PLOT

Destruction has befallen the Pokemon World, and is now ruled over by Team Rocket who are lead by Giovanni. Giovanni was able to achieve his goal by forming an alliance with the other evil Pokemon Organizations. The Pokemon that lead Giovanni to victory was none other than Mewtwo who had a major increase in power due to Giovanni's top Scientists. Once the world was in ruins caused by the alliance that Giovanni had created, after he had achieved his plan, Giovanni did a Coup d' Etta in which he proceeded to take over the other organizations by executing their Leaders, and controlling the other Legendary Pokemon such as Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina.

His first act as ruler of the planet was to ban Pokemon training throughout the world. There is no longer a Pokemon League, or Pokemon Gyms. Pokemon Breeding is allowed so long as the Breeder's give Team Rocket 75% of their breaded Pokemon to them. Pokemon Centers are now used by Team Rocket to make sure that only its members and selected people are allowed to have Pokemon while those who do not have permission to use Pokemon will be thrown in jail and have their Pokemon taken away.

Even after all of that there still exist a rebel group of Pokemon Trainers who are lead by the Champions of the Elite who are Blue, Lance, Steven Stone, Wallace, and Cynthia. They call themselves Team Exodus, and attack Team Rocket bases at every opportune moment. Their main goal is to rid the world of Team Rocket, and set the world back to normal where people can battle, enter contests, and breed Pokemon without the fear of Team Rocket. Which side will you choose?
