I am sorry for the back-up here, so I'll go ahead and get to dealing with most of the issues here. The first thing I am going to address? Phan's claim. As far as degrading your characters tier for yen -- I'm not sure I am sold on it. I'll converse with staff on it tonight in the staff board and I'll come to a more concrete decision sometime this week or in the next few days.

With Styn? Normally I don't approve two yen request, but due to no one really touching this thread in a little while, I am going to allow this exception and accept both of your skill/tier upgrades for this character.

As for everyone else? I am going to clear all the transactions here and you all will then need to make your power upgrade threads to be reviewed by staff. I'll also be taking the yen away from your accounts after this point.
