Staff Of The Month! It should be pretty simple. Look at who you feel did their job well and nominate them by posting their name below! The people nominated most will be able to move on to the next step! This is just nominations, not voting! So, if you want your person on the list when the actual voting begins, get to posting!

- You can't nominate more than once!
- Make sure to state the name of the person you are nominating....
- And for this month, Shirou is unable to be nominated because of his first place win last month
- Prizes are for those who win first, second or third place.
- First Place: One million yen, skill upgrade, ten awesome points, 10% discount in any shop of choice (in this site, not in real life! Sorry!) And an image set on the side bar to your right personally stylized by [TheFrost].
- Second Place: Five hundred thousand yen, five Awesome Points, 5% discount in any shop of choice, and an honorary mentioning.
- Third Place: A hundred thousand yen, and an honorary mentioning.

Who will I be voting for this OTM cycle? From everything that I've noticed....I'mma probably say Serenity. She's been hauling ass with staff work on a broken wrist, keeping up with her threads, handling her admin trial and proving her worth as a staff member. Therefore, she has my push of confiedence to win this SOTM.

I wanna put up a mention of frostbite [like hell ya] even though we can't nominate him. XD
My nomination iiiis~ UCHM.
Why? Because for the longest time, U was just a sorta absentee to me. But lately, he's been around more, helping people out. Not necessarily checking, but been around and giving advice, and just generally being helpful like an advisor would. So I think he should get props <3

The people's above me are right. She's got a broken wrist, and yet I have seen nothing lacking in her ability to be present, roleplay, help out, and do mod work. The fact that she can perform all of these tasks in a handicapped state is pretty impressive to me. That's why she gets my nominee brownie.

I SERIOUSLY want to vote Frost for everything that he as done in just the past day. However, since we cannot nominate him, I'll take Serenity. To me she seems to be the one overcoming one of the most difficult hurdles with that injury of hers.

Well, with that said, I suppose we'll draw a close to the Staff Of The Month. Serenity VS UHCM will be occuring in the finals and I'll be making them shortly after this post.
