Item Description:The formula that is on each Kunai allows Yuri to transport Himself to a marked location in the blink of an eye. To activate this technique, Tsukuyomi needs a special seal or "technique formula" to mark the destination. The mark of this can be placed on literally anything, Even a human being. Marking lasts for about four posts before dissipating by itself into a mere fizzle of reshi. The tattoo has been permanently been engraved into his actual essence of being on his right palm. It only appears once he attempts to tag someone, or using the technique itself. After this is done, the user enters a dimensional void which instantaneously transports them to the location of the seal. The speed of this teleportation is honestly ridiculous, Taking not even a second to appear on the other seal ready for action.

This technique is great for dodging hyper speed people, or attacks within a blink of an eye. However, This piece of equipment is relatively new to the Dark Enforcer, meaning, He hasn't quite mastered the Teleporting duration before it starts to take a Physical drain on his body from entering and leaving a Void Dimension within a nano second. Thus, Tsukuyomi is able to use this Item three times before having a three post cool down before another three can be used; They could be used consecutively in one post, or spaced out. However, The formula is able to be interfered with a high level amount of power to render it useless- Also, It should be said that the same person cannot be tagged more than once a thread. The Distance that can be traveled is Two hundred Meters in either direction around himself. With it comes to energy attacks, Yuri is able to project the Seal onto it allowing it to be sent aimlessly away, But, The stronger the attack, The stronger Yuri needs to push Power into it to transport it. It should be also mentioned, That Yuri is only allowed to have five of them out at any given time, That also means tagged seals as well.

Obtained From: Yuri obtained this Item and ever lasting tattoo on the outskirts of Malaysia during a raid of a Terrorist camp. Searching the place for clues once the mission was over, Tsukuyomu found a lab that was in the deepest bunker of the camp. It wasn't long before The Dark Enforcer saw a rune with the same tattoo that is now on his hand; It wasn't emanating any reiastu or any type of energy, so, He assumed it would be alright to touch. However, That's not what happened, The rune reacted to his reiastu, releasing a fluctuating power wave that "craved" the tattoo on his hand as well as releasing the Kunai from the rune. He was spiritually drained on the spot, needing to get back to the base As spon as possible. Getting back to the Vanguard Base, The Scientists ran some tests before realizing what this was- An ancient space-time technique for teleportation. The reports showed they were going to mass-produce it for war. So, Yuri asked them to create copies of said weapon and to his surprise, He did, Gaining ten in total at his disposal.
