• Appearance Description:

Alexandra is as beautiful as she is deadly. She stands at a modest height for a female at five feet and seven inches tall, but her choice of shoes alters her height. She has fiery red hair that reaches a few inches past her neck and piercing emerald green eyes that contrast beautifully against her smooth, pale skin. Alexandra’s body is of an athletic build focusing more on flexibility and tone rather than bulk. Big muscles on a woman? Not very attractive.

For clothing, Alexandra doesn’t believe in wearing anything loose. She believes loose clothing restricts movement and in a battle, restriction of movement can mean certain death. Her standard outfit consists of red and black leather pants, a black and red leather corset, arm length leather gloves, and her signature four-inch stilettos that have a blade as a heel and a thin sheen of metal covering the bottom of the shoe. Her clothing fits her body like a second layer of skin, allowing her to move and contort her body with ease. Hey, even her shoes are deadly. Alexandra also has a ruby necklace that she never takes off. This was a gift from Marcus, the love of her life. This is her most prized possession and she guards it as if it is the most precious thing in the world.

• Personality:

“You have to go through me first.”
Despite her exterior, Alexandra is one of the most loyal and protective people you will ever meet. Every task that is given she will complete with flying colors. If an ally is in danger, Alexandra will do everything in her power to protect them, even if it means sacrificing her own life. She has lost too many people already; she wouldn’t be able to handle any more loss.

“What did you say to me?”
Yea, she is loyal and protective, but Alexandra doesn’t take disrespect lightly. She knows some of her fellow shinigami talk behind her back; she is after all “The Widow”. She has come to terms with her nickname despite the negative stories behind it. However, if she catches someone talking behind her back, Alexandra will hunt them down and make their life hell. The only time she will take disrespect is from her superiors…but they might receive a nasty word or two from Alexandra. The girl can have quite a mouth.

“I can see right through you.”
Alexandra can be hotheaded individual, but she is sharper than many give her credit for. She is excellent at reading body language, often knowing when someone is lying. This doesn’t make her psychic, far from it, but she notices the smallest details of someone such as eye twitching, the slightest body movement, different pitch of voice, etc. In battle, her first task is to find her opponents weaknesses and take advantage of that weakness. Every move she makes in a battle is a tactical one, always serving a purpose to find her opponents weak spots.

“Your body would make an excellent sheath for my blades…”
Alexandra thrives in a fight. It is the only way she feels alive. Without fighting, she feels she has no purpose. In the heat of battle, Alexandra feels at home. She doesn’t rest until her or her opponent is defeated. Ties? Please…Alexandra doesn’t believe in ties. Alexandra can get lost in the battle, wanting nothing but their blood on her blades.

“You know you want me….”
Alexandra has a tendency to be flirty. Ok, ok fine…Alexandra is REAALLLY flirty. If she finds a man she finds attractive, she will flirt with him. Her flirtation is innocent of course; she has no intention of having anything serious with a guy. She does it for fun or to gain a favor. Alexandra will even flirt with an enemy during battle, but only to catch them off guard to strike the killing blow.

“You don’t even know me.”
Behind the flirty, hot headed, and at times violent exterior is a broken soul. Every night she has nightmares of her past. She has nightmares of the human life she once had, the friends and lovers she has lost. The nightmares get so severe she often wakes up screaming and crying. There isn’t anyone who knows how Alexandra really feels. She tries to hide her inner feelings from everyone; afraid she will appear weak to her superiors and fellow shinigami. As much as she craves another loving relationship, Alexandra fears they will die. So she fights to hide the pain that lies deep within her.

• History:

Alexandra has no memory of her life as a human but she often has nightmares of men in suits, guns, and screams. Her earliest memory is her life in the Rukongai, District 80. Life was hard for the orphan red head. Everyday was a struggle to survive, avoiding those who prey on the weak. She was alone for a long time until she met a boy with raven hair and emerald eyes. His name was David, a sweet boy who was lost just like Alexandra. The two were close friends, inseparable, and always had each other’s back. For a handful of years they were together until they decided to take an adventure to the forest, unknowing their fate as a hollow attacked the two. Alexandra watched in terror as her only friend was consumed in front of her.

About to meet the same fate as her friend, a Shimigami who appeared out of nowhere saved Alexandra and slayed the hollow right in front of her. This day caused a change in the young orphan. She wanted the destruction of all hollows. She looked up at the Shinigami, “Train me.” The man looked down at the young girl and saw something in her. He saw a fire in her that reminded him of himself, but she was a mere soul, nothing special, no spiritual pressure. Right then and there a bright light surrounded Alexandra, her spiritual powers awakened. The Shinigami nodded and smiled, “Let’s go.”

Alexandra then spent her remaining childhood years in the Soul Society, learning the ways of the shimigami in the academy. Her days were filled with sweat, blood, and tears. She pushed herself to the point of exhaustion each day but she still pressed on, wanting to be strong enough to defend those around her. Her mentor was Marcus, the Shinigami who saved her life. The two formed a powerful bond, taking their relationship to the next level. The two of them were inseparable, always together, always going on the same missions, and most importantly always coming back alive. The two made an unbeatable team.

Then all hell broke loose on earth, in 2150, and Alexandra’s life changed once more. Hollows, Arrancar, and demons ran amok, wrecking havoc wherever they went. Alexandra, Marcus, and a team of fellow Soul Reapers were sent to Manhattan on damage control, saving humans and slaying hollows when they could. At the end of the war, Alexandra lost many comrades and Marcus was slain by an Arrancar in front of her eyes. The war ended but Alexandra was broken. She felt cursed…cursed that anyone who got close to her would die.

Since then, Alexandra focused on training. She focused on getting stronger so that she would never lose anyone again. When it comes to Hollows, Alexandra takes pleasure in eradicating every single one that crosses her path. She waits for the day until she is strong enough to take on an Arrancar…and find the one that killed Marcus and avenge him.

• Zanpakutô Spirit Appearance:



Arachnia is a terrifying and beautiful creature. She is a hybrid of a spider and a woman standing at 10 feet tall. Her lower half is of a spider (duh) with her coloring matching that of Alexandra’s reiatsu with eight, long, skinny legs. Her upper half is of a stunning woman with an athletic body and long, flowing purple hair. Arachnia carries a deadly scythe that is as large as she is.

Arachnia is everything dark about Alexandra. She is deadly, seductive, and lives for the thrill of the kill. She takes pleasure in ensnaring enemies and relishes in the blood of her enemies. She despises Alexandra when she allows an enemy to live, calling her weak and stupid. Arachnia likes it when it is just the two of them with no man to cloud Alexandra’s judgment.

• Inner World:



Alexandra’s inner world is an endless cave, only lit by glowing rocks and moonlight that pours in from the top of the cave. Various spiders roam the cave, each spin a web that reveal Alexandra’s memories. Memories that are unclear are broken webs.


• Sealed Zanpakutô Apperance :



In its’ sealed state, Alexandra’s blade isn’t anything special. Her sealed Zanpakutō takes form of a normal katana with a dark purple hilt and a black sheath. The entire sword is just over three feet in length. One thing that does stand out is the bottom of the hilt, which holds a red symbol of a black widow.


• Sealed Zanpakutô Abilities:
Alexandra’s Zanpakutō doesn’t have an ability per-say, but a perk. The hilt of the sword contains a poison with the sole purpose of attacking other poisons, an “antidote light” one can say. This poison doesn’t cure poisons but it does slow down affects of others. If a poison is designed to kill a person within 4 posts, Alexandra’s poison adds 2 posts to the victim’s life span, allowing more time to get help. If a poison makes a person’s limb become paralyzed for 6 posts, Alexandra’s poison can reduce that time to three posts. The effects are often random and vary from person to person. Alexandra’s “antidote” takes one post to kick in.

A simple drop or two should do the drink and the hilt carries enough poison to ‘help’ ten people. It takes a full day for the poison to regenerate itself. Now if someone drinks Alexandra’s poison without being poisoned themselves, then they will be bed ridden for a day unless they are trained to handle poisons.

• Release: Bleed them dry, Arachnia!

• Shikai Description:



When Alexandra releases her shikai, her Zanpakutō glows the same color as her reiatsu. Her new-lit blade then splits in two and attaches to her arms, revealing her shikai. Alexandra’s sword turns into two blades attached to her wrist which she can turn on its’ axis, either having the blades up to her shoulders or completely out in front of her.

Oh yea the dress isn’t part of the shikai…but if you ask nicely she can change into it.

• Shikai Abilities: (strike]

Silver Chains:
Hidden within her blades are silver chains that she is able to release at will. The chains can extend up to twenty feet and takes 5 seconds to fully release/retract. Alexandra uses these chains to grab and throw her opponent away or uses them to bring them towards her to strike. The downside of this is that if her opponents are skilled enough, they can grab the chains and pull Alexandra toward them, leaving her more vulnerable to an attack. She can only release these chains every three posts.

Crimson Crescents:
With this ability, Alexandra is able to slice the air and when she does, a blast of crimson red energy comes out of her blade in the shape of crescents. At her current level, her crimson crescents have half the power of Hadō 3-Piercing Shot with similar effects. If her crescents hit her opponent, the attack won’t go through her enemy but the force of the impact would be enough to cut her opponent. Every tier Alexandra reaches will increase the power of her attack by 25%. She can only perform this ability every three posts.

Widow’s Bite:
During this technique, Alexandra’s blades glow the same color of her reiatsu and if she strikes her enemy, the part that is cut becomes paralyzed for 1-3 posts, depending on the power level of an enemy. For example, if she strikes her opponent’s right shoulder, her opponent’s arm becomes paralyzed. As for the power of this ability, she would be able to paralyze limb (limbs) of an opponent with the power level of a captain. However, if facing a stronger opponent, her ability may not work if their will is strong enough or if they are immune to the effects of paralysis.

The time if takes for the paralysis to kick in varies on the power level of her opponent. If facing someone of similar power, the paralysis takes affect after a post but if facing a stronger opponent, it may take 2-3 posts to kick in. Alexandra can only use this ability every four posts.


Blood Rage:
This is Alexandra’s most powerful but most unstable ability while in shikai. When fueled with rage, she becomes lost within the heat of battle. A red-black aura surrounds her body as her eyes turn blood red. Her strength, speed, senses, and reflexes increases by 50%. She becomes a wild animal of sorts, unable to think coherently. All she can see is the blood of her enemies on her blades…and will not stop until that vision becomes a reality. She can only use this ability once per day and the affects last four posts. After four posts, her sword returns back to its' sealed state and she cannot release shikai for three posts.

[strike]• Bankai Description:

Alexandra’s bankai isn’t a weapon, but a transformation. Her bankai form is in a way a fusion of Arachni and Alexandra. She becomes a spider/human hybrid standing 6 feet tall with red eyes with stem like legs. When she releases her bankai, black webs from the ground wrap around Alexandra until she is in a cocoon like state. In seconds, the cocoon explodes, revealing Alexandra in her bankai.



[strike]• Bankai Abilities:

-60% increase in strength
-40% increase in speed and reflexes
-Thickened skin: her new skin is as strong as steel…but that doesn’t mean she still can’t be cut with a powerful enough strike
-Claws and spiders legs are as sharp as her sword in its’ sealed state

Widow’s Mark
For this technique, Alexandra’s hands glow the same color of her reiatsu and if her palm touches her opponent, a red widow’s mark will appear on them. If three marks appear on her opponent’s body, a wave of pain will wash over her enemy, crippling them in a way for some period of time. The pain her opponents feel are as if their blood is boiling within their body. If facing an opponent similar to her level, the pain lasts 3-5 posts. If facing an opponent more powerful than her, the pain lasts 2-3 posts. Alexandra can perform these marks every other post.

Spider Swarm
This ability requires time, about 3-6 posts depending on her concentration, but the effects are worth the wait. Once conjured, Alexandra conjures an egg, radiating energy the same color as her reiatsu. Once the egg is fully-grown it begins to hatch as three hundred black spiders escape and hone in on her enemy. They move slowly, as fast as a regular spider, but can cause damage when they reach their target in numbers. The spiders explode when they are in close proximity to their target, around one foot, and explode with 1/3 of the force of a grenade. The spiders can be destroyed with an enemy attack easily, however, each spider is immune to the explosion of other spiders, meaning they can’t destroy each other with they explode. Because it is her ability, she is immune to the effects of the explosions her spiders can cause. Alexandra can only use this twice per day.

Crimson bullets
During this technique, the tips of Alexandra’s spider legs begin to glow crimson red and shoot out four hundred bullet-sized blasts. Each of these “bullets” is powerful enough to put a whole through a tank. Alexandra can only do this three times until her next bankai. Each time she uses this ability, her body begins to tire and her spider legs become weaker, leaving them more vulnerable to be chopped off with a powerful enough strike.

Blackened Webs
From her hands Alexandra can release black webs that, if they come in contact with an opponent, drain spiritual energy. The substance of the webbing is sticky, therefore making it difficult to remove but the webs can be destroyed albeit with a bit of difficulty. A simple Kidō move would be enough to destroy the webbing due to the fact a simple strike of a sword wouldn't remove all of it. If she completely envelops her opponent in her black webbing, than their spiritual power will be drained completely. This is highly unlikely to occur though as she would have to have her opponent in one place to envelop them completely with the webs.

Arachnia's Soldiers


A one time move, Alexandra summons three, large, demonic spiders as shown in the picture above. To summon these, energy matching her reitsu surrounds Alexandra as she punches a hole in the ground. From that hole a dark portal appears as her minons crawl out of them. The demon spiders are about the size of an elephant and possess vast strength, matching that of half of an Arrancar each, speed matching half of the infamous Soi Fon, and thick skin as strong as steel. When these spiders are summoned Alexandra's strength, speed, and reflexes are cut in half, leaving her fairly vulnerable in her bankai state. Unless destroyed, the spiders last four posts. When the spiders are gone, Alexandra's strength, speed, and reflexes return.
