Staff Experience: My staff experience is not very broad, if it was i would be kidding you. My staff experience has been being a moderator on several smaller bleach sites. Practically, nothing to this magnitude. That being said i have about a year on me on handling the mod job, and i'm keen on getting in and looking at these apps.

RolePlay Experience: My role-play experience.. Well i've been role playing for about a pretty long four years. Taking each and every year to advance in my ability to role-play.

What Makes You Good Staff: Well meriting is not necessarily make me great now does it? Wouldn't it be better to ask the people who have been around while i was staff? Well what i can do, and bring to the table is stable app checking. Im not one-sided towards any idea, and i allow for some creativity to flow. But of course once its out of regulations i have to correct it. I look over every app and make sure its into detail so that no new characters ruin the sites flow.

Staff Experience: I got a few staff experience though.I've been looking at my wrong doings of my app when the app checker says it, before i fix it, i counted the sentences, reading how does it over-powered or godmod, and a lot.After gaining every experience from the app checker that has been checking my app, i knew how to check app and stuff.

What Makes You Good Staff:

I've been looking every app checker that has been checking my app and i always looking at my wrong doings.
I learned how to see the wrong doings, and always looking at the application guidelines everyday in order to become a more experience app checker.
I know how to correct the wrong doings and most of them as an app checker.
Always active and rarely being inactive.
Not always lazy, just often gets lazy somehow but still have the hardworking heart to grade app with no sweat.

Staff Experience: I was on this site before as an app checker, then janitor, then mod. I am currently a global mod on BBS, RR, and I run two sites of my own (the fact that they're both dead not withstanding)

RolePlay Experience: Close to 7 years of forum RP, SLRP, Insta-rp, email-rp, and LARP (even though I'm not too proud to admit it).

What Makes You Good Staff: I have a lot of free time, I'm on almost every day, if not every day. I try not to be biased, although, me still being a kid, my emotions can get the better of me sometimes. I do the work I'm asked to, and have, more than once, taken initiative for the sake of improving the site.

What Makes You Good Staff: AYE!!!

Well, I'm constantly online even if I'm not on Xat, since it doesn't work on a Wii.
But I have a laptop that's available often.
I think I would be great. there are some people that start things and arguements ensue. I can check app's anytime, I won't mind.

The ability to help out without staff telling or asking me to is a trait I have. I don't screw off when it comes to Taking Care of Businees. I think I'm polite, but I can... 'rage' a bit. I have plenty of patience. I'm kind of a people person...
