Reasons For Upgrading: Well since the last time Redd was up graded I've been in a few battles, using his bankai, coming with new ways to use the abilities he's provided. He's been pushing himself in Kidō especially. Coming up with a few out of the box ways to complete the use of a Kidō when he's in a bind. In fact theres a thread where he pretty much only uses Kidō-- only actually striking physically at the beginning and end of the fight.

He poised all four appendages near his side. His newly found amount of swords had given him an idea. The two top blades began to spin-- he'd been using the bottom two to stand on. The rotating appendages became a blur-- spinning but not activating Jizen Ni. The blades stopped abruptly as he shouted out. Clear-opaque spirals of energy forming as he spoke the name of the Kidō. He had then used his appendages to launch him about twenty feet into the air, the fact that his limbs were limp would have caused his hands to float upwards. In doing this he lowered the blades downwards-- though only slightly so that they could make contact with his fingers. This brought fourth a small amount of blood, but was necessary all the same for him to transfer the Kidō energy to his zanpaktou appendages.

Ok so with the description of Tenran which, as you can see, sends a tornado in the direction of a persons chose. Now what you're SUPPOSED to do is allow oyur zanpaktou to levitate before you hit it with one side of your hand and it will start spinning super fast, you catch your zanpaktou and the tornado emerges from your zanpaktou. Though you can also do this with your palm. Here I pretty much did the same thing but with two of Redd's zanpaktou appendages to create a tornado of double the power. The reason Redd had to do this was because his body was completely paralyzed. But in his bankai form the metal appendages have no blood tissue or muscles so he was still able to move them.

If you were to read this thread you would see Redd using a different Kidō pretty much EVERY post of the actual fighting part between him and orochi. Having guaged where these two stood as far as power Redd took this opportunity to use his Kidō skills and hopefully further them.

For these I'm requesting that Redd's Kidō skill be bumped up to advanced

These threads show Redd's proficiency in hoho as well as his Normal speed in movement. In the third one he snatches a candy bar from the hand of an arrancarr, Making such use of his hoho skills that he's a blur if not completely invisible to the humans in this convince store.

In the fourth he again demonstrates how fast he is and his proficiency in the use of shikai.

So with these I hope to prove Redd is eligible for and Upgrade in general speed, Or hoho
If not both Provided that even in the threads listed as Kidō references he uses his speed to his advantage.

I always wanna get him a 1-2 but thats trivial in comparison to the skills
What Are You Upgrading: Kidō (to advanced) General speed and/or Hoho
Any Extra Notes: I Realize requesting two skills be moved into master category may be a bit much to ask so If you do decide to only do one I would prefer the skill upgrade go to his general speed.

Alright. I'mma give you a 1-2 because I think you deserve it with all the work you've been putting in.

Your Kidō is now advanced.

When YOU RELEASE into shikai, your hoho and general speed become a level between advanced and master, leaning towards advanced.
