Out of everyone in that list? Hm, I think I'm going to ahead and pick Yuri Tsukuyomi for my choice in Character Of The Month for September. Why? I think it's pretty neat to see him go from 0 Division, To Vanguard, the fight against Crow's character, finally obtaining his 0 tier status and trying to get a bit more active on the site. So, from what I understand about him, he seems like he'll get my vote.
