Think of a staff member that is ALWAYS working; who may be busy but will at least try to communicate with others. Think of someone who is an example for others to follow, and whom inspires you in your RP and gives you assistance whenever you need it.

Alright, here we go again. I shalt get the ball rolling here because regardless of who I could or couldn't vote for there is one person shining at being apart of staff currently. With that said my vote without hesitation shall go to the residential work horse, that's right
Aiv has put in exponential hard yards, always willing to help others out with anything, be it a new character that needs checking, face claims that she powers through before focusing on her own stuff or just simple involvement into a thread. So personally this be my vote, and I feel that Aiv has truly earned it
