Out of everything thing I've seen myself as Head Admin of Platinum Hearts over the past month? Hm, I'll probably go ahead and vote for Tsubine. He's been tanking alot of staff related material, taking care of faceclaims like a champ, managing staff disputes, taking his duty in stride and not to mention handling the OTM's pretty damn well. Therefore, from all of this I have collected about him, he definitely has my vote to become SOTM and will get his templates from me when I'm ready to make them. So, you are pretty high on my priority list at the moment, Tsubine.
