What Makes You Good Staff: I'm usually on everyday and can check apps each time I log in :3 otherwise I'm always available to some extent unless noted in the temp leave board. I have no life ^^;

I'll give you a week trial as well as I know you were staff on ROTR and Moose has been watching over you. I'll need you and Portalife to get on the staff xat when between Friday and Sunday of next week.

Staff Experience:im a staff on RotR but otherwise not realy any. but i have been an admin of two forums if that means anything. i have delt with forum administration many times using forumotion. and have made a site a couple years ago for RP, although its no longer up and running. i am also an admin for an mmosite, and when i say admin, im the one who when up there and made the site myself. starting it and everything (the head admin if you will)

RolePlay Experience:i have been role playing for well around 5 years now. still getting the hange of para, but i do good. i can usualy make over the site minumum depending on if they other person can give me enough information to work with in my charecter.

What Makes You Good Staff: I am very active, on atleasts once aday, and im a fast learner. so i can help out whenever im needed. i dont have that many threads so i deffenently have free time. i like to help out alot. and i will be there as i can.

~I work my tush off to the point//I stay constant in my work along.
~I tend to be friendly to those I do and those who I don't even know, despite any history with anyone else.
~I am on 3pm to 1am; when I am off I will be here until 7am to 3am the next morning. I will warn people if I leave early.
~I have balanced natural plus helping others is what I tend to the best along.
~I don't bad mouth folks; giving them a chance to explain themselves...
~I always tend fair to folks and I am more then willing to help.
~I will RP almost every day I can with anyone and I most likely reply that night!
~If I have to leave, I do post Temp threads.

Alright, I'll be approving this upgrade since you are someone I know, I've seen your work and can feel I can trust enough to handle the job. I'll give you a two or three week trial to see how things go before considering long-term adminhood

Staff Experience: I've been staff on other forum RP sites. One was very successful with over 400 members and such - it had been active for a very long time, but it crumbled down after since a huge revamp had set upon the forum. It caused people to leave the forum aftersince.

What Makes You Good Staff:

I may not be the best organized person in the world, but I still have my own pro's.

I know how to determine overpowered abilities and underpowered abilities and can decide what to change and such. As I am signing up for Janitor to be starting out as a staff member in this website. I'm a good listener and is online well enough for the whole time. Well, if you know me enough, you can see that I'm on the XAT chat a lot talking to others.
