EVERYONE, CHOOSE YOUR WINNERS!

STAFF OF THE YEAR!

It's been one amazing year on Platinum Hearts and now it's time to look back as far as you possible can; from the start of 2012 to where we are now to decide the best nominations for their Of The Year Categories. This will also be our SECOND time doing an Of The Year Series and I hope all goes well for those who take part in this event as well! I wish the best of luck of everyone who is entered in this thing and hope to have another this time next year!

Voting Rules

1. NO VOTE RETRACTIONS! IF YOU VOTE FOR SOMEONE, PLEASE STICK WITH THAT PERSON!

2. This thread will only last a maximum of one week. However, depending on outside circumstances, it can last for 3-7 days as these contest vary on how much time the staff on PH have to spend on them. So do not get pissy if we have some delays.

3. You can only vote for ONE person.

4. Do NOT make multiple accounts to vote for someone. If we catch people doing this, there will be a wift punishment waiting for you as we actively check IP's on the site.

5. Please think HARD about this decision.

6. If you VOTE you POST in this thread to help make sure we do not have bots voting.

PRIZES

First Place: The person who wins first place in staff of the year will receive 50,000,000 yen, one tier upgrade for their character of choice (WHO IS NOT 0-2+), two new abilities in a characters app, two skill upgrades, their own PH Medal, a mention in the Of The Month Winners and Of The Year Winners thread, their image on the sidebar for the month of January and a mention in the site's Youtube.

Second Place: The person who wins runner up will receive 30,000,000 yen, one new ability in a characters app, two skill upgrades and an honorary mention in the Of The Month/Winners threads along with a 2nd place medal.

Third Place: The person who wins third place will receive 10,000,000 yen, one skill upgrade, an honorary mention in the Of The Month/Winners threads and possibly a 3rd place medal.

I've thought long and hard about this shit.
But, I know whom I'm picking. Frostbite, here's looking at you. Why? You're the site main admin, for fuck'sake. You're like our backbone ; and even though that Red shit was a fucking pain, here we are. Stronger. Better. And we're getting there. You're someone that leads, that changes ; and you're someone that's holding the site on your shoulders. You are human.. so you are worthy of praise.

As does everyone on staff.. here or not. Everyone that makes it here, that carries the site on their shoulders, deserves praise. Thank you, everyone, for making this a fun home.

I thought about this a lot and I am going to pick JJ. This was my first year here and he really helps me out a lot. I did not know a lot of things ... I sill don't know a lot. but he helped me thru it all and i am thankful to him for doing that.

I personally think every one of you staff do a excellent job day in day out. This is my first month at PH and you all made me feel welcome and helped me with my characters. You all put a lot of effort into making this a better place for every one and I personally appreciate that.

With that being said I am nominating, Frost. Don't get me wrong your all awesome guys, but due to the events that took place within the last few weeks, his still here and has made a quick recovery. He has done his best to recover the site and is doing a grate job of it, it may be tough for him at times but his all ways here, Respect Frost.

Good luck to all the staff with this, any of you deserves winning.

Really every staff members for have a nomination they've shown great effort and work here but ya can only choose one here.

Yeah, I'm going with Frost for my vote he's the backbone on this site

She can try to delete this but she knows what I'm saying is true, because saying anything else would be a lie and make me feel like s#it.

She has worked hard ALL YEAR. ALL YEAR. Without expecting anything, she has selflessly given back to the site since she arrived. When she needed a break, she took one. When she is with us SHE WORKS LIKE HELL. Even through all the emotioal ups and downs she's had all through the year, she's still here for us when we need it. She's given a lot for us. That's dedication and I'd like it to be recognized.

Frosty, you're already up and nominated, So good luck to you too.

well here comes the hard part, decisions decisions. personally i though every staff member was beyond exceptional in my time here so far but since i had to choose i brought my list down to 3 frosty, JJ and chaozi. all 3 of these guys were huge helps for me and from what i can see everyone else so i really have to give em props. but with that being said my vote is for

JJ

he's been extreamely active and unbelievably helpful to me and i can say that he's one of the top admins of seen on all the different sites and shite i've been on. but still on that note good luck to all the staff i felt youve all been exceptional from what i've seen so far and i look forward to seeing more

Who shall be my vote for this OTY?
In my honest opinion?

I've had quite a bit of time to think of this, and of the people that remain in my chain of command on staff, none really sticks out as much as JJ to me.

He's been there for awhile, had time to grow, has been extremely active and seems to be very helpful towards the site's well being. I don't notice a whole lot of problems with him most of the time, he helps new members get on their feet, has a very positive attitude about the place and has learned quite well from the days when he was a xat nub that first joined the site.

Not only that, but he seems quite loyal, will be celebrating a one year stay on PH Staff without any quits and should be learning more as he grows older and gets wiser with age.

Thus, JJ shall be getting my vote for Staff Of The Year.
