I am going to nominate the thread between Captain Crow and Kaminari. There is a large amount of character development and story progression between the two of them. Crow having been challenged by Kaminari, showed up to the challenge to fight for her forgiveness. Kaminari only wished to challenge him to prove her power and strength. In the end, Kaminari ended up the victor, but left him with a single line. "You were forgiven the moment you showed up."
