Reason: The reason that Neoveta is going to be claiming/reserving the 4th spot in the Banshee Force is because she is one of Mana's weapons. She was created from extract coming forth from Khala Asthavon's body and Mana Asthavon's own to protect London when the Queen is not there. However, she also takes a bigger role in fighting alongside Shadow Fall when the time for war is upon them. So I'll be tossing her up in that spot to occupy spots in Shadow Fall.

I'll also be adding in Verathius Mischevang to the Segunda Espada for Crow.

In anticlimactic's case, i'll have your arrancar' randomly added as Rose's fraccion unless Frost is not really into it since you didn't specify much about adding them into the ranks of Shadow Espada. According to what i know, at the least from Pockeh, anyway, so welcome being Rose's fraccion, yo'.

Since me and Kyle are doing a major overhaul of the paychecking system in the admin panel, I am going to take this time to update yen payments in organizations. Therefore, I've updated the paychecks for Shadow Fall. If there are any issues, take it to staff board or skype.
