Reason: Predominantly it is because she want's to do the best she can to help her sister mana, and her friend neoveta. But it's more then that, as a queen of one of the 4 nations of the demon world she see's the need for the demons to have a strong organization to rally under. As such she being a royal demon herself, would join to help further that cause and strengthen it as best she can with all her unholy might.

I'd like to place Suzu in to this. so I can be part of the 3 Circle like i want/ save some conflict. seeing how its not a paying spot no one should care if i am in it and Espada.

Im gonna go ahead and ask you to pick one for now Zets. When I talk to other staff about it I'll be able to decide fully whether or not the dual positions can be approved. As for Shiz, approved.

Reason: Cross is trying to find a place to fit, and why not try to fit within his own brethen of Arrancar? Sure, he might be a tad bit weird when it comes to liking humans, but it doesn't mean that he's a total softy. Could be used as an advantage in the long run.
