The PERSONA System
This is the first of the two abilities that Truth, in his forms as either Elizabeth or Theodore, can use without worry or fear of repercussions. Every being, as long as it exists in some form within the space of the universe and existence itself, has an Origin--a starting point. From this starting point, they develop into beings that have a certain area of power, and a certain personality. Although they may manage to modify their powers with cybernetics, their Origin will never change, meaning that no matter what happens, Elizabeth and Theodore will always bring forth the same being.
Upon viewing a being and discerning their Origin, Truth will be able to bring a card out from a small book that he carries in these human forms. This card has their name and origin upon it, as well as a Sequential Roman Number from I to XXII. Upon shattering this card into pure energy, a creature will begin to form itself by the side of the chosen target. This creature will take on an appearance that suits the Origin and Personality of the character targeted, as well as taking on several similar appearance traits. The being will always be 1 tier group weaker than its original, down to a minimum of 3-1. This means that any character below 2-1 will always have a PERSONA of 3-1 in strength, even if they're weaker than 3-1. The character will have full control over this PERSONA. The PERSONA will have one or two basic traits pertaining to their Origin, and a single, powerful, ultimate ability. The Persona can also take form of a weapon for use of their owner.

Since I'm lazy and feel like you'd rather customize your own character's PERSONA, I'm opening up this thread to those who want one. You're welcome to use an image, however Face Claims are not allowed for PERSONA.

Weapon Form: A small-shield.
Attack Form: A tall, red-and-white-armored knight with a tower shield in its right hand, and a longsword in its left.
Origin Traits:
Anchor: As long as it's standing still, Aegis can't be moved by force alone--the only way is by moving the ground beneath its feet.
Ultimate Ability: Standing Wall - Transforming itself in a single-round action, Aegis can form itself into a 50 metre long, 20 metre high wall that can spread itself in any direction. This wall takes 75% of the maximum damage of strikes, and cannot be moved by conventional means. Once it's taken enough hits, it'll be destroyed and returned to its shield form.

Attack Form: Hermes' Weapon Form is a mechanical eagle that flies around, able to comprehend many types of instructions.
Origin Traits:
Rapido Avaces: Hermes can use Rapido Avaces just like Colin, allowing it to reach massive speeds very quickly.
Feather Cutting: Hermes' feathers are all razor sharp, and very harming.
Ultimate Ability: Look up Feathery Finale in Colin's application. Last move of his Resserecion. That's what Hermes is able to form into before it goes kaput.
Feathery Finale put here for convenience.

- Feathery Finale: Colin places his right
hand up into the air, his feathers completely still. He speaks the name of the
attack, and extends and stretches out his palm. ALL his feathers, including his
wings, blade, cloak, and hood, gather up into the space on top of his palm. ALL
the feathers are there, as well as their power. They start as a mass above his
hand, and then shrink directly above the skin of his palm. They form into the
size and shape of a baseball, all that power in such a small form. Colin can
point his hand at the enemy, his skin preventing the power and weight of the
sphere from completely obliterating him. Then he pushes it out with his own
life energy, just a small amount. From there, the sphere builds its own
momentum, firing out with its immense power. It moves approximately 2x as fast
as Colin at his maximum comfortable speed. Colin controls it with his right
hand, aided by his cybernetic eye at targeting the enemy. From here, it can be
activated in 2 ways. The first is that Colin thrusts his hand shut, detonating
the attack. The feathers convert themselves into pure energy, being able to
slice at the molecular level. It attacks out with molecular destruction in a
radius of 10 feet around the point of the detonation. It also has one other
effect. It fires off a great field of energy, blowing away everything from the
spot of detonation for a half mile radius, not destroying, but MOVING all the solids
(including the ground) away to a half a mile from where the Finale detonated.
If the first part of the attack connects with the enemy, they will be cut into
molecules and then split from there as well, completely destroying them. This
typically only happens if it hits the enemy in sphere form, which is the second
way of using it, and if not, they will typically escape with only part of
themselves wasted into molecules and blown away a half mile.
