» Appearance Description: He wears a short red jacket that's black on the inside with it's sleeves rolled up. He wears black gauntlet's that come up to his elbows and have 3 layers to them, Each one extending a little bit farther then the previous. He has bandages wrapped around his arms inside his glvoes, Torso and waist. He wears the bottom halves of a Kimono with a black cloth half skirt on one side and a plate on the other.

» Personality:Fast, Violent, Brutal, That's the easiest way to summerize how Reng would act. However that is just the surface, Most never see any other side of Reng for the fact that most don't even attempt to get near him. Fast, Reng is quite possibly one of the fastest Shinigami around, Not with step no...With decision making and reaction time. Reng has shown a vastly superior reaction timing and thinking even during battle, Whilst in the academy when he would sparr he showed to everyone how very fast he was with everything, Only ever having been defeated one time by his Teacher, And afterwards, He fixed his mistake and since has not been defeated.

Violent, Quite possibly the most obvious trait about Reng due to the fact that he never cleans his blade. However there is more to this then meets the eye, During battle he resembles a demon. He cares not for his own personal injuries. However that is as far as his similiarties go. Beyond that Reng is a killer, He cares not for his injuries, but that is only if he knows he can win or even thinks he can. Reng will do anything, And that literally means ANYTHING to win, Even if he has to sacrifice another of his own to do so.

Brutal, Brutal? Wouldn't that fall under violent? Yes and no, While yes it does fall under violent, This is a special kind of Brutal, Since he doesn't stop when his enemy falls, No...Reng dosen't stop until his enemy is turned into nothing, Not a single trace is left when Reng is finished. He developed this during his time at the Shinigami Academy when his opponents would never stop, He used to be similiar to Kenpachi wherein he would always stop when his enemy was too weak to continue, However over the years of his sparring partner's not quitting, Reng developed a higher 'calling' as he would call it. And now, Until his opponent is dead and destroyed, He does not stop attacking.

Ontop of being Violent, Brutal and Fast, He's a very cunning warrior. The use of low and high level Kidō allow for some interesting combination's when used correctly. Along wtih showing exceptional skill in everything else, He's shown good skill in the use of Kidō as well, Using both Bakudo and Hadō in more unique and interesting ways to overcome certain enemies that some thought impossible to defeat. After he graduated the academy, during his first hollow fight. He arrived wearing a mask and weilding his Zanpakutō backwards. Most though he was some random person with a sword thinking themselves good. However during the fight he used Bakudo up to level 40 and Kidō up to level 60 against the hollow. Showing superb skill in Kidō followed by a quick slash he easily killed the hollow, And before anyone could realize, He was back at his starting location as though he had never moved.

Destructive, The final and probably the most hidden trait about him. He doesn't show his destructive tendancies very often, Mostly because of how quick he is in execution. He's so fluent that coming off as Destructive is usually not very visible. However he has shown to be extremely destructive, Often destroying and leveling wide area's to achieve whatever his goal is.

» Zanpakutō Spirit Appearance:

» Zanpakutō Spirit Personality: Like Reng, Yami, His Zanpakutō is just as demonic as he is. He is highly aggressive and highly destructive

» Inner World: Normally, It looks just like a mere large black room, A darkness so dense even a light-Zanpakutō couldn't penetrate farther then 5 feet in all direction's infront of him. However when you've mapped the entire area out, You'd find that it's actually quite complex, It was a maze, And the entrance to it was at the back of his mind and one had to actually move into the maze in order to find the center of his Inner World, Upon arrival at the center it's a large open area where no darkness resides.

Sealed Zanpakutō Appearance: It sits at about 4'3 in length with a black oval shape. The hilt is covered in white bandages as well.

» Release Phrase: Kurayami no naka de subete o kaba (cover everything in darkness)

» Shikai Appearance: It takes the form of an even longer form of his normal Zanpakutō. Even if blood is spilled onto it however the sword is always in a constant black state. It stands in Shikai about 5'6

» Shikai Abilities: Name: Yami no mofu - Blanket of Darkness

Range: 100x100 meters
Description: This ability causes a *Blanket* of darkness to cover the field, while it doesn't actually rob everyone inside of it of their sight, It feels like it because of how thick the blanket is. Note: This affects EVERYONE, Including Reng. this has the cost of a level40 Kidō and the power is equivilant to that.

Name: Kuroi inazuma - Black Lightning
Type: Offensive
Range: 200 meter's in a straight line
Description: As the name would apply, This ability sends out a streak of black lightning in a conal slash-type attack. this attack gradually gets wider and wider however stays exactly 2 feet thick. This has the cost of a level 60 Kidō and the power is equivilant to that.

Name: Yami no sutoraiki - Strike of Darkness
Type: Offensive
Range: 150 meter's
Description: This sends out a blade of darkness, The blade is akin to a Slash in form, While doing no actual damage this has the ability to temporarily and seemingly 'blind' and opponent, While it doesn't actually take their sight, It makes it feel like they have. This is essentially his Blanket of Darkness, However it will only affect one person since it will only hit a single person. this ability has the cost of a level 50 Kidō and the power is equivilant to that.

Type: Offensive
Range: 300 meters
Description: His most powerful Shikai technique, This fires out a spread fire of shards, Each shard costing an equiviliant amount of a level 60 Kidō. This means he can fire as many shards as he wants, depending on how many level 60 Kidō amounts of Reiatsu he is willing to sacrifice. The power of these shards is equiviliant to a level 60 Kidō.

[*] Enhanced Durability - During Bankai, Reng's durability goes through the roof, You thought it was high before? Wait until you see how much he can endure and not care about during Bankai...This is partly due to the fact his entire body is clad in armor
[*]Enhanced Speed - Along with his durability going up, You'd be surprised at how much speed Reng gets because of his Bankai.
[*]Enhanced Strength - Including the above mentioned, His strength goes through the roof, Increasing by almost 3x what it normally is.
[*]Watashi no yami no uchi no subete o shohi suru - Consume everything within my Darkness
Description: Watashi no yami no uchi no subete o shohi suru uses the darkness that he's created from his previous abilities, And uses it as a weapon. Depending on how much of his shadows are in play, Will determine the amount of damage the people affected by this attack will be, If used in combination with Blanket of Darkness, While taking minor damage himself, It'll gravely injure anyone else within the Blanket. Without his mask this ability is equivilant to a level 50 Kidō. With his Mask it's power is equivilant to a level 65 Kidō.

Description 2, This description describes exactly what happens when this spell is cast: The Reiatsu within the darkness spiked immesly, And for a split second, Reachs the level of a Captain before coming down with a crushing force upon everything within the darkness. Everyone that is affected is pierced from all sides by what feels like swords and spears, And you would be right in guessing so, Because Watashi no yami no uchi no subete o shohi suru created swords and spears from the darkness, And combined with the crushing force of the Reiatsu created by the attack, Skewers everything within the darkness. Reng takes half damage from this attack due to it being his own.

[*]Uchi kara yami o tsuiho - Expel the Darkness from within
Range - 250 meter's in a straight line, Width of 4 feet length of 18 feet
Description: Uchi kara yami o tsuiho uses the darkness that is supposedly inside of Reng as a weapon, When used, He can use this at any range, Long or point blank. He slashes his sword downwards and sends out a sharp but narrow wave of darkness, and slices with a great amount of force at anything in its path. Without his mask this ability is equivilant to a level 40 Kidō. With it, It's power is equivilant to a level 60 Kidō.
[*]Subete o keshi saru -Obliterate Everything
Range - 600 meter's in a 90 degree cone in front of him
Description: Subete o hakai suru is his signiture move, and his most powerful one. This ability is only usable with his Mask on. Subete o hakai suru power is equivilant to a level 70 Kidō. When cast, He sword glows a mixture of his black Reiatsu, And his Inner Hollow's Crimson Red Reiatsu, Upon release, a torrent of Spiritual energy, Combined with both his own, And his hollow's Reiatsu envelops everything within a cone infront of him, attempting to Obliterate almost everything caught within it. The cone has a 90 degree radius so it's very difficult to dodge if directly infront of him. Weather it's used at point blank range, Or at a long distance, The resulting cone will always form.

» Inner Hollow Description: His inner hollow's apperance completely differs from his own personal apperance. His Inner Hollow takes the form of a tall male clad in Crimson Red armor. His sword resembles the Shikai form of Reng's Zanpakutō.

» Inner Hollow Personality:His Inner Hollow has a very 'comedic' personality in comparison to Reng, Joking around with his enemies and toying with them as he slowly kills them.

» Inner Hollow Powers:
Cero - A large, Usually red, Blast of spiritual energy that packs a very strong punch.
He can also use all abilities that Reng is able too

» Hollow Mask Appearance: Much like the Mask he usually wears, His hollow mask is a flat white mask that covers his face with two spots for his eyes, It has a red line going up the middle along with 'talon' like marks on the sides of his mask going from the bottom down from the bottom of the eyes

» Background:
A human life...So tiresome

During his Childhood, Reng was bullied quite a bit. He hated fighting with a passion so whenever someone would push him around, He'd just sit there and take it. Unfortionately, This carried on for quite some time, Even at home his brother's would tease him and bully him, Though his Mother and Father tried to stop it, His brothers didn't care. Around the age of 13 is when he started training, Learning Martial arts, Swordsmanship, everything, He lifted weights as well. Reng did everything to become stronger then the day before, Then the second before. Each second he wanted to become more and more powerful, So he could stand up to the bullies in his life, And that all went well, Until he nearly killed someone during school.

Whilst in middle school, Around the age of about 15, A kid started picking on him and demanding he give over all of his lunch money. When Reng refused, The kid tried punching him. What this kid didn't know, Was that he was a black belt in Martial arts, And so when the kid went to punch him, Reng grabbed him, Flipped him over and slammed his back into a steel pole in the lunch room. When the kid got up and tried attacking him again, Reng punched him hard in the face, Shattering his nose and knocking him down. But Reng didn't stop there....No, Reng moved over the boy and began beating the boy. By the time he was pulled off by fellow classmates and staff, The boy had 5 broken ribs, a broken arm, fractured wrist and he was paralyzed from the waist down. When Reng was pulled off, He was immediately expelled for life. He had put the kid in a 14 year coma and had essentially wiped out everything the kid knew so he had to literally learn everything from scratch.

Sadly, His parents tried sending him to bootcamp, However that didn't turn over too well either, In bootcamp, He sent dozen's of kid's to the infirmary because they were bullying others, Fatalily wounding many of them, And putting even more of them into coma's. When that didn't work, He was sent to juvy, Where he remained until he was 18. When he hit 18 he was released and he began working an ordinary life. Trying his hardest to stay out of trouble. Sadly, He didn't live too much longer after he got out. During the next two years, He made a lot of enemies and not many friends. On his 20th birthday, That was probably the happiestmoment of his entire life, His mother and father forgave him for everything he did earlier in his life and accepted him back into the family, Sadly...On his way to visit his parents, He was sideswiped by a Semi-truck, A staged hit on his life. When the medic's arrived, Reng was barely alive, The medic's did what they could to keep him alive, Unfortionately only a few days later, When his family had come to visit, Reng died just a few moments before they actually got to his room.

And now, To become a Shinigami!

When Reng first got to what the human's called 'heaven', His first priority was to figure out who was the strongest there, Who had the absolute authority. and it wasn't long before he found his answer, the Shinigami. That's when he set his mind to become, A Shinigami. Reng had made a pledge upon his death bed, That if he was to die. He would ensure that nobody else suffered as he did. Though this pledge and vow was only heard by him, He was still going to keep to it, Reng wasn't one to backdown on his word. Sadly, He found out one of the major requirements of becoming a Shinigami, Possessing a high Reiatsu in comparison to everyone else. However this wasn't a huge obsticle, As shortly after he arrived, He was recruited into the Shinigami academy.

During his time at the Shinigami academy, Reng was at first probably one of the most Stoic people there. His teachers often described him as a very calm and patient person, However as time passed, The fights eventually progressed, And his decent into what some would call insanity, Began to show. He went through the stages slowly and when the final stage was past. That's when he began to get extremely brutish.

After a few years he began to become more and more relentless, When his sparring partners began to refuse to accept defeat, He began getting violent, Often times injuring them to the point where they could be killed. Thankfully most of the time they never died, However he was scolded and punished severely each time, And each time he would accept the punishment and do nothing to his teachers in return, Instead taking his anger out on his fellow students. by the time he was allowed to graduate, He had gone far into his decent into madness. During his first outing for hollows, He had arrived not in Shinigami robes, Instead he bore a black Mask that covered his entire face, His long silver hair let down and his black Zanpakutō held backwards. His outfit threw the Shinigami there into thinking he was some random soul, However before they could speak, That's when Reng began his own speech

Reng raised his hands and began to draw an upside down Triangle "Pathetic insect, Prepare to be killed" When the triangle was finished the three points formed small talons "Bakudo 30, Shitotsu Sansen!" The three points fired out, Capturing and pinning the hollow to a bolder, The hollow roared at Reng. Reng raised his hand, Aiming it towards the hollow with an open palm. "Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws. Hadō 33, Sokatsui" As he spoke, A blue torrent of spiritual energy blasted out from his palm. The shinigami around had to back off because of the destructive power he seemed to have out of nowhere. When the spell hit, the Hollow was barely alive and it's mask was cracking "Now die!" As the smoke settled, The hollow let out one final shriek before it the sword of Reng sliced through it's mask. His movements so fast that by the time the other Shinigami's noticed, Reng was already back at his starting position walking away as the hollow vanished.

This was the first, But not the last time Reng showed off how powerful and destructive he was. After that fight he seemed to be praised for the power he held. However this praise went unanswered by him, He seemed to all but ignore it completely, No matter how much he was given. Over the years he continued showing off his impressive Kidō and swordsmanship, Only increasing as the fights went on. When he had graduated, He was placed into Squad 11. It was a Squad he had personally requested.

A descent into power, Rise of the Vizard Reng

When Reng heard about Visoreds, He began researching. He found out that they were Shinigami that mixed with hollows to gain absolute power by defeating an Inner Hollow. When he began his research, He was around 243 years old, So he had been a Shinigami for about 223 years now...He'd gained massive amounts of power and learned all sorts of things, He studied for 8 years, Until he would be 251, When he hit 251 he began his search, Only taking a short time to find the Vizard HQ where he met the girl, Hiyori, Who was his overseer as his fall from being a Shinigami took place and he became what was known as a Vizard.

The fight with his Inner Hollow was a blood bath, His inner world was torn apart. His hollow was just as merciless and blood thirsty as he was at first, The only difference, He was being toyed with. Whilst he fought his Inner Hollow, His Inner Hollow toyed with his mind and played tricks on him. Firing off Cero's from the darkness and moving to throw him off all whilst laughing at him. But despite how many times any of the Cero's hit, Reng refused to fall. The battle raged inside of him for what seemed like hours, Until he finally used it.

"Bankai, Kyukyoku no yami" (Ultimate Darkness) That was when things got serious, "Watashi no yami no uchi no subete o shohi suru" (Consume everything within my Darkness) This wasn't what his hollow expected, The Reiatsu around his Inner World spiked immesly, And for a split second, Reached the level of a Captain before coming down with a crushing force upon the hollow, The hollow was pierced from all sides by what felt like swords and spears, And you would be right in guessing so, Because Watashi no yami no uchi no subete o shohi suru created swords and spears from the darkness, And combined with the crushing force of the Reiatsu created by the attack, Skewers everything within the darkness aside from Reng(Since he is the one controlling it). This, Began the closing of the fight "And now, I will end you Hollow and gain your power!" With that, He walked right up to the hollow which was crouched down on one knee, Placing his blade at the hollws throat he spoke "Uchi kara yami o tsuiho"(Expel the darkness from within) With that, He made one final and heavy slash, Sending a sharp but narrow blade of darkness right through the hollow, And that, Was what ended the fight.

Unfortionately, When he finished, He himself was so exhausted that he had passed out for days. However once he awoke, He was told that he had successfully defeated his Inner Hollow and won his fight. Reng was releaved to hear this, And made his depature the moment he was fully healed. Sadly he had no idea on how the Captain's stood with Visoreds, So he kept it as secret as he could. Never letting his Reiatsu show whenever he had the chance.
