Goals: Survival, Destruction of the Gotei 13, and just in general getting all the riches they can get their hands on.

History:

Origonally this clan was founded by a secret group to keep a close eye on the Gotei 13, to ensure that these 'Peacekeepers' were doing their job properly and wouldn't attempt an outright coup and take everything over. Slowly as leadership changed so did its mission. It slowly became corrupted by its own secrecy and power and started producing Assassins out of everyday normal people that would probably not have otherwise done anything with there lives.

Eventually after an incident with the Shinigami that the Shinigami don't even realise happened, and the Clans supreme leader was killed. The Aurushi clan swore an oath to destroy the Shinigami and everything they stood for. So they started training assassins to send out an kill any SHinigami they could find. They then started training infiltrator Assassins that they would send directly into the Academy and hopefully onto infiltrate one of the divisions, and then they would bring back information vital to destroying the Gotei once and for all.

But so far they have had only one semi-success story on their programs to infiltrate, and he has managed to graduate the accademy, but still needs to find himself assigne or get himself into a Division as high up the chain of command as possible.

Ranks:

The Mountain:

The Mountain is the overall clan leader, is usually the wisest and most combat experienced member of the clan. He must draw his lineage directly from the founding fathers of the clan(at least one of the 3 founding families). He leads the clan and gives the final ok to all missions, and no missions can be accepted without going through the mountain. He also over see's the everyday operations of the overall clan complex, while dictating who does what everyday instead of having a set job description for anyone except him.

This is a lifetime position, and cannot be removed via any political way.

The Boulder:

The Seven Boulders make up the advisors to the mountain, they are the leaders of the 7 current families of the clan, and they represent the body of the clan to the mountain. Sponsoring people to come in and talk to him, and otherwise bringing him problems that must be solved, and for the most part are responsible for bringing contracts and missions forward for consideration.

This is a 3 year position, and rotates between a male and a female of the families every 3 years. Can be removed from the council by a majority vote or a dicatation from the mountain.

The Stone:

The stone make up the military forces of the clan, whether they be foot soldiers, or specialized assassins. Anyone who fights and has not been scrubbed out or considered dishonored has the title of Stone. There is no leadership in the Stones, everyone is considered equal in position, only experience amongst the stones will mean who listens to who.

Pebbles:

Every member of the clan from newborn baby to the oldest eler is a pebble, its respect and gives everyone a rank in the clan, so everyone can have some say in the normal everyday operation of the clan. Again age and experience is the qualities that say how loud the voice of the pebble.

Nugget:

The Nuggets are members of the clan who have proven themselves to be untrustworthy or dishonorable. They have no voice in the operation of the clan, and if want to be heard must have a pebble speak up for them, which could be costly for them.

People do not leave the clan, and if they try they get cut down by the stoes, so every member of the clan falls into one of the above listed ranks.

General Information:

Farms:

The clan has 5 farms, which produces enough food for the clan, making them self sufficient, so they do not have to count on any outside organization to provide them food.

Armory/Blacksmith:

The clan has its own armory and Blacksmith, allowing them to arm their own men so they don't have to go elsewhere to buy weapons and cause less attention to be brought to them.

Mine:

The clans small metal mine allows them to mine enough metal to keep the clans facility going with weapons and other tools that they would need.

Training Facility/Barracks:

Has a small Training field and 2 small barracks that provids a seperate living quarters for regular troops and the secon is specifically for the Assassins. Each Assassin has his or her own room for privacy and training reasons.
