The dawn of a new day had broken above the misty clouds of The Royal Iramasha village. The sun beamed throughout the treetops, into the many home of the holy town and cool winds gently blew through the valleys of endless grass plains below them. It was a calm, quiet and mystical morning in the otherworldly lands. To the mind of one influential royal on this fine island, however, this seemed all but inappropriate compared to the struggles currently taking place on planet Earth and within the Soul Society.

The name? Kaguya Iramasha, The Second Iramasha Councilmen and Female Heir to the Angel's. The reason for being here? To see if others of high prestige in the Iramasha would perhaps join her in this summit and discuss matters of great importance throughout these worlds. The time for war was seeming to come soon for there were many talks of rebellion, mounds of bodies beginning to pile up on both sides and action would need to be taken very soon with how tensions were beginning to boil in both the Soul Society, The Iramashsa Clan and Earth.

Thoughts of The Rinyūaru's leader, Zefonse Kiasame, assault on the Gotei 13 came to mind in lieu of these strained relations amongst the different factions of the Soul Society. Having received word from Reimu Iramasha about what she had encountered during his destructive blaze of Squad 8 not too long ago, it hadn't been a wonder why many had to consider their place in the world. Times were changing, new superpowers were being born everyday and very soon the elites of all organizations would have to act soon.

This is when the chaotic takeovers of Mana Asthavon played within the mental enigma of Kaguyami's mind. She was another variable that was going to no doubt cause the fans of war to bring about another global cataclysm on-par with the likes of the fifty year World War Three that took place on Earth many years ago. If left unopposed, there is no telling what unspeakable horrors this woman would go on to enact throughout the world. Maybe one day she may find the very likes of this battle at her front-door if left unchecked and allowed to grow further into the monster she is.

And taking into account the actions of the Thirteen Court Squads thus far, it seems they are losing their grip on the grasp of control they once held in times of ancient past from her observations of events. While they mold themselves into a stronger force in the meantime, the dawn of the Iramasha may very well take place soon. Should the likes of the Gotei 13 fail, the Iramasha will be there to assist as they have in many times in the past. Which ultimately means, no matter what any faction decides to do, very soon the Iramasha will have to react. And with it? The Iramasha Council will be called upon to guide them through these trying times of merciless bloodshed.

Therefore, it was wise to assemble the figureheads in the clan to see the varying conclusions on everything thus far and what their game plans were for the future. Maybe changes could take place on this grand day, interactions never had before and relations strengthened amongst the clan. As in times of great distress this is when a nation of many will converge together and stand strong against the opposition.

Phasing into view upon a misty skyline that overviewed most of Iramaha Island and the Royal Village below her, Kaguyami had taken her place in the sky as she created a solidified piece of clouds meant to house the individuals whom had heard of this special gathering. The ladies signature hime-cut hair blew carefully in the breeze, her crimson red eyes ever-so gently gazed upon the subjects before her with the softest gaze and her gentle demeanor put most of those around her at ease. Many of her servants were seen admiring the attire in which she presented herself to them with.

As she was seen wearing a pink shirt that had many white bows attached it, and a long, dark burgundy skirt decorated in yellow with bamboo and flower shapes. Most complimented her on the royal attire, but she paid them not much mind. Sitting back on a puffy piece of cloud she had taken a soft sigh before having a ravish smile in light of this occasion. Rarely had she interacted much with other Iramasha's until this point outside of Reimu Iramasha, but times were changing and she had to adapt herself with it.

So, having a banquet of fresh food, a vast quantity of top-class wines and a beautiful horizon to be seen for all; the stage was more then set for those to partake in the festivities, get to know their Iramashsa Councilmen and prepare for the future ahead as they adjust themselves to these trying times and lead the Iramasha Clan down a righteous path. All was right on this fine day and the possibilities of this day did very much intrigue Kaguyami Iramasha as she gazed down the vast lands before her feet.

The potential energy was vibrating in the air, surging all around her and tingling throughout her body as in a very elegant motion, she indulged in her otherworldly booze and let out yet another content sigh as she took pleasure in the simple joys in life. Perhaps more then than anything, at this stage in her life, she was seeking simple comforts, good friends and good times to reflect upon as she slowly but surely comes out of her regale shell. Meaning, that on a level hidden from most, this meeting was put in place to otherwise connect her more directly to the souls in the Iramashsa Clan and learn more about her people. Which meant, in the end, only time could tell where this gathering of Royal Iramasha could turn. Hopefully it turned in Kaguyami's favor at the end of all this.

With my... Ninja Info Cards.

Weird.

Thought the man of the Angels, garbed in his Assistant clothing. It was a long flowing cloak, mostly, white in color on his body. This meeting had been called for possibly worrisome reasons; but Kabuto wondered exactly what those reasons could be. However, according to Kabuto's calculations, the only recent casualty of a powered battle, at least on the Network, was the death of one Wolf Lionus… and it was from an allied member to another one of their allied members, who was being rather ignorant. Kabuto had frankly been quite surprised by the man's actions.

In addition, thinking on current events that had occurred in the realm of powered battles, he wondered if the information about Zefonse Kaizme's test had been fully distributed amongst the higher ranks. He knew that it had been an attack without malice, and that the Rinyauru Leader had promised to rebuild all things destroyed, but it seemed that some outside factors may have made that rather difficult. So then the Gotei still lost out… holy stuff we're a foot in the grave. His cybernetic brain thought to itself in a n instant, as he sighed. He honestly doubted that the higher ranking Iramasha could be stirred to act that easily. After all, given the situations in Antarctica and even longer ago, in London, the high ranking Iramasha weren't especially going out of their way to perform any universe changing events. At least...Not yet. He concluded, looking up once again.

Kabuto's own thoughts about the Gotei 13 were also towards the hopeful nature. He knew how recently, no less than three captains of captain-class power had joined. He had also heard of one who would be able to become the new Captain Commander, and from the information that Kabuto had picked up off of the network, he would be quiet suited for the job, unlike his predecessors. There is hope there… Their darkest times seem to have ended, and they are rising up again. He thought to himself further as he stepped down the hallway, before opening the door at last.

He looked upwards, staring at the wave of clouds, and tilted his head slightly. What kind of Angel doesn't use their wings when it's time to fly…? He wondered to himself, as the zipper of his robe glowed golden, becoming separated as from his back emerged a pair of purple, almost skeletal wings. He looked upwards, smiling slightly, as he was lifted up into the air, rising up to the clouds as he at last appeared opposite from the woman in the sky. "Well then. Seems I may be a bit early…" He mused simply, as at last he rested downwards, preferring to stand with his arms at his side, his cloak blowing about in the wind as he looked at the other woman, thinking about her upbringing. ...How is it that… He wondered, before shaking his head. I'll think ore on it later. He thought to himself, reaching back to his back pocket as he groped about for a card from the pouch on his backside, before pulling out a handful of cards. My info cards… He thought to himself.

"...Do you prefer human booze or spiritual booze?" He asked rather suddenly, watching as the card he held alone in one hand began to glow. His other cards were in his other hand, and he was looking at her with one eye, looking beyond his circular rimmed glasses at her form. His pupil was all black, lacking pupils or an iris, his eyeball nothing but black scelera as he looked at her, rather disconcerting.

Name: Kaguyami Iramasha.
Suspected Age: Indetermined.
Suspected Gender:Female.
Danger Rating: 15
Known Abilities: ???
Known History: Joined the Iramasha from a source other than their own villages, currently the Female Angel Heir.

Her picture appeared on the top right side of the card, and the rest of the information filled up the rest of it. That's really not a lot of information at all, now is it… He thought to himself, still standing rather straight, as if an attendant or something similar. "I'll represent the Leading Angels unless Vandesleca should appear. Otherwise, any requests for information can be made to me; though my decisive power is understandably limited." He placed the fact out there for all to know, and fell silent once more, and would proceed to do what he did the very best.

Watch.

Tsubasa came into the area slowly, grant it he expected to be detected rather quickly a message was needed to be sent now. He would send it off, it was almost time for the real war to begin and he wouldn't let anyone sit out. These creatures claimed to be the Soul King's people perhaps a few worthy ones sat among them. He didn't know what to think as he walked quietly through the thing, before entering the room. Using his major lack of presence to his advantage, Tsubasa was suppressing his strength that was known to be more akin to a monster. Tsubasa knew very well how to walk through a crowd and remain unseen, his skills at this allowed him to walk straight into a place he didn't belong. Hiding his presence from all but a couple people whom were good enough to track him. He didn't claim to be a master of anything. He knew words would be required to sway some of these people, but they wouldn't come from him. The people wouldn't listen to a Shinigami, most of them saw these as mere insects before them. Tsubasa's strength was a raw sort of power that was matched only by a charisma that lurked inside the crimson eyed male. Tsubasa was making his appearance to announce something important, was he nervous? No Tsubasa didn't have brittle nerves like others he was confident in himself. After all this was simply a message to the Iramasha whom sat upon the Council.

He walked into the location now, knowing he was detected the moment he entered most likely. Though it was impressive to of gotten this far for a Shinigami. Tsubasa's eyes of crimson looked over the crowd that had assembled here. They could attack him sure, but he would deliver a message. The message he carried with him for years, he now felt he was ready to deliver it upon the world. He would start here first, he'd been elected to become a Captain of the 12th Division recently. His name was unknown by some, but others were well aware of him due to novels and other skills he had as a fine tuned warrior. Tsubasa merely stood taking in each person and what expression they offered, his words would be few this day. But the message would be delivered even if he had to put the mask on of a villain for a short while. Doing what is needed to be done is a hard thing at times, becoming a villain to one's self is required at times for things in the world to function.

Tsubasa merely waited now, his calm nature was perhaps getting the better of him in this situation. He was reading each person slowly, looking over the people whom he could see as he began to calculate what would come next. Their was no hostility from him, though one could also say nothing came from the 12th Division Captain at all. He lacked a presence to the extent he could full most people only some were capable of telling how large of a monster he truly was. Byakko growled in his mind as he waited as well, he was eager for something to happen. But a fair amount of waiting was required, after all more would show up soon enough. Tsubasa's quiet nature was something, but he wondered just how many could truly see the frighten fixture that stood before them. Tsubasa's eyes went into each person around the area seeming to read them and figure out who they were. His radar of electrical pulse was active he wasn't going to be an easy one to catch off guard if they tried that. Only thing he could do at this point was calmly wait for the people to decide.

The two he could see were a young male and a female Iramasha, their natures were unknown to him. Each had a fair amount of strength but didn't seem to rattle him any. After all one could almost call his nature despite the fact he'd come here to tell these Iramasha what he was doing in some ways showed an arrogance he did acknowledge it, but he wouldn't stop yet. He would kill the Demon Queen or at least push her back so the people had a handle on things again, though a question was pondered what would he do afterwards? Tsubasa however had hobbies to keep him busy, after all the world wouldn't allow Mana to fall without another rising up to take her place. Tsubasa's crimson gaze seemed to wait, he didn't move or do anything as he stood where he suspected no or few Shinigami had treaded in the past thousand years. Something about this man's aura that he gave off if one believed in such things was strange. People respected him despite his quiet and cool nature, Tsubasa was a murderer and good at the task he set himself to. But for now the only thing to defeat was time and it was time to wait for the next group to arrive, he'd predicted leaders would show up. Perhaps some interesting Iramasha once they learned he'd arrived on a place he shouldn't be.

What an interesting time of day. That was the main thing that was at thought here, the time of day he was summoned. What was so special about it? The setting sun, perhaps. The clouds that sat around Iramasha island were gleaming bright with their white aura and mixing well with orange sun set, perfectly shining through the area. Why would a girl call a summit, let alone let Alucard know of it? After all, unless it interested him, he would never show up to these meetings that people called. It was considered beyond him, he was anywhere and everywhere as he chose; so why would he need to exactly be here? In fact, it was a surprise that Dracula was making his way towards the Iramasha Royal Summit at any rate, normally he'd ignore such a thing; to stay confined in his quarters and let the rest of the Iramasha decide on their actions. Perhaps it was time to actually show up to one of these things, to decide on the fate of whatever is discussed. After all, people could have considered Alucard a lapdog, but they'd be wrong in that regard. He followed the Iramasha's wishes, mainly under order of Ketsu, his brother, but that was it. His mind wandered a little, back to when it was him and Ketsu without much help of the Iramasha. He remembered all throughout Ketsu's dark, emotional stages and how they fought for each other, and helped each other. There was an interesting part in their family, and Alucard was seen as a monster, but never the less he was a family man; someone that would look out for his family as long as they looked out for him. A monster that has a rather large heart, ironic really.

Yet he was here, and there was nothing that could change that for the moment. As the count wandered through the lively streets, he couldn't help but feel if something different was going to happen at this summit. After all, whenever he attended meetings, summits, fights or even casual visits, something unearthly happened and he had to stop it somehow. Although he didn't want this, perhaps he was tired of things happening to him at every place that he went, it became tiresome even for someone like Alucard. His eyes shifted upwards, noticing a girl drinking wine upon a cloud. Was this the meeting location? He knew nothing about this, all he knew was that it was called by a Iramasha woman who seemingly matched the girl upon the cloud. Relaxing, drinking and watching the liveliness below? Perhaps Alucard could have taken a fondness of this woman yet. He stood there, looking up and grinning; his orange sun glasses sending a ray of reflection off of him, whilst his large red hat draped over his head and partially his face. Taking a single step, he began to ascend into the sky slowly; raising upon to the same level as the woman, along side a new man that he hadn't seen before, reading information from cards the he was holding in his hand. So his speculation was right, this was the woman that called the meeting; Kaguyami Iramasha. He didn't know her, nor did she know him, yet she called most Iramasha here. Royal Iramasha, anyway. Although something was weird. Not about the man or the woman Iramasha relaxing before him, but something else.

The Count's eyes snapped down now, noticing a new man. He looked different, something about him differed from the rest of the Iramasha. His hair was natural blonde, almost a yellow colour, whilst he wore a rather casual outfit. This peaked his interest, as he gave off a different feeling to those around him. It suddenly clicked, and it made him wonder how the Iramasha actually hadn't earlier detected a Shinigami walking into the Iramasha island casually, hiding their presence or not. A small smirk appeared across Alucard's face, he hadn't interacted with the two other Iramasha yet, although perhaps this would be a prime time to question the Shinigami himself. As he made his way up to the meeting area, a black aura engulfed Alucard; quickly bursting out of darkness into a group of bats. The bats were large, around three times the size of an average fruit-bat. This was Alucard; the being capable of transforming his very body into those of bats, wolves, tigers, any animal that could come to mind. At this moment, the bats shot across towards the man; completely covering his location in the dark bats before compressing down at one area, stopping the fluttering and allowing the bats to join together to reform Alucard from head to toe in a black and red aura, the same aura that compromised his regeneration and reforming.

"And what's this? A shinigami converging into a Iramasha settlement that hadn't actually called him or summoned his very being here? You're just asking for your head to be chopped off by doing that, idiot." His voice would be deep and menacing, also quite loud and erupting. Alucard rarely talked to new comers to Iramasha island like this, although they were allied, Shinigami didn't have any of a place among this meeting, no matter how die the situation was. As his voice finally reformed, his large red hat and sunglasses would have appeared to have disappeared, no longer resting upon his eyes or head. His deep red eyes looked into the eyes of the male before him, his arms held in his pockets, a large grin covering his smug face. Stretching out his right arm, his index finger should point at the woman and man behind him, Kaguyami and the male who said he was representing the leading angels here. "I'd say speak your business or I can't garauntee you'll make it out of here alive." Perhaps this shinigami had good reason for entering the summit, and perhaps it was just as bad as any other shinigami's reason. Although there was a key bit of information here that needed be brought forward, that was obvious. Why would this man come here? It had to be important. Iramasha and Shinigami were allied, that much was true. Although perhaps it was not wise to assume they'd be on good terms, especially in this situation.

It was yet another normal day, correct? The sun was high in the sky, the blaring heat was quite bothersome like it had always been during the summer months of the Island Iramasha call home. Along with that, Azure had done nothing but write off paper work and meet with lower class members of the Iramasha to figure things out for their jobs. He was a leader, so he did what he could when he could. Although.. today was a special day, he could feel it in the air.. There was to be a meeting at the cloud summit that Kaguyami usually created for such things with the Councilmen and Leaders/Heirs of the Iramasha, it would simply be a meeting of minds to discuss things that have recently happened in both the spiritual and human world, not too surprising knowing his councilmen will speak, maybe even his uncle will show up, it wouldn't be against his morals to show up randomly to actually interact with the Iramasha for once. Alucard was always confined to his quarters within the royal devil mansion, it was a tad irritating but understandable. The Iramasha that will be showing their faces at this meeting will be of high importance, almost as high as Azure. He knew this, and with that being a fact he planned on bringing multiple things to the table of the Iramasha, most likely events thaat happened recently in the human world.

Standing from his desk within the main HQ of Ranked Iramasha, Azure yawned. Moving to a side room that was connected to his office, he promptly changed into a pair of shorts and a plain black shirt and made his way out of the HQ. If he planned on showing his face at this meeting after having worked the same day, he would do it in whatever style he felt, casual being his most relevant choice. Another odd thing that Azure knew of today was that his birthday was on the rise, a day where he celebrates his birth, idiotically. Besides that, Azure simply walked to a good vantage point to where he could see almost all of Iramasha Island. With that, he focused himself on the vibrations extending outward from his body, now surrounding the island as a whole. By doing this, Azure is able to place his own vibrations throughout almost everyone on the surface of Iramasha Island, allowing him to know who and what was walking alongside them. This was a rather simple tactic to identify if there were enemies or unexpected people on this island, aside from the island's already powerful defense Azure simply wanted to take this precaution due to the meeting that was forming above.

With this tracking, Azure knew that there was something wrong with the Island at that very moment. A single person, of the Shinigami race was walking amongst them. It was quite easy to track him, no matter how hard he tried to hide himself due to the Vibrations running throughout the island. He wasn't hostile, from what it seemed, but precautions had to be taken with this shinigami, Azure thought. At this point Azure felt that it would be better to allow others arrive at the meeting before himself, just so he knew what he was working with, some Iramasha could be such a pain in the ass at times. With that, Azure simply laid on the small cliff that overlooked a large portion of Iramasha Island, and took an hour long nap.

Waking from the small nap he had just taken, the sun was still quite high in the sky for a summer day, and with that he could sense the presences of multiple people now at the meeting that was held in the sky. That group was quite obvious in power, Alucard Iramasha, Kaguyami Iramasha, Kabuto Iramasha, and this mysterious Shinigami that had walked the surface of Iramasha Island earlier that hour. It didn't seem like that peaceful of a scene, either. From what Azure could feel from the cliff he lay on, Alucard was forcing himself against this mysterious Shinigami and making it clear that he was not welcome to the island. With that, Kabuto was doing nothing, as Kabuto usually does. Kaguyami on the other hand was consuming some type of alcohol as usual, so he was not surprised that the scene upon the summit was a distressful one.

Standing, Azure yawned once more and stretched his arms outward, cracking his elbows and shoulders in the process. "My turn I guess." Nodding softly, he sent off a single wave of vibrations once more to make sure that there were no unwanted visitors, which there were none of. With that he smiled and raised his right arm slightly in the air to allow chaos energy to swirl around his body. By doing this, Azure was able to instantly chaos warp onto the summit of clouds that the other beings were stationed on, his body reforming almost instantly as he stepped foot upon the fluffy world around him. Azure was correct, as usual. Alucard was indeed on top of this Shinigami, Kabuto was sitting by watching and Kaguyami was drinking. It wasn't a terrible sight, obviously this is what all the current important people on the summit did every day, but it was a little saddening to see that this Shinigami was already be persecuted upon his entrance the the Island. Yawning for what seemed the thousandth time now, Azure waved dismissivly at the group of people that currently stood before him. "So, the Shinigami decided to show his face on the Summit of the Strong, Eh'?" Azure knew that from what he sensed from this Shinigami that he was not weak, but something had to be said to the male that thought it was fine to simply intrude onto the Isle of Iramasha.

"Alucard, you should really calm down and allow him to speak his mind. He isn't here on a hostile visit, so don't act so harshly towards him. With that, I'd also like to say my name is Azure Iramasha, the Leader of the Hybrids, one of the 3 leading the entire island. I have a few problems I'd like to discuss on my own terms, such as recent attacks on Karakura City, and the coming thread of Shadow fall. But, for now, I can refrain from saying anything until everyone is ready for me to speak my mind." He smiled, flicking his wrist as a chaos energy-woven chair formed behind him, the male flopping onto the chair as if it were a real thing. Now all he could do is wait.

The Meeting has Begun.

A Royal Summit: Kaguyami's Call [OPEN TO ALL] Leo23
Ikari Iramasha
Kuroi Kaen no Doragon
Ikari quietly was watching everything as the quiet heir to the Medical unit was just watching the spectacles that were coming from a lone shinigami that had lost his path or something like that, his facial expression gave that away, that look of I'm lost and I don't know where the fuck I am at, and that I'm so lost right now that I make Rouronoa Zoro look like he knows where the hell he's going. So then you had these power houses, then you had Ikari who seemed very weak and lithe in frame, but Azure should of been able to remember that he was powerful enough to take to these kind of meetings, he was mainly here to represent the Medical Division, but also to know what was going on, since he was new to this. Ikari was very young in terms of being an Iramasha and so he decided that he wanted to learn more and get better at this, so he decided to just remain quiet as people talked when he felt necessary to talk he would, but even then he did feel a bit out of place and his visual apparatus and his shifting every so often allowing his weapon on his side to clack against his side gently. There were a lot of dignitaries here so far, and then again there was one or two he really didn't know of. LIke the tall guy with the red clothing and the tall ass hat, but his pressure from the place he was standing was pretty immense, and then there was Azure Iramasha, anyone should of been able to recognize him, then there was he thought it was a councilwoman of the Iramasha her name was what,,, oh Kaguyami Iramasha, apparently her powers were pretty crazy from what he had heard about her from his mother who had sent him here because the Medical unit was always swamped and she had no rest anyway.

So Ikari wore a black and red zip up hoodie, with a symbol that looked like an arrow with a swirl with a tail at the end of it with a line through the center, and it was red colored while the main black color of the jacket contrasted with it. Ikari wore a red tee shirt underneath the jacket that tightly conformed to his body showing off the simple and plain build he had minus the formation of a simple six pack. He wore a pair of blue jeans and then black flat soled skateboarding shoes with red and grey hints on the shoe. His bangs were down covering his blood Red eyes that had a black shuriken like pupil, and he was rapidly taking information in with them and converting as fast as he could. He had on a black wrist band with that same symbol on the back of his jacket on his right wrist, and a black metal banded watch on his left wrist currently. In those moments of calm before the storm he had gathered a lot of information about the summit, and he wondered what was going on a bit more indepth, but being the man he was he'd keep that question to himself, but if someone cared to look at him he'd show the signs of I want to talk, but I'm too quiet to because well I don't wanna upset the balance looking for answers to questions. Should the likes of the Gotei 13 fail... why would they fail? Aren't they strong? He'd think to himself because he didn't really think they were weak reading about their rich and vibrant history and yet they were weak? Why were they weak, and all of the questions that were building up couldn't of been restrained any more and Ikari taking a breath before speaking a great deal. It was quite apparent at this point he needed answers.

"I'm here to represent the Medical Unit of the Angel Iramasha, I'm the recently elected heir Ikari Iramasha reporting. Sorry for staying so quiet, I was quite curious on what was going on. Oh? Oh Hello Azure-sama, how are you doing today? Sir that's clearly a shinigami, what's your name and purpose on being here, maybe it'd be best if you did talk first? Ah, and you with the red outfit I apologize I do not know your name, would you be so kind to tell it to me? Finally, Councilwoman, Nice to actually meet you and not just hear about you from the medical unit leader." A behind the head sweat drop happened when the guy who was the Shinigami was mentioned, and generally while he was talking he was neutral but had a look of being happy. So far this was quite interesting for him besides the meeting he had with Azure a while back, but we don't talk about that meeting and the feelings he had from it.Which were quite confusing at the moment, but disregarding that currently he had a feeling that this meeting would definitely help him to understand what the hell was going on with this, and what he could do and report to his mother hat he could do as well. surely there was much that could be done with the right amount of people being here right? Did it really matter what they did? What was the point of the meeting he didn't hear too much so far, but it made sense that people hadn't arrived probably should pretty soon it looked pretty packed as is, but it could get worse right? He wasn't sure what to expect with this strange cast of people, but what more could be wrong about this situation, Ikari wasn't exactly sure on what his mother wanted him to report about, and so he'd just shut up from that point on because of well he didn't know what else to say or do.
