» Appearance Description: Akio is tall for an underclassman as he stands at six-three (6’3”) while he has a muscular build. While he shown his outgoingness proudly with being the darkest skinned of his family, Akio also has a rough appearance that would be off-putting with his passive aggressive look on his face. Unlike his siblings, his dark brown hair was combed back while short enough to be spiky; which earned him the nickname, “Mr. Quills.” To strangers, he has a delinquent in appearance because of his size, his hair-style, his stance and his passive-aggressive face; at times when fights happen, Akio was picked on for it by faculties. When irritated, it is said that his aura can paralyze the entire classroom with fright.

Like his siblings, his outfit is a customized version of the school uniform and since he is a guy, he wears layered clothes for tradition. His white shirt, yellow vest and dark trench coat all have either no sleeves or the sleeves are actually ripped off, revealing Akio’s strong arms while the vest carries the golden Gomoto insignia buttons. His pants are usually rolled up to shorts, revealing his white socks and dark dress shoes that matches his dark belt with silver buckle. From time to time, Akio has a pair of leather, fingerless gloves with studs along the knuckles. Over his head or around his neck is a pair of headphones that have shallow cups and the fiber wires dangles down to his cell phone which he has his music and his phone call contacts in.

» Personality: Akio is a proud person who is also outspoken and energetic to the point of appearing childish when he shouts out about something being for, like a, or just being man, including crying and hugging other guys during victory. Unlike his rough and loud behavior, he is confirmed by his big sister to have a lot of soft spots while he is proud enough that even his weaknesses are his strengths. He is into heroics where he saves the girl and does stunts that are rather dumb in real life, but pretty awesome to him. At times, he daydreams about situations that he would enjoy like a moment where a girl he likes was marveling over his greatness; unfortunately, he would get crushed if he learns that cannot be true. Over all, he is a sensitive hero which confirms many theories of homosexuals, “Men are also like flowers; delicate while colorful.”

Unlike his fellow members of the Gomoto Family, he has a special attachment to his Anima Stone that is in form of an actual gemstone; if he loses it, he gets very upset about it because to him, it is quite important. The most cherished thing he has would be his big sister, Aiko Gomoto because she helped him create his Anima Stone and actually be there for him when their older brother, Oniichi was not. To cute things, he would stay nearby them, but gets shy around them, but when around Michiko Hasegawa, he does stupid things and fumbles over things; he even thought Mihiko was in the same grade as he is. On the contrary for his stupidity, he is smart enough to be in the straight-A’s list.

» Likes: Cute things, Michiko Hasegawa (visible crush, but shy about it,) his big sister (defends her even from authority.)

» Dislikes: Otoko Fukanou (dislikes him groping his sister,) Non-Manly Things (or simply, things that he sees as “without confidence,”) and Oniichi Gomoto (harbors a deep grudge against him.)

» Background: Born with a father who can use seals and a mother who uses a demon, he is the third and last child his mother gave birth to. Back then, he was a crybaby until the age of eleven where things changed the moment something happened to his sister. While his older brother hardly recognizes him as a brother, his sister was usually the one who takes care of him while the parents are away. Now that he is a man (in his mind,) he begins to take initiatives and starts with making friends. The only challenge is to make friends.

When he was nine, his big sister tutored him in how to make an Anima Stone. By the age of eleven (two years late compared to Oniichi and Aiko,) he formed his first Anima Stone, which he thanks his sister for helping, but Oniichi told him, “I am disappointed. Perhaps you are not destined to fight with the family.” That quote broke Akio’s spirit for a long time until his sister was hospitalized. Somehow, when evidences pointed out a hollow attack, Akio sees it as Oniichi’s doing, but no one believed him. He vowed to himself that he will do what he can to unlock his true potential through the Anima Stone and avenge against Oniichi.

When he entered high school, he was only an underclassman with straight-A’s and a questionable intellect. In records, Akio only gets into scuffles with Oniichi, only to end up in the infirmary without fail. However it was over a week ago that Akio hit a monumental moment of his life, he finally made his older brother, Oniichi dodged his punch where he would not be able to get near him without getting blown away. From there, he was tutored by his big sister to know how to use the power as an Anima Fist. From there on, his destiny was to protect those he cares about, something that his brother was vague about.

» Natural Attributes: They have no other natural ability other than a natural resistance to demon-related abilities or abilities specifically from a demon as they are reduced by 50% while the resistance can allow them to see through deception and inception from demons.

» Racial Powers: The Anima Stone takes form of an actual gemstone which Akio keeps in his pocket. As an Anima Fist, Akio uses his Anima Stone to enhance his physical attributes. Durability, Strength, Speed, Reflex, they are all improved when Akio possesses the Anima Stone and without it, Akio loses his physical enhancements and go into withdrawal where he is actually weaker than his normal self. Not only that, the Anima Stone allows the Anima Fist to attack as if their body is their own shikai class Zanpakutō, excluding the “indestructible” feature that Zanpakutō’s have. If destroyed, he goes into withdrawal until he fashions a new one, but considering his fragile pride, it will take more than a month to recover before starting the recreation of the Anima Stone.

Soul Dash to Akio is a special kind where regardless of his distance, it always take one second for him to reach his intended target. The big difference between his Soul Dash and the normal kind, he can use the distances covered to his advantage where per meter, he can multiply his power output. Example; he uses Soul Dash at ten meters, his punch when he reaches his target can have the power ten times his normal strength. However, the drawback is its link to the Anima Stone, without it, it cannot work. The other drawback of it is leaving Akio vulnerable to interferences or attacks along the way, so if being predictable, the enemy can exploit his vulnerability.

» Evolution Powers: Unlike his siblings, he does not utilize his Anima Stone as an active focus, but with its passive enhancement, Akio can do devastation when he starts punching before kicking. Normally, his punches will pass off as weak, but each time he successfully lands the hit without hitting anyone else, it will get stronger. Each punch can up to a certain level of durability. The first punch handles the beginner, the second can deal damage to adept level, the third can deal damage to advanced level, and then the fourth punch can deal damage to master level. Mind that the punches do not ignore additional protections like barriers because barriers have their own durability. Depending on how many punches, the kick can deal damage to durability a rank higher, so ultimately, after the fourth punch, Akio’s kick can do decent damage to the grand master of durability (again without additional protections.)
