What Makes You Good Staff: I am reliable. When something is asked of me, I get it done. I may not right away due to minor internet issues (I still get on at least 4-5 days a week), I WILL get it done. I also am well versed, well read, and well knowledgable about Bleach. I have been here since literally before the beginning, and know how things work inside and out. I can help any new member, and have been doing that since the beginning.

Alright, formal recommendation. Ryo doesn't need to be a recruiter. He isn't on the xat. Instead, according Raiki who supports me in this, he is either watching anime, reading manga, or shooting the breeze on Skype. He doesn't notify us if there is someone possibly joining either.

Yeah, I don't see any list of people he has bought in. The only one I can remember him getting was Musa to come back on the site for a few days. Other then that, he hasn't really been doing his job and I think he is starting to get on another site. So we'll probably end up having a meeting on the staff xat about it.
