It seems that the poor fool didn't want to stay down just yet. Detecting that some sort of abnormal energy signature was developing within Eric, it was apparent there some sort of mutation of his body structure at this point. Otherwise, the imbecile would have been obliterated by now based on the vicious nature of her previous attacks upon his well being. Taking a soft sigh to soak in the situation, in the grand scheme of things, even with this unexpected development; the plans which The Demon Queen had set forth were still mostly unaffected. "A noble spirit, but all vane. Do you honestly believe the words that are coming out of your mouth? If that's the case, you may be far more insane than myself." Spoke Mana aloud to Eric as he was on the brink of his rebirth in this fight. Rolling her eyes in a form of slight irritation, The Royal Asthavon was not moved much in the wake of the seismic Earthquakes and darkened skies that occurred as a result of Eric beginning to charge himself up ripe with new life.

With a confident smirk, Mana simply dropped The Mad Demon from where he was; attending her attention to the destructive bolts of blood lightning heading her way. "It's such a shame. You hold such great potential for power, yet you insist on these childish games, infantile antics and mediocre tricks. Ye' have grown much, but with my guidance, I could mold you into something much more...." In the moments it took to wave her hand, The Queen had summoned a wave of fire from the stream of constant green flames produced within the massive cage they were entrapped in. Feeding off the Queen's Royal Magic and the massive amounts of energy being produced between Eric and Mana herself, these would be so overwhelming in strength that it could easily wipe the 12 volts in the blink of an eye; provided it has the opportunity to make direct contact upon the bloody lightning strikes against The Queen's well being.

"...it's honestly quite the travesty you decided to match yourself up against the likes of myself. A sickening part of myself actually feels some bit of remorse for which your path has come to." Staring absently into the sky; as if she weren't even paying much attention to Eric's unholy transformation, The Demon Queen seemed to be rather ...off. "Ahhhh, yes, I'm fairly certain the lost self which is deeply buried within...is causing this...." Her face transitioning to that of a somber expression, Mana gazed upon Eric in his newly ascended state and sighed once more; as if she were tired of it all. "...do you genuinely believe you'll find salvation by allowing yourself to be killed by my hands? Have I not educated you in the fact that you simply cannot beat me as you are?" When The Royal Demoness finished speaking, The Mad One was already in pursuit. Of course he had gotten much faster, much more bold and energy was fabulous...but it was all too straight forward. Too predictable. Too....hopeless.

Deciding to see just how strong her puppet had became, The Queen of Demoness showed no sign of fear; standing her ground without a single flinch as Eric delivered a earth-shattering blow upon her face. The impact force alone was enough to shatter the ground them, shake the heavens themselves and even made Sweet Mana neck twist in the complete opposite direction as blood emerald blood dripped from her mouth. Yet...she was still standing tall. Not having been moved a single inch from her position, it was but a simple task for her manipulate the muscles, bones and structure of her body for her head to realign itself in the correct position. Releasing strains of energy in the process, an ominous steam emitted from the Mana's mouth and neck once she had regenerated herself from that critical hit. If her pain suppression wasn't in effect, certainly she'd be enduring a lot worse pain. However, based on her maddening origins and how disordered her state of being is, the effects of her half-blooded Danava nature were enough to mask it entirely.

"'Tis quite impressive. I must admit, you've actually far exceeded me Eric...at least in the area of brute strength and endurance alone...." Wiping the blood from her face, The Queen smiled slightly before looking upwards at The Maddened Demon with the utmost of sincerity in both her eyes and words. "...and yet, you have absolutely no chance of defeating me." Eyes illuminating once more with the shade of green, The Demoness placed her right hand outwards. Producing an odd, black hued substance from upon her body; this mysterious liquid swiftly transformed into a tidal wave of pure darkness. Just what was it exactly? Utilizing her Royal Magic once more, Mana had actually generated a disruption between the space within Demon World. If all of the slashes were to be consumed by this colossal blob of darkness, it would proceed to devour them whole and simply transport them into a dimension far, far away from this battlefield to fizzle out into nothing but empty husks of energy for the Queen to later use.

Looking upwards to notice a large boulder heading towards her; there was a hint of disdain inside of The Demonesses eyes. For now it was obvious to tell Mana was growing quite weary of these tactics that Eric was using. "Just. Give. Up." Waving her hand in a horizontal fashion, the gauntlets which Mana wore produced a large slash of wind capable of obliterating the bolder and the explosion that soon followed through it's unique charms, impressive offensive capacity and Mana's own augmented magic. At the very least, they'd at least end up canceling each other out in one last bang. "Have you not grown tired of this game of cat and mouse yet, Eric? Do you not have all of the proof around you to see the writing on the wall yet?" Slowly walking towards him, The Demoness would show no signs of hesitancy while casually approaching him with the utmost of sincere intentions held within her eyes.

"But enough about those trivial facts, my dear, I'm more interested to know: Has the chaos of this world still not wavered ye's heart? The Madness which intertwined within yourself, The Hysteria that spiraled you down this path of carnage and the lunacy that gave birth to you and my owns creation. This long line of unbalance has such a strong hold in the foundation of our own world, can you not feel it within your blood as I do?" Growing two pairs of fangs in light of her absurd ramblings, a bizarre, but dimly lit white glow emitted from the soft skin of The Queen's face. "Isn't even quite funny how your title is "The Mad One"? As if it's some sort of play-on in which the core of our existence was founded upon. We all have our roots in this mess, and I can see it even now. As you stand before me, each time I pushed my chaotic elements upon you, your body has responded quite pleasantly to them. You can feel it coursing through your veins, can you not?" Peering into his eyes even though the height difference between the two was quite dramatic in the wake of Eric's new transformation, Mana did not seem that hostile at the moment and there was something quite odd i n the air.

"Heh, your fangs retain within them a sense of turmoil in them that I can smell even from where I am placed now. In this world, in this time; you must endure everything and respond to it with sheer discord for everything in your way. It's how it's always been amongst us demon's, has it not?" Despite the way she was talking, this was in fact, not a rhetorical question. The Demonlord before her was old enough to remember the various changes and ways in the customs of demon's over the years; so a satisfying answer should come from his mouth. "Why do you think I killed the former Queen prior to my succession? She stood in the way of our true nature; to subjugate us with law, order and thought....is truly laughable. The lot of life is nothing more than a manic, crazed game where disorder, brutality and madness reigns supreme. We demon's represent the embodiment of this force in the universe."

Licking her lips, The Queen herself seemed to be rather elated and going deeper and deeper within the pits of her own lunacy. Molding the cosmos itself into the true form of madness. "Such as Angel's are this world's light, we are the world's darkness. Without darkness, there can be no night. And without light, there cannot be no day. If either of these elements were absent in existence, the borders between our lives would become skewed and all would collapse upon itself." Images of both Touketsu and Truth soon became visible behind Mana as she kept going on and on. "Our God represents Chaos, while Truth represents Order. These two have not yet clashed, and perhaps never will. Do you know why?" Tilting her head to the side, this would be yet another question which The Queen was interested to hear from Eric. "It's because if either of them were destroyed, both of their concepts would be null. Without Order, you cannot have Chaos. Without Chaos, you cannot have order. It's why I've spared Earth...to an extent...of the radical changes I've put forth in our own little nest of monsters."

"...and why, as you stand before me, I have not yet obliterated you. Ye's own form of Madness is like a fine stream of ecstasy for me; ripe for the taking as I see fit." Placing her fingers upon Eric's chest, Mana grinned and then went on to place her mouth closer to Eric's neck...and if not flung away...would sink her fangs deep into the skin, muscle and bone of his cervix. In order to understand him better, to quell his own anguish and subdue the Mad One; Mana wanted to consume his blood to satisfy her own hunger for Madness and Chaos...and to pull a complete one eighty in this fight...was quite the maddening move. "Feed me your essence, become whole with me once more and experience the true form of life as you were intended to. You've come this far, step further into the rabbit's hole and come back home, my dearie." Finishing her statements, something within her was pulsating.

Having similar feelings as to the day when both she and Asmo had locked lips with one another, it was the same sort of sensation that occurred then. A swirling of many complex entities were being tangled within the core of Mana; releasing in the form of purely unstable energy being felt within The Queen at the moment as she exchanged pleasantries with The Mad One. Where it would go from here? Not even The Royal Asthavon knew at this point.

Licking her soaked lips away with the Mad One's blood, Mana had a strong sense of lust burning within her eyes. However, this wasn't for Eric's body. No, it was for something much deeper than such a trivial urge like that. The lust for madness, the hunger for chaos and satisfying a deep, insatiable urge that has been growing stronger within her chest since the cataclysmic battle in Madness City nearly a year ago. Yes...this is what it meant to step one foot closer on the path towards attaining her true nature and awakening the Danava blood coursing through her veins. It was a way of life she had long since forgot from a previous life, but a compulsion surging to the surface with the peaking of The Demon Queen's Power. Through each major battle, from each mental high and from each devouring of discordia itself; Mana, rather she knows it or not consciously, has steadily been morphing, contorting and transforming the structure of her body with each passing day towards this purpose and realization.

Henceforth, in a rather befitting manner, she went along with an illogical move within this battle. Injecting the likes of Eric Zarathos with trace amounts of Death Energy, should this move prove to be effective and allowed to transpire, The Queen would be leaving a seal. However, it wouldn't be any ordinary seal. Inside of it's contents lay the powers which is DE Force; the holy grail of demonic powers in the depths of Demon World. It's a power much sought after by all Demon Classes alike, sought after even by non-demon's and is something to be greatly feared in the hands of a worthy user. So to part him with this gift, on this field here, was quite....insane. Though, something like this wouldn't come with no strings attached.

Should Eric insist on going down this path of harnessing this newly crafted form of Death Energy within the pits of The Mad One's body, than the impulsions of his former demonic self would soon begin to emerge. Every time this power is activated, each move that is harnessed from this ability and any amount of it's energy that is brought into battle by the likes of The Mad One will pull him closer and closer towards awakening what Mana had believed to be his One, True Demonic State. Not only that, but the side effects of it would even cause him to seek out Shadow Fall once more. To discover where the Demon Queen is and eventually return to her side once more should he fully embark on this quest to attain the infamous Death Energy. Even Engra himself may find himself falling pray to this as the desire, the cravings, the tempting nature and the lusting core of this power can draw even the boldest warrior into her nest. Therefore, with the ball in Eric's court, from this moment onward it was up to him to decide rather or not to activate this little seed planted inside of him. Something like this wouldn't be hard to detect, no far from it, but would he have the nerve and the abbadon to do such a thing? The Demoness intended to find out today.

If all went according to plan, a black, but painless flame may be seen bursting into flames across the spot on Eric's neck in which Mana had taken a bite out of him. Looking towards his wailing screams for her help, questioning just who he is and finding himself at the mercy of his Madness; it only served to have a wicked smile emerge across The Queen's face as she seemed to grow...stronger...in presence because of this reaction. As, within that moment, her eyes could even be seen flashing a bright emerald green before fading back to normal. Signaling that the energy contained inside of Mana was swirling around at a faster and more impulsive rate; possessing a much stronger sense of overwhelming force than it once did before. In fact, one could even say that her Madness Augmentation was at work here. For, in that moment, there was quite the bit of pandemonium swelling in and around the likes of Eric Zarathos; all the more for The Demoness to feed off and devour for her own hunger.

Tilting her head to the side at this new development, it seemed that a separate spirit nesting within The Mad One has arisen to the surface due to being pushed so hard in this battle. Could he have been a Ziamichi? Perhaps. Due to her keen and perceptive nature, along with many encounters on Earth with those sorts of beings, this didn't feel like something akin to those beast. No. This had to be something different, something more natural in origins. "Ohhhhhhh? I take it I must've smashed a button real good. Don't worry, I'll be reestablishing the connection myself soon enough, deary." Smiling ever so elegantly, Mana didn't seem to have a care in the world at this moment. For in this time, in this place; all was ripe with the stench of discord. It was home, it was natural and it was where she was the strongest. Coursing through her veins like the sweet nectar of life itself, The Demoness knew she had what it takes to end this battle should she please and was beginning to come to the conclusion it was time to end this drawn out battle soon enough.

"I take it you are enjoying the present I left you both, no?" Detecting the incoming slap, Mana was able to harness her swift reflexes and overwhelming speed in order to evade it by moving upwards in the air to avoid getting hit by it. In that instance, watching the ground get obliterated by the raw might of Eric's strength, she knew the path of his life was now steering towards it's true path. However, the question still in mind was, would he still stick to it? "So you are saying I am the first being to ever push the poor boy to this extent? Well, I can't say I'm not flattered, lover-boy." Chuckling ever so slightly at that fact as she folded her arms and hovered in midair, Mana couldn't believe the new plateaus of strength she was reaching. Although she had realized some truly energy draining attacks, some of which were beginning to show it's strain from the sweat dripping outwards of The Queen's body at this point, this was nothing compared to some of her heavier fights within the warzones straight out of hell such as Madness City, The Battle for London and the infamous Malaysian Clash.

"Mistakes? Myou? 'Sugah, mishaps are apart of the road to Chaos. When one plan fails, another simply opens right up for me. I am adjustable, I am flexible and I have more than one method to put you down like the dog you are should I see fit. Ye' best not forget that fight, even though you are blinded by THAT power." With emphasis on the word "THAT", it seemed she was getting her head back into the fighting mind as she grinned ever-so slightly in light of those words which were uttered out of Engra's mouth. "If you truly believe in your possession an unending source of Madness, then I'll drain it dry and make it my own. I am Madness, I am Chaos And YOU WILL BOW BEFORE YOUR QUEEN OF DISCORDIA!" Hollering near the end with extremely jovial joy, not that of malice or arrogance, The Demoness was now ready to get this show back on the road.

However, before she reacted in an offensive matter, a rather sudden explosion occur. One that was blinding, one that was overwhelming and one that obliterated everything within it's path. The blast was deafening, others cowered in fear for miles over it and it showcased just how much The Demon had improved....yet something was off with this picture. Moments after the blast had subdued, there had been nothing left where Mana was standing. Well, that is, for a strange trail of liquid goo. For when the ash settled, and the skies cleared, for a brief moment, to the untrained eye it may have seemed like Eric Zarathos may have very well conquered the Queen. Yet, in spite of all that had just occurred, the sinister presence of Mana's energy wreaked across the battlefield and the massive dome of green fire had not dissipated from the area. In fact, there was a large sum of supernatural activity...right in front of the spot where Eric had attacked The Queen with that Final Punisher blast.

The bloody goo in the position where Mana once stood had began to make a whirring noise. Soon, it was glowing a bright gem green as something...appeared to be coming out of it. In a matter of moments, before Engra and Eric's very eyes, The Demon Queen could be seen emerging out of a puddle of her own blood. A new body was being generated; limbs tightening, bones being produced, matter being put into place and The Royal Demoness being placed back together once again and made whole. Slowly opening her eyes to the world once more, a bleak expression came into view across Sweet Mana's face. "Are you finished playing games, Eric Zarathos?" This was the only thing she had to say in light of this, for when she was fully reformed, it seemed as if The Damned Witch was back to her original health, ignoring the slight dip in the overall levels of energy coursing through the woman's veins. It was quite the bizarre moment; for just a moment ago her entire body had been seemly disintegrated in that instant by that monstrous attack that the likes of Eric and Engra had unleashed together in the hopes of stopping her. And now, in another, she was whole once more....a truly frightening level of regeneration.

"You've reached a dead-end, Eric...you cannot stop me...."

Heh, this was the end of the battle, nye? Through all the blows given in this battle zone, the scars forever marked on this land and the immense clash of powers that took place; it was quite the satisfying conclusion for Mana to know where his and hers strengths lay. Furthermore, when musing over the thoughts about the gift she had left sweet little Eric, things were certainly going to get a lot more interesting as time progressed further within The Mad One's career as a Demon Lord. Would he seek her out further for more power? Or would he simply leave the attachments left within him dormant?

Those are the two million dollar questions to be asked. Either way, with him finally coming to the realization that there was indeed no way of getting passed The Queen of Demons at his current level, she was pleasantly satisfied with how everything came to a conclusion. With an unsettling grin coming into view across her face, she'd wonder where his path would turn now as Engra, or whoever was in charge of that body, was now speaking to her.

"Now, now darling. I never said you yourself were weak. Far from it, in fact. What is weak is your tactics, your planning and overall timing in combat. To defeat someone of my caliber, you'll need to come with more to the table than just brute force. Or at least, if you are going to go through with that route, have the tenacity to keep it up for extended periods." Cracking her neck to relieve the strain in it caused by Eric's previous attack, The Queen was still adjusting to her new body as she let out a sigh and felt more of her energy left her. However, when the duo mentioned something in regards to a secret Mana was keeping. Batting a curious rise of the eyebrow in light of this, The Demoness was intrigued to figure out just what kind of rumor he was inquiring about. "Honestly, I haven't the faintest idea what you are talking about at this point, Sir Eric."

Flicking her hair in a nonchalant matter, The Queen could only chuckle if he thought the union between herself and Touketsu was any sort of grand secret. As, in this day and age, she figured something akin to that was common knowledge to most demon-kind. Though, within her heart, there was a sense he may have been hinting at whatever sort of deep rooted madness that was brewing in her. A madness that may very well be related to her Danava nature becoming to bloom ever so unsightly.

"My downfall? My Madness? Our Savior? Hahahaha, these are all things which will come in due time. To be blind to my own demise, would be to deny that our nature is wicked. Surely you jest if you suggest this any sort of obscure block of knowledge I am not aware of." Smiling even more, Mana placed her right hand upon her breast and felt the intense heartbeat thump over and over. Why was this reaction occurring? It's simple, really. Knowing that she was going to burn, knowing that she was damned and knowing where this bloodied road had been taking over always brought her back to the reality of things....and she embraced it with the utmost of tense intentions.

"The only thing sweet Deveta, our dear Demon God, has done to me was make my vicious nature just that much sweeter. I know all too well that I deserve nothing but to burn. Yet, until that time comes where someone is able to pierce me at the cross, I'll keep mulling through this thankless life, this devoid world and keep trying to satisfy the craving, the hunger and the lust burning within my heart. I have the world at my fingertips, but it still carries on. This game, this endless game. I must keep going until I find what it is that will quell this hate, this hurt and these delusions that spiral in my end like an unending wave of insanity."

Clenching her fist in light of this self-reflection upon herself, something inside of Mana pulsated. As if, in that speech, something acknowledged these sensations brewing within herself and, in-turn, The Demoness's power felt stronger than before a faint, emerald glow illuminated across her body. Notions of them desiring more power, to her, was nothing but a blurred muttering as she was slowly beginning to remember what she fought for. Ever since her battle within the pits of Malaysia, The Sinister Queen's will had been wavering, decreasing and growing dimmer with each passing day.

Yet, as she stood before The Mad One, imagery of a former life began to pass. Envisions of former selves, flashes of maddening power and sensations of absolute and utter Madness surged within the course of her veins. She knew, at that instant, her Danava blood was growing and evolving to bring her back to her roots, to find out her origins and to put an end to this long and drawn out process of easing this endless wanderlust that her mind has been enveloped in for the past four centuries of her existence. Henceforth, as she phased back into reality to hear more of what Engra was saying towards her, there was an odd spark taking place within the Demoness eyes and it soon turned into a grin across her face.

"Revenge? Death? Murder? These are all such sweet subjects for my mouth to taste. But alas, at the very least, I'll be more than sure to pass this message along to The Kokuryuteshi..." When finishing this speaking towards The Reborn Demon, The Queen's eyes seemed to darken to an extent as she turned away from Eric to let him go. Paying no mind to the Earthquakes around her, with a wave of her hand, they were all but stopped as the the dome of gem green flames shattered to the ground around them. In light of it's destruction? There was nothing but smoke, destruction, corpses and...oddly enough...sunlight for miles on end. It's almost as if, through all of this immense strife, the land itself reacted in such a way that it felt the need to rejuvenate itself through sunlight; bringing light to that which was once dark. Symbolizing, that within Mana's own soul, there were two other souls being brought brought to the surface.

Cackling a bit and feeling her energy surge quite wildly, The Demoness let out a bellows roar as she began the process of trying to expunge this excess force from within her; releasing large volumes of black and green flames from every skin pour as that trademark grin of hers grew wider in size. Panting a bit as she paused to remember what Eric mentioned, perhaps things were moving back on schedule with her road to damnation...and it quite excited The Queen. "Hehehehehe, such fanciful thoughts....I know you'll never let them go....this fight just served to raddle both ME and YOU up, huh?" Grabbing her head as a sign that something was greatly inflicting pain upon her well being, The Queen could only suppress her laughter as a large void of darkness leading into her chambers back in Europe materialized in front of her. Though, what was more unsettling...was if one were keen enough to pay attention....a brief glimpse of a pair of crimson eyes could be seen within Mana's own shadow.

"I know, I know. You want me. You can harm me, you can maim me...but you don't have the right to kill me yet...there are still things that MUST be done before that occurs....all will be ready soon enough...." With those ominous last words, The Queen drug herself into the portal and vanish; leaving a tense air of apocalyptic atmosphere in her wake.

End.
