Zane await someone to pass him in these woods as they were his hunting ground for now as he was completely weak and to add to that he need someone to fight. For he had lost everything for a chance to never die or age. He took it but now he wanted both power and the chance but that took time and much effort from him. So who would approach him in these woods and would they figure out that even through he looked and seemed weak that this wasn't the truth at all. He watched from the top of a tree branch that he eventually found and at every few moment he would jump off the branch scan the area around the trees in the section of the forest and return to his orginal spot and stay in waiting until the cycle repeated and he kept note if anyone that he could sense would come by. He was here all alone by choice because he wanted to be focused and he didn't want anyone even Yako see him make a fool of himself being so weak in power but looking for a powerful opponent.

There was going to be no flaw in his apporach as he would find someone to face and he was determined to wait all day and night if he had too and he wasn't looking for anyone specific but they had to be strong so he could get back to his former strenght and glory that he use to always have with him. But this was his choice to be stuck in a tree... in karakura forest.... in the middle of the day. When he made the choice to never age he really didn't think about it if he would have times when he would have extreme bordom but no so early in time. He really wished that he could of picked a day when he could of just appeared through a portal and be right in front of his next opponent but the world didn't work like that at all. The world around zane was much more complicated and would probably never give Zane what he really wanted at the moment unless it was a choice by a living being.

While Zane was stuck in the tree through he tried to reflect on the past and when he first discovered his powers and his almighty sheilds. He was cornered in a alley with the city and a hunter had cornered him there. Zane would have been capture had that first sheild not appeared between them preventing the hunter from dealing any damage to him and Zane actually doing damage to him. He had felt so confident that nothing would ever cover him or surrond him in fear, but now it was gone and now a cloak covered him near completely right now to give that feel back but it held up little of what his sheilds were able to do. He couldn't complain through about his quick thinking. Making The Veil before The Mark of Eternal Life, because it will probably turn out to be a real life saver for him espically in the combat that he was about to engage in.
