down. Mana had taken a liking to Hulderic when Yhwach was within him, chances were she noticed it. His eyes looked upwards through his head, pulling back the string he released a barrage of arrows. They hit the next wave of Vultures with impressive force cutting through them. This was just the beginning, Hulderic believed also some power may be here. Something to aid in his dream, but for now Kiriel had no dreams. Kiriel sought a single thing only to repair the damage. The Quincy left damages here beyond reckoning, freedom wouldn't come easy but he knew it was obtainable. Peace such a thing must exist, he remembered those bloody wars and how often he felt lost and in chaos of it all. Say little and do little by little, he couldn't reveal his cards yet. The damages done could of been massive, everything would be based on what he saw. How much could he accomplish, those friends dear to him yet still desired his dream. The world wasn't yet free for them. Even Nozomi's paradise wasn't a free place, though peaceful and orderly. It wasn't what they sought yet, Hulderic sighed and smiled softly beneath his coat. They always left the troubled ones to him didn't they.
